ABOUT

INCLUSION OF THE GOVERNMENT CAPITAL OF SOUTH KALIMANTAN

TO THE WATER AREA COMPANY DRINKING SEASONING COUNTY)

WITH THE GRACE OF THE GOD ESA

GOVERNOR OF SOUTH KALIMANTAN,

DRAWS: A. that the Water Regional Company Drinking Tanah Bumbu Regency in an effort to improve drinking water services to the Bumbu Land Regency community and surrounding areas require funding for the repair and development of drinking water networks;

b. that to support the efforts of the Water Regional Company Drinking Tanah Bumbu Regency on the considerance of the letter a, the Government of South Kalimantan Province needs to carry out capital disputes;

c. that based on consideration as contemplaing in the letter a and the letter b, need to form the Regional Regulation on the Modal inclusion of the Provincial Government of South Kalimantan to the Tanah Bumbu County Company Drinking Water Region;

DECIDED:

SET: REGULATION THE AREA ABOUT THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE PROVINCE OF SOUTH KALIMANTAN PROVINCE TO THE WATER AREA COMPANY DRINKING CONDIMENTS COUNTY COUNTY.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Region Regulation is referred to: 1. Area is South Kalimantan Province. 2. The Regional Government is the Governor and the Regional Devices as an element

the alignment of the Local Government of South Kalimantan Province. 3. The Governor is the Governor of South Kalimantan. DPRD Kalimantan Selatan is the Provincial Regional People's Representative Council

South Kalimantan.

5. Inclusion of capital is any attempt to include regional capital on a joint venture or utilization of regional capital, by third parties by obtaining a share of the profit.

6. Area capital is the wealth of the area (which has not been separated), whether it is money or goods.

7. The Drinking Water Area Company is an area company belonging to the Government of Tanah Bumbu County.

Objective AND OBJECTIVE

Article 2

(1) Regional Capital Inclusion aims to increase the economic growth of

regions and add Regional Real Revenue.

(2) To achieve the goal as referred to in paragraph (1) the inclusion of regional capital is exercised based on the benefits-oriented principle (profit oriented) and service to public (social oriented).

Section 3

The capital inclusion target is improving services to the public to acquire drinking water through network improvement/development, upgrades water quality and reduced water loss rates.

BAB III

INCLUSION CAPITAL

Article 4

The South Kalimantan Provincial Government carried out the inclusion of regional capital into the Water Regional Company The county is Rp 2,000.000.000.00 (two billion rupiah).

CHAPTER IV TATA WAY INCLUSION CAPITAL

Article 5

The Regional Modal Invasion of Tanah Bumbu County Corporation Drinking Water District was implemented in a way for profit results.

For profit results

Article 6

(1) For the benefit of inclusion of capital into regional rights acquired during the budget year of the Bumbu Land Regency budget after being audited.

(2) Share the results of the benefits as referred to in paragraph (1) are provided to the Regional Kas and are allocated in South Kalimantan Provincial Revenue and Regional Shopping Budget.

BAB VI

SUPERVISION

Article 7

(1) The governor may appoint officials who are authorized to conduct oversight over the inclusion of capital.

(2) Designated officials as referred to in paragraph (1) understand the business insights

professionally and responsively to the Governor.

BAB VII CLOSING provisions

Article 8

(1) With the enactment of this Regional Regulation, then all provisions in conflict

with the Regulation of this Section are declared revoked and do not apply again. (2) Things that have not been set up in this Area Regulation all along regarding the implementation

will be set up later with the Governor 's Rules and or the Governor' s Decision.

The Regulation of this Region begins to apply on the date It's an invitation. In order for everyone to know, order the invitational of this Area's Regulation with its placement in the South Kalimantan Provincial Area Sheet.

I. UMUM

In order to strengthen the application structure of the Tanah Bumbu District Company, in order to improve service to the public to produce and provide clean water sources for the residents of the County. Further, the Government of the Province of South Kalimantan needs to make a capital dispute over the Bumbu Land Regency Drinking Water Region.
