LEVY OF HOSPITAL HEALTH SERVICES THE COMMON CITY AREA OF PANGKALPINANG

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

MAYOR PANGKALPINANG,

DRAWS: A. that under Article 158 paragraph (1) of the Act

Number 32 of 2004, the Regional Tax and Regional Retribution are set forth with the Act that its implementation in the area is further regulated by the Regional Regulation;

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1

1. The city is Pangkalpinang City; 2. The City Government is the Government of Pangkalpinang City; 3. The Mayor is the Mayor of Pangkalpinang; 4. The Council of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is the

38. The Cost Unit is the total calculation of the total operating cost of the service given the hospital;

39. The laboratory examination rate is the tarip per one of the examination meters;

BAB II

NAME, OBJECT AND SUBJECT LEVY

Article 2

TARIFF WISDOM

Article 4

by the Mayor on the Director's proposal in case of rising prices of materials and tools; (3) Medical Check Up and foreign persons are set by the Director depending

Article 6

(1) Health services at RSUD charged are grouped to:

a. Outpatient service; b. Inpatient service; c. Emergency Unit Services; d. Medik support check; e. Medik and therapeutic actions; f. Special consultation services; g. Medik rehabilitation service; h. Hearse; i. The use of an ambulance and a hearse; j. Regular health testing and medical check ups are common; k. Medico service is legal; l. It's a drug and a disposable device; m. Oxygen Consumption;

(2). The rate of service in the Hospital as referred to in paragraph (1) includes the components of the Services of Sarana and Service Services in accordance with the respective needs of the service;

(3). Details of each type of service as referred to in paragraph (1)

are specified as such in this section of Regulation attachment which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Region;

(4). Any kind of examination and other unsorted actions in

CHAPTER IV GROUP LEVY

OUTPATIENT FARE

Article 11

-Simple service is to finance a third of the cost of care.

-Care is being to finance half of the cost of care-the major care is based on the goal of financing duathirds of

treatment costs. B. Outpatient at RSUD:

-Class III B is to finance 0% (Zero) percent of the cost of the provision of outpatient services.

-Class III A is to finance 39% (thirty-nine) percent of the cost of the provision of outpatient services.

-Class II is to finance 20% (twenty) percent of the cost of providing hospitable services.

-Class I is to finance 21% (twenty-one) percent of the cost of provision of outpatient services.

-The Main Class is to finance 20% (twenty) percent of the cost of the provision of outpatient services, so those tariffs contain cross-subsidy.

(4) Treatment classes at Regional General Hospital are designated as follows:

Pavilies Class:

Article 14

Article 15

BAB VII

STRUCTURE THE MAGNITUDE OF THE FARE

Article 16

Article 19 (1) Procurement of medicines and health equipment in order

BAB VIII COOPERATION WITH THIRD PARTY

ARTICLE 20

CHAPTER IX FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

BAB X

DEDUCTION AND RELIEF RELIEF

Article 26

CHAPTER XI INQUIRY

Article 27

BAB XII CRIMINAL provisions

Article 28
