BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In this Regional Rule referred to: 1. The city is Pangkalpinang City.

The City of Pangkalpinang to the Political Party who is getting a seat in the Regional People's Representative Institute.

CHAPTER II OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Article 2
(1) To assist the activities and agility of the administration and/or the Secretariat of the Political Party of Pangkalpinang City, granted Financial Aid to the Political Party.
(2) Financial assistance as referred to paragraph (1) is given to
The Pangkalpinang City Level Political Party (Pangkalpinang), who received a seat in the Regional People's Representative Council in the 2004 General Election.
(3) Financial assistance to the Political Party as referred to in paragraph (2)
is given every year of the budget.
BAB III
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Article 3
(1) Financial Aid to the Party The politics of Pangkalpinang City level as referred to in Article 2 is given proportionally based on the number of seats in the Regional People's Representative Council of the 2004 General Election.
(2) The financial assistance to the Political Party of the City
pangkalpinang that gets a seat in the DPRD for each seat is set as much as Rp.17,500,000,-(seventeen million five hundred thousand rupiah) per year.
(3) The magnitude of Financial Aid given to the Political Party Level
The City of Pangkalpinang each year, is adjusted to the Revenue and Shopping Budget capability of the City of Pangkalpinang, with no more than any assistance at the Provincial level.
BAB IV
TATA WAYS FILING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Section 4
(1) The Financial Aid Submissions is delivered in writing by the Board
The Chairman of the Tingkat.II/ Board of Political Parties Branch of the Political Party of the City of Pangkalpinang which is signed by the Chairman and Secretary to the Mayor.
(2) Financial Aid Submissions as referred to in paragraph (1) must be supplemented by a document authoring the number of seats in the City Council of Pangkalpinang from the Pangkalpinang City General Election Commission.
BAB V
SUBMISSION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Article 5 The Surrender of Financial Aid to the Political Party Level of the Pangkalpinang City was carried out by the Mayor or the official appointed to the Chairman and Treasurer of the Regional Leadership Council Level .II/Board Chairman of the Political Party Branch with News Event Received.
CHAPTER VI REPORT ON FINANCIAL AID
Article 6
