Draws: a. That the role of the political party is to fight for the ideals of its members and to support the development of democratic life in the region and become a means of channing of the aspirations of society;
that to increase the role of political parties as referred to in the letter a above is seen to provide financial assistance to political parties proportionally according to the financial capabilities of the Government of the North Mamuju Regency;c. that based on consideration as a letter a and b need to establish the Regional Regulation on the Financial Aid of the Government of the North Mamuju County to the Political Party.

B A B I
provisions UMUM
Article 1
In This Regional Rule is referred to as:
a. Regency is the North Mamuju County;
b. Bupati is the Regent of the Northern Mamuju;
c. The Government of the Regency is the Government of Northern Mamuju Regency which is made up of the Regent and other Autonomous Region devices as the Regional Executive Board;
d. The Regional People's Representative Council is the Regional People's Representative Council of the North Mamuju County (DPRD) as the constituent element of the local government;
e. Financial assistance is a money-shaped aid provided by the Government of North Mamuju Regency to the Political Party which is granted a seat in the Regional People's Representative Council of North Mamuju County in the General Assembly of 2004;
CHAPTER II OF ASSISTANCE
Article 2
1. To aid the activities and agility of the administration and/or secretariat
political parties, the Government is providing Financial Assistance to the political parties. 2. Financial assistance as referred to in paragraph (1) is given to
the political party that earned a seat in the Regional People ' s Representative Council of the District of Elections in 2004.
3. Financial assistance to the political parties as referred to in paragraph (2) is given every year of the budget.

CHAPTER III FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Article 3
1. Financial assistance to the political parties as referred to in Article 2 is given proportionally based on the number of seats in the People's Representative Council of the 2004 General Election.
2. The magnitude of the Financial Aid to the political party as referred to in paragraph (1) is adjusted to the APBD capability.
Article 4
Financial assistance to a political party that gets a seat in the Regency DPRD is Rp. 15.000,000,-(Fifteen Million Rupiah).
Article 5
The Financial Aid Budget to the Regency-level political parties is delivered by the Regent to the DPRD each in accordance with the invitational regulations.
BAB IV
TATA WAYS OF SUBMISSION HELS
Article 6
1. The submission of the Financial Aid is delivered in writing by the Regional Leadership Council of the political party at the Regency level or another valid designation to the Regent.
2. The Financial Aid submission as referred to in paragraph (1) is signed by the Chairman and other authorized Secretary or designation.
3. Submission of Financial Assistance as referred to in paragraph (1) must be supplemented by an authorization document from the County Elections Commission.
CHAPTER V SUBMISSION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Article 7
The Surrender Financial assistance to a political party is performed by the Regent or Acting Officer appointed to the Chairman and Treasurer or other legal appellate with the News Show received.
