DECIDED:

SET: THE REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON THE INCLUSION OF PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT CAPITAL SOUTH KALIMANTAN TO THE SOUTH KALIMANTAN BUILDING COMPANY.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1

In this Region Regulation is referred to: 1. Area is South Kalimantan Province. 2. The Regional Government is the Governor and the Regional Device as an element of alignment

The Regional Government of South Kalimantan Province.

3. The Governor is the Governor of South Kalimantan. Capital inclusion is any attempt to include regional capital at an effort

together or utilization of regional capital by third parties by obtaining a share of the profit.

5. Area capital is the wealth of the area (which has not been separated), whether it is money or goods.

6. South Kalimantan's Wake-up Regional Corporation is the Regional Business Agency of the Provincial Government of South Kalimantan.

BAB II PURPOSE

Article 2

(1) The region's Modal inclusion aims to enhance economic growth

regions and add Regional Real Revenue.

(2) To achieve the goal as referred to in paragraph (1), the inclusion of regional capital is exercised based on the benefits-oriented principle (PROFIT ORIENTED).

CHAPTER III OF CAPITAL INCLUSION

Article 3

(1) With this Regional Regulation the Government of the Province of South Kalimantan do

the inclusion of regional capital into the Bangun Banua Kalimantan Regional Corporation. South in 2007 amounted to Rp 8,520.000.00 (eight billion five hundred and twenty million rupiah).

(2) Modal that was already deployed up to 2003 amounted to Rp 7.780.000.00 (seven billion seven hundred and eighty million rupiah)

(3) Thus the inclusion of capital of the Government of South Kalimantan Province into the The South Kalimantan South Kalimantan (Rp.16,300,000.00) (sixteen billion three hundred million rupiah) is the largest of Rp.16,300,000.000.00.

CHAPTER IV IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION

Article 4

(1) Implementation Of Capital Inclusion into the Capital of the Wake of Banua Region

South Kalimantan carried out under the provisions of Act No. 17 of 2003 about State Finance, Law Number 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury and Government Regulation No. 58 of 2005 on the Regional Financial Management as well as the provisions of the applicable Laws.

(2) Tata's The financial expenses of the inclusion of capital as referred to in paragraph (1), are specified with the Governor ' s Decision.
