BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

REGION OF THE LEVY

Article 21

BAB XVII

OBJECTION

Section 24

Section 25 (1) the Regional Head in the most prolonged period of 6 (six) months from the date of the Letter of Objection

is accepted must give a decision over the objection submitted by issuing a Objection Decision Letter.

(2) The provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) are to provide legal certainty

for the Mandatory Retribution, that the requested objection must be made a decision by the Chief of the Regions in the most prolonged period of 6 (six) months since the Letter objection received.

(3) The Regional Head ' s decision over objections can be of accepting In whole or in part,

refuses, or adds to the magnitude of the debt owed. (4) If the term as referred to in paragraph (1) has passed and the Regional Chief is not

BAB XVIII

SANCTION THE ADMINISTRATION

Article 26

(1) The repayment of the debt levy must be repaid at once.

(3) The order of payment, the deposit, the place of the payment of retribution is governed by the Decision

Regional Head.

BAB XXI

SUPERVISION

Article 29

The supervision for the implementation of this Regional Regulation is carried out by the designated head of the Regional or official.

BAB XXII

CRIMINAL provisions

Article 30

BAB XXIII

P E N Y I D I K A N

Section 31 (1) Certain civil servants of civil servants in the Regional Government environment are given special authority

h. Photographing a person related to an area levy criminal;

i. Calling people to be heard of his attachment and being examined as a suspect or a witness;

j. Stop the investigation; k. Perform other actions that need to smooth the investigation of a criminal offense in the field

BAB XXIV

BAB XXV

provisions CLOSING

Article 33
