SET: THE REGULATION OF THE CITY AREA TARAKAN ABOUT THE SERVICE PERMIT LEVY. CONSTRUCTION.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1

In This Region Regulation referred to: 1. An area is a unit of legal society that has boundaries that

authorities regulate and take care of the affairs of government and the interests of the local community according to the initiative itself based on the aspirations of the people in the State system. Unity of the Republic of Indonesia.

2. The Regional Government is the Mayor and the Regional Device as an organizer of the Regional Government.

4. The Regional Head is the Mayor of Tarakan. 5. The Regional Device is the internal chief auxiliary element in

6. The Public Works and Space Services are the Public Works and Tarakan Public Works Service (Tarakan City).

26. 27. The certificate is: a. A proof of recognition in the designation of classification and upper qualification

Competencies and business skills in the field of either individual person or entity-shaped; and or

b. A proof of recognition of the competency and profession of work skills and the workmanship of individuals in the field of construction services according to the discipline of scholarship and or of particular skill and or function and/or skill:

28. Accreditation is a process of assessment performed by an agency against: a. Association of construction services companies and the Association of top construction services professions

competency and association performance to perform associate member certification; and or

b. Institution of education and construction services training for the competence and kinerj of such institutions to be able to publish work skills certificaT/M/2007 on the Standards and Guidelines of the Construction Services Procurement;

30. Article 9 Under the name of the Retribution Of The Construction Services of the Construction Service is levied as payment for the granting of IUJK publishing services.

Article 10 of the Subject of retribution is a private person and or the Agency is getting the IUJK publishing ministry.

CHAPTER VI GROUP LEVY

Article 12 of the construction of the construction services permit is classed as a specific licensing levy in the field of construction services.

BAB VII STRUCTURE AND HOW TO CALCULATE THE MAGNITUDE OF THE TARIFFS

Article 13

100 Million. 2. Gred 2: Qualifying Small Business: 0 s/d 400 Million. 3. Gred 3: Intermediate Effort: 400 Million s/d 1 Milyar. 4. Gred 4: Qualifying Great Effort and Foreign Effort that

open the Representative Office: Rp. 400 Million s/d is not limited.

b. Provision of construction work:

2. Gred 2: A small business alliance with ila workers is 0,-s/d 30 Million.

3. Gred 3: Kualifkasi small businesses with ila workers Rp. 0,-s/d 600 Million.

5. Gred 5: Kualifksi uah menegah with ila pekrjan Rp. 1 Milyar s/d 10 Milyar.

FILING REQUIREMENTS IUJK

Section 14 (1) Requirements of Ijin Construction Services Construction:

1. Photocopy of the Construction Services/Consultancy Service Certificate that is still in effect;

2. Photocopy Akte Establishment of the Company; 3. Photocopy of the License of the Place (SITU); 4. Photocopies of the installation and proof of the payment of the tax payment that

still apply; 5. Photocopy Card Members of the Construction Services Association/Consultation are still

applicable; 6. Photocopy of the Subject to Tax (NPWP); 7. Photocopy Card Population (KTP) Director still in effect; 8. Photocopy Card Population (KTP) Technical Power still in effect; 9. Photocopy of Technical Power; 10. Pas Photo Director Size 4 X 6 = 3 Lembar (Blue Color Background); 11. Fit Photo Technical Power 2 X 3 = 3 Lembar (Color Background

Blue); (2) Data Enterprise. IUJK appeals requirements as specified in paragraph (1)

CHAPTER IX ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT AND STAGING

IUJK ISSUANCE

SECTION 15 (1) MANAGEMENT and IUJK publishing organizers are executed by Head of Regions which

is devolve to The Office of Integrated Services (KPPT) of the City of Tarakan; (2) The Office of Integrated Services referred to in paragraph (1) of this section

organizes the process of IUJK publishing administration; (3) In the study and administration study, The Perijinan Service Office involves

a technical team of SKPD related.

Article 16 Susunan of the membership, duties and work of the technical team as referred to as Article 15 of the paragraph (3), is set and set further in the Regional Chief Decision.

BAB X

COACHING

Article 17 (1) Coaching against services efforts The contractions are implemented by the Local Government aiming

regional autonomy regarding: a. the development of human resources in the field of construction services; b. improving the capabilities of the construction services technology; c. development of the construction services information system.

