Key Benefits:
a. A Political Party DPP Decision Letter that sets out the framework of the DPD/DPC Political Party or other desigcountries legalized by the General Chairman and General Secretary of the DPP Political Party or other design;
b. Photo copy of NPWP Attraction authorization authorized by authorized officer;

BAB V
RESEARCH AND EXAMINATION OF THE POLITICAL PARTY FINANCIAL AID ASSISTANCE
Article 8
(1) The research and examination of the administrative completeness submission, submission and use of financial assistance to the DPD/DPC Political Party or with other desigcountries conducted by the research team and examination of the filing administration requirements, submission, and use of financial assistance to the DPD/ DPC Political Party or with other handmade;
(2) The Research and Examination Team as referred to in paragraph (1) is chaired by the Head of the Union of Political Nations and the Empowerment of Masyrakat and its members is made up of the Election Commission Area and Regional Secretariat;
(3) The formation of research teams and The examination as referred to in paragraph (2) is specified with the Mayor's Decision;
(4) The Cost of Research and Examination as referred to in paragraph (1) is charged in the Revenue and Shopping Budget of the City of Samarinda.

BAB VI
SUBMISSION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Article 9
The redness of financial assistance to DPD/DPC Political Parties or other desigcountries is carried out by the Mayor or the appointed officials to the chairman and treasurer or any other legal title with news of the handover event.
Article 10
The assistance of the assistance as referred to in section 9 with the administrative syrratan:
a. Bank statements stating that it has a bank account number on behalf of the DPD/DPC Political Party or in other desigcountries.
b. The signature letter of receipt of the aid made in the form of the kwitance was signed upon the seal by the Chairman and Treasurer of the DPD/DPC Political Party or in other terms by using the syrat and political party stamp stamp;
c. The news of the handover event was made in a 4 (four) signed by the Chief of the Union of Political Unity and the Empowerment of Masyrakat as the First Party and by the Chairman and Treasurer of DPD DPC Political Party or other designations as Second party:
BAB VII
REPORT OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Article 11
(1) The report of the use of financial assistance to DPD/DPC Political Parties or with other desigcountries is delivered to the mayor through the Head of the Union of Political Nations and Masyrakat Empowerment;
(2) Report of the Use of assistance as a mean in verse (1) that has been audited by the Supervising Board of the City of Samarinda;
(3) The report of the use of assistance as a means in verse (2) is presented to the Chairman of the Regional Election Commission.
BAB VIII
LAIN-OTHER provisions
Article 12
(1) Financial Aid, submission guidelines, submission and reports of use of the DPD/DPC Political Party financial aid or other desigcountries are set with Samarinda City County regulations;
(2) Everything due to financial results in Regulation of this Section of the Regulation of the City of Samarinda;
(3) Things which have not been set up in this Regional Regulation will be set up later with the Decree of the Mayor of Samarinda.

10. Financial assistance is a money-shaped aid provided by the City Government of Samarinda to the Samarinda City Political Party which is awarded a seat in the Samarinda City Regional Representative institution.
BAB II
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Article 2
(1) To assist with the activities and activities of the administration and/or secretariat of DPD/DPC Political Parties or other desigcountries, the Government provides Financial Rocks to DPD/DPC Political parties or in other desigcountries;
(2) Financial Assistance as referred to on the paragraph (1) given to DPD/DPC The Political Party or by any other designation that is granted a seat in the House of Representatives of the People's Representative Council of the preceding General Election;
(3) Financial Aid to the Political Parties as referred to verse (2) is given each year of the budget.
BAB III
BANTAUN FINANCIAL
Section 3
Financial assistance as referred to in section 2 is awarded proportionally based on the number of gains seat in the Regional People's Representative Council of the General Election Results of 2004;
Article 4
(1) The financial assistance to the DPRD/DPC political party or with other desigcountries for any seat in the DPRD does not exceed the amount of assistance received by the Kaltim Propinsi level political party;
(2) Financial assistance as referred to in paragraph (1) in the Regional Regulations.
Section 5
(1) The financial assistance to DPD/DPC Political Parties or with any other means for each seat in the DPRD is set up to Rp. 20,000,000,-(twenty million rupiah) per year;
(2) the magnitude of financial assistance as set forth in a paragraph (1) can be changed annually and its changes are performed by revising the Regional Regulation.

The financial aid budget to the DPD/DPC political party or other desigcountries is delivered by Walkiota to the DPRD in accordance with the Perundang-Invitation Regulation
