BUPATI BADUNG,

SET: THE REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON THE DELIBERATION BODY

DESA

BAB I

provisions UMUM Article 1

In this Regional Regulation referred to as:

1. Area is Badung County. 2. The Government is the Regent and the area device as an element

the organizer of the local government. 3. Bupati is the regent of Badung. 4. The Regional People's Representative Council, called DPRD

is the Regional People's Representative Council of Badung Regency. 5. The district is a Camat work area as an area device

Badung County.

6. The village is a unity of the legal society that has the boundaries of the region which is authorized to organize and take care of the interests of the local community, based on the origins and customs of the local recognized and respected government systems Republic of the Republic of Indonesia.

7. Village Government is the holding of government affairs by the village government and the Governing Body of the Village in arranging and taking care of the interests of local people based on the origins and customs of the local recognized and respected communities in the System of State Government of the Republic of Indonesia.

8. Village Government is the Perbekel and village device as the element of the village government organizer.

9. The next governing body of the village called the BPD is an institution that is the embodiment of democracy in the holding of the village government as an element of the governing village.

10. The institution of the community is an institution created by the public in accordance with the needs and is the partner of the village government in empowering the community.

11. The allocation of the Village Fund is the funds allocated by the District Government for the village, which is sourced from the central financial balancing fund section and the area received by the County.

12. The Village Shopping and Shopping Budget (APB) is the annual financial plan of the village government being discussed and approved jointly by the Government of the Village and the BPD, which is set with the Village Regulation.

13. Village Law is the laws created by BPD with Perbekel.

14. The leaders of the community were among indigenous people, religious, political social organizations, professions, women and youth who were in the village.

15. Professions are teachers, lecturers, entrepreneurs, nurses, doctors, engineers, engineers, and farmers.

BAB II

POSITION, FUNCTION, DUTY, AND AUTHORITY

Article 2

BPD is based as an organizer of the government village.

Article 3

BPD serves to set the village rules with Perbekel, accommodate and channel community aspirations.

Article 4

BPD has the task and authority: a. Discuss the design of the village rules with Perbekel; b. exercise oversight of the conduct of village regulations and

BAB III

RIGHT AND LIABILITY

Article 5

BPD has a right: a. requested information to the village government; b. expressed an opinion.

Article 6

BPD members have a right: a. submitted the design of the village ordinance; b. ask a question; c. convey a proposal and an opinion; d. selected and selected; and e. obtaining alimony.

Article 7 of BPD Members has an obligation: a. To take Pancasila, carry out the Constitution of the State

Republic of Indonesia in 1945 and obey all the laws of the law;

b. exercised the life of democracy in the holding of the village government;

d. absorb, accommodate, assemble, and follow up on community aspirations;

CHAPTER IV PROHIBITION

Article 8

d. Abuse of authority; and e. breaking oath/appointment.

BAB V

ELECTION, CANDIDACY, ASSIGNMENT, AND DISMISSAL

Election Committee

Article 9 (1) To carry out the election of BPD members set up by Panitia

The Second Part of the Nomination and Redemption

Article 10

(1) The BPD members are made up of customary leaders, professions, leaders

Article 11

(1) BPD members are representatives of the concerned villagers based on the representation of the banjar region/joint banjar service specified by means of deliberation and mufakat.

(2) The number of BPD members specified in odd number, at least 5

Section 12

Candidacy and Redemption BPD members as follows: a. the election committee notified the public in writing

Article 13

Article 14

Article 15

(1) BPD Membership stopped because:

Article 16

Article 17

(1) BPD members who quit or are dismissed before the end of their term are changed based on the representation of the territory

Article 19

(1) If the BPD leadership quits or is dismissed before the term ends, the BPD leadership is held.

(3) If the deliberations and the mufakat as referred to in verse (2) are not reached, then the vote/voting is held on a vote. Most.

BAB VI

THE REGULATORY AND WORKING MECHANISM

Section 20

Article 21

Section 22

Article 23

If the meeting is ongoing then the BPD members are not allowed to leave the boardroom without a meeting under the meeting.

Article 24

In the conduct of the meeting is ongoing each member of BPD is mandatory participate and maintain order and security for the smooth and safe passage of the meeting.

Article 25

(1) In carrying out its duties, the BPD is assisted by the BPD Secretariat. (2) The BPD Secretariat as referred to in paragraph (1) is led by

the BPD secretary.

(3) The BPD Secretary as referred to in paragraph (2) is selected and specified from the BPD member, and if seen to be required to be assisted by the staff as required by Perbekel for the BPD leadership's approval and not from the device village.

BAB VII

BAB VIII

WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH PERBEKEL AND CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION

Article 29

BAB IX

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

Section 30

(1) The Chairman and member of the BPD received the allowance in accordance with

Article 31

BAB X

TRANSITION provisions

Section 32

(1) The existing BPD currently remains the task until the expiration of the term post.

(2) All existing District Representative (BPD) before the Regulation

Article 33

Article 34