(3) Coaching as contemplated verse (2) is done in a way: a. implement a construction services coaching policy; b. disseminate the construction services laws; c. carry out training, technical guidance and counseling; d. published a licensing of the construction services; e. Carrying out surveillance in accordance with its authority to

be kept in order for the construction of construction services. (4) The coaching on construction services efforts is carried out by the Head of the Regions through

The Public Works and Tata Works Service; (5) Coaching referred to the paragraph (1) conducted through the monitoring and evaluation of the report

periodically from the leadership of the the company or daer;

(6) IUJK is declared not Again if the Company is charged with IUJK revocation sanctions;

(7) The successor, change and extension of the IUJK are subject to the levy imposed on the Regional Kas through the Receiver Bendaharcloud;

(8) the Company with branch status must be the IUJK istracy at its disposal to the Local Government;

(9) For registration performed, to the company as referred to in paragraph (8) charges of legalization;

(10) IUJK may be changed at any time when BUJK performs the replacement of the Board of Direta from other sources that may be subject to liability;

(6) The order of coaching as referred to in paragraph (1) this section is further specified in the Regional Chief Regulation.

BAB XI

SANCTION OF THE ADMINISTRATION

Article 18 (1) The Regional Chief may provide administrative sanction over the breach in Rule

This area and its implementation rules; (2) Administrative sanctions as referred to paragraph (1) of this section, are;

a. Warning in writing; b. Detention and or retrieval of a permit as an examination material if

is deemed necessary; c. Temporary freeze permit; d. Revocation of the license, if a reprimand is written in writing by 3

(three) times in a row with each 7 (seven) time periods. day;

(3) In terms of mandatory Retribution not pay in time or less pay, the administrative sanction is a fine of 2% (two) percent each month of a debt of debt that is not or underpaid, and billed by using the Regional Retribution Bill (STRD).

BAB XII

P E N G A W AS A N

Article 19 (1) Head of the Regions through the Construction Services Pembina Construction Team did watch

IUJK publishing agencies; (2) The Construction Services Pembina team is conducting surveillance of the host construction

and the advancement of construction work each month, and the shrinking of the report to the Regional Head;

(3) The Construction Services Bombing Team as contemplated by paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are specified with the Principal Decision.

BAB XIII

CRIMINAL provisions

Section 20 (1) The violation of the provisions in Section 8 of the paragraph (1) This area ' s regulation, threatened with penal penal punishment at least 3 (three) months and or fines of the most Rp. 50,000,000,-(Fifty million rupiah); (2) Criminal Tindak as referred to in paragraph (1) this section is a violation.

BAB XIV provisions INVESTIGATOR AN

Article 21

(1) Other Than The Investigators POLRI, the investigation of the violation of violations in the Regulation of the Regions is carried out by the Office of Civil Servants (PPNS) in the Environment of Tarakan City Government, whose appointment is based on the applicable Law-Invitation Act;

(2) The authority of the Investigators as contemplated by paragraph (1) of this section, is: a. Receive, search, collect and research the information or report

b. Examining, seeking and collecting information about persons and or body about the correctness of deeds committed in connection with the criminal conduct of the construction services business;

c. Soliciting evidence and evidence from private persons and or body in connection with criminal conduct in the field of construction services;

d. Examining books, records and other documents with regard to criminal conduct in the field of construction services;

e. Doing so was necessary to obtain evidence, bookkeeping, logging and other documents and confiscation of the evidence;

f. Requesting expert power assistance in order to perform criminal investigation duties in the field of construction services;

g. Making a stop, forbidding a person from leaving the room or a place at the time of examination is underway and checking the identity of the person and or the document as referred to in the letter e;

h. Photographing a person relating to criminal conduct in the field of construction services;

i. Calling people to be heard of his attachment and being examined as a suspect or a witness;

j. Stop the investigation; k. Committing other actions that need to be subject to criminal investigation

in the field of construction services under a law that can be held accountable

BAB XV

TRANSITIONAL provisions

Article 22 (1) With the enactment of the Regulation of this Region, then the Mayor's Decision Number 20

2003 on the Procedure of the Publishing Procedure of the Construction Services Agreement (SIUJK) of the Procedure For The Construction Of Construction Services (SIUJK). The area of Tarakan Town is declared revoked and does not apply anymore;

(2) The Entity ID has long, still in effect until the end of the term of permit.
