I. UMUM
Based on the provisions of Article 47 paragraph (3) of Presidential Regulation No. 83 of 2007
on the National Narcotics Agency, the Provincial Narcotics Agency, and the Narcotics Agency
District/City that to carry out tasks and functions as an execution of
laws and other public governance duties, can
be created the Managing Daily BNK which is part of the area device
as a supporting element of the Mayor's duty.

Based on both of those things needs to be formed by the Body Daily
Narcotics of Malang City with the organization set up as follows:
a. The Chief Element, Kalakhar (Kalakhar),
b. Associate Element, the Secretariat, consists of;
1) Subbag Drafting Program and Finance;
2) General Subbag.
c. The Executing element, that is:
1) Prevention Section;
2) Law Enforcement Section;
3) Rehabilitation Section;
4) Data and Information Section.
Lakhar led by Kalakhar is technically operational to be below and
responsible to The BNK chairman and is administratively responsible
to the Mayor through the Regional Secretary.
Kalakhar has the principal task of carrying out technical, administrative and
operational support to the BNK in the field Prevention, Eradication, Misuse and the
