BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1

BAB XIV
REGION OF THE LEVY
Article 21
The health care attribution is levied in the territory of the City of Samarinda.
BAB XV
LAYOUT OF THE POLLING Retribution
Article 22
(1) Retribution is levied by using the Neighbourhood Levy or other relevant documents.
(2) Other documents described as referred to in paragraph (1), may be karcis
entry, coupon, and subscription card. (3) In the case of a certain Compulsory Levy not to pay in time or less
pay, the administrative sanction is 2% (two percent) of interest each month of a debt which is owed or is not paid and is not paid for.
(4) The invoice of retribution is preceded by a Letter of Further Provisions (5) Further provisions of the Retribution Billing are governed by the Regional Chief Regulation.
BAB XVI
FEES

BAB XVII
OBJECTION
Section 24
(1) Certain Compulsory Retribution may apply only to the Head of the Regional or official

(3) The objection must be submitted within the most prolonged period of 3 (three) months from the date of the Letter of the Order of the Region issued, unless a certain Mandatory Retribution may indicate that the term cannot be Fulfilled due to circumstances beyond his power.
(4) The circumstances outside of his power as referred to in verse (3) are a state that occurs beyond the will/power of the obligatory levy.
(5) The filing of objection does not delay the obligation to pay retribution and the execution of invoicing
retribution.
Section 25 (1) the Regional Head in the most prolonged period of 6 (six) months from the date of the Letter of Objection
is accepted must give a decision over the objection submitted by issuing a Objection Decision Letter.
(2) The provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) are to provide legal certainty
for the Mandatory Retribution, that the requested objection must be made a decision by the Chief of the Regions in the most prolonged period of 6 (six) months since the Letter objection received.
(3) The Regional Head ' s decision over objections can be of accepting In whole or in part,
refuses, or adds to the magnitude of the debt owed. (4) If the term as referred to in paragraph (1) has passed and the Regional Chief is not
gives a decision, the objection submitted is considered granted.
BAB XVIII
SANCTION THE ADMINISTRATION
Article 26

EXEMPTION AND LENIATION

BAB XX
LAYOUT PAYMENT
Article 28
(1) The repayment of the debt levy must be repaid at once.

(2) The debt retribution is repaid no later than 15 days since the publication of SKRD or other relevant documents.
(3) The order of payment, the deposit, the place of the payment of retribution is governed by the Decision
Regional Head.
BAB XXI
SUPERVISION
Article 29
The supervision for the implementation of this Regional Regulation is carried out by the designated head of the Regional or official.
BAB XXII
CRIMINAL provisions
Article 30

BAB XXIII
P E N Y I D I K A N
Section 31 (1) Certain civil servants of civil servants in the Regional Government environment are given special authority
as An investigator to conduct a criminal investigation in the area of retribution, as intended. in the applicable Criminal Events Law Act.

when an inspection is ongoing and checks the person's identity and/or the document carried out as referred to in the letter e;
h. Photographing a person related to an area levy criminal;
i. Calling people to be heard of his attachment and being examined as a suspect or a witness;
j. Stop the investigation; k. Perform other actions that need to smooth the investigation of a criminal offense in the field
a regional levy according to the law that can be held accountable.
(4) Investigators as contemplated in paragraph (1) notify the start Investigate and deliver the results of the inquiry to the Public Prosecutor through an investigator of the State Police officials of the Republic of Indonesia, in accordance with the provisions set out in the applicable Criminal Events Law Act.
BAB XXIV

BAB XXV

Article 33
