GOVERNMENT OF SOUTH KALIMANTAN PROVINCE TO LOCAL REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT BANK COMPANIES

SOUTH KALIMANTAN

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

THE GOVERNOR OF SOUTH KALIMANTAN,

DRAWS: A. that in order to improve the quality of public services

The Regional Development Bank Regional Corporation of South Kalimantan and to excavate regional acceptance sources from the area ' s original income sector, then it needs to be done concrete efforts through the addition of the capital inclusion as a follow-up to the event;

b. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a, need to form the Regional Regulation on Adding The Capital Of The South Kalimantan Provincial Government To The Regional Development Bank Of The South Kalimantan Region;

DECIDED:

SET: THE REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON ADDING INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE PROVINCE OF SOUTH KALIMANTAN TO THE REGIONAL ENTERPRISES OF THE CONSTRUCTION BANK AREA OF SOUTH KALIMANTAN.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Region Regulation is referred to: 1. Area is South Kalimantan Province. 2. The Regional Government is the Governor and the Regional Device as an organizer element

The Regional Government of South Kalimantan Province.

3. The Governor is the Governor of South Kalimantan. DPRD Kalimantan Selatan is the Regional People's Representative Council of the Province of Borneo

South. 5. The addition of the Capital Inclusion is the Value that adds to the amount of the Regional Capital on

a joint venture or utilization of the Regional capital, by a third party in a certain reward.

6. The Regional Capital is the Regional Wealth (which has not been separated), whether it is money or goods.

7. The Regional Enterprise Development Bank is a Regional Company owned by the Government of South Kalimantan Province and the Government of South Kalimantan Regency/City.

ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION

Article 2

The South Kalimantan Provincial Government conducted the addition of the Inclusion Of Regional Capital to the South Kalimantan Regional Development Bank Corporation of Rp. 10,000.000.00 (ten billion rupiah).

Section 3

With the addition of the inclusion of regional capital as referred to in Section 2, the total number of regional capital disputes to the capital of the South Kalimantan Regional Development Bank Region It became Rp. 69.136.466.034.00 (sixty-nine billion hundred and thirty-six million four hundred sixty-six thousand thirty-four rupiah).

IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION ADDITION

Section 4

(1) Implementation of capital inclusion additions to the Bank Regional Corporation

Area Construction of Borneo The South was conducted under the provisions of Act No. 17 of 2003, Act No. 1 of 2004 and Government Regulation No. 58 of 2005 and the applicable Laws.

(2) Terms of the financial expenditure of the inclusion capital as referred to in paragraph (1), specified by the Decree of the Governor.

SOUTH KALIMANTAN

I. UMUM In order to strengthen the application structure of the Regional Development Bank Regional Enterprise as well as to excavate and improve Regional Original Revenue, the South Kalimantan Provincial Government looks to need to do additional capital inclusion to the South Kalimantan Regional Development Bank Area.
