THE ORGANIZATION OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY ORGANIZATION

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that to implement the provisions of Article 12 paragraph (4) Invite-Invite Number 34 Year 2004 on the Indonesian National Armed Forces, it is seen that it needs to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Organization of the Organization of Indonesia Indonesian National Army;

4. Act No. 34 of 2004 of the Indonesian National Army (Indonesian Republic Gazette 2004 Number 127, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4439);

DECIDED:

SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY ORGANIZATION.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
1. Indonesian National Armed Forces (Indonesian National Armed Forces) are the main components ready to be used to carry out the country's defense duties.
2. TNI chief TNI officer is the military high officer who leads the TNI.
3. The Chief of Staff of the Army is the Chief of Staff of the Army, the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy and the Chief of Staff of the Air Force.

BAB II
THE POSITION, THE PRINCIPAL TASK, AND FUNCTION

Section 2
(1) In the deployment and use of military force, the TNI is located under the President.
(2) In the policy and defense strategy as well as administrative support, the TNI is under the coordination of the Department of Defense.

Section 3
(1) The TNI is an institution headed by the Commander of the TNI.
(2) The TNI is composed of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, each led by a Chief of Staff of the Army who is based below and is responsible to the Commander of the TNI.

Section 4
The TNI as a state defense tool serves as:
a. an antidote to any form of military threat and armed threat from outside and within the country against the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and safety of the nation;
B. the oppressor against any form of threat as referred to in the letter a; and

Section 5

Section 8
Air Force on duty:
a. execute the air TNI matra task in the field of defense;
B. uphold the law and maintain security in the airspace of the national jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of national law and international law which have been ratified;
c. carry out TNI duties in the construction and development of air matra strength; and
D. carrying out the air defense region ' s empowerment.

BAB III
THE ORGANIZATION ' S HIERARCHY AND COMMAND CHAIN

Section 9
(1) The TNI organization is structured hierarchically and piramidal.
(2) The headquarters of the Indonesian Armed Forces oversees the Army Headquarters, the Naval Headquarters, and the Air Force Headquarters.

Section 10
(1) The Commander of the Armed Forces carries the Chief of Staff of the Force in the coaching of force.
(2) The Commander in Chief of the TNI carries directly the Commander in Chief Command of Operations in the use of force.
(3) Armed Forces, Navy and Air Force officers in their respective force coaching are led by the Chief of Staff of the Force.
(4) The Chief of Staff of the Force carries Kotama Bin in the coaching of each of the forces of the Force.

The Lead Element

Section 13
(1) The Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces is the head of the Indonesian Armed Forces who is in charge of the President in accordance with the provisions of legislation. (2) The Commander of the TNI is in charge:
a. lead the TNI;
B. implement the country ' s defense policy;
c. organizes military strategy and carry out military operations;

f. organizes the coaching of the TNI as well as maintaining operational preparedness;

i. provide consideration to the Minister of Defense in drafting and carrying out strategic planning of national resources management for the country ' s defense interests;

Paragraph 3

Section 14
(1) General Staff of the Indonesian Armed Forces (SUM) is responsible for assisting the Commander in Chief coordinating staff duties in the use of force and coaching the TNI as well as other components of the defense forces of other countries including the function of planning, intelligence, operations, personnel, logistics, communications and electronics, as well as territories.
(2) SUM TNI is headed by the Chief of General Staff of the Indonesian Armed Forces which is located below and is responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI.

Section 15
(1) Inspectorate General of the Indonesian Armed Forces (Indonesian: Itjen TNI) is responsible for assisting the TNI Commander in charge of supervision and examination (Wasrik) against the purpose, results, proper use, legal and orderly conduct of the preparedness field, use, and the construction of force and the treasury in the Indonesian environment in order to support the principal task of the TNI.
(2) Itjen is headed by the Inspector General of the Indonesian Armed Forces which is located below and is responsible to the Commander of the Armed Forces.
(3) Irjen TNI assisted by Deputy Irjen TNI abbreviated Wairjen TNI and 3 (three) Inspectorate people.

Section 16
(1) Staff of the Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI) to assist in providing advice to the Commander of the Armed Forces in accordance with his field of expertise to cultivate and disseminate academically and internationally related matters in order to provide the Indonesian military service to the Indonesian Armed Forces. support the main task of the TNI.

(1) Personnel staff abbreviated Spers TNI tasked with assisting the Commander of the Armed Forces to organize a staff function in the field of personnel and manpower in order to support the principal task of the TNI.
(2) Spers TNI was led by the Assistant Personnel Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces (Aspers) Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces under and responsible to the Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces, in the implementation of the day-to-day duties coordinated by the Kasum TNI.
(3) Aspers Commander-in-chief TNI assisted by Deputy Aspers Commander of the TNI abbreviated Waaspers TNI Commander.

Section 21

(2) Skomlek TNI headed by Assistant Communications and Elektronika Commander-in-Chief of the Indonesian Armed Forces which is under and responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI, in the implementation of the day-to-day tasks coordinated by the Kasum TNI.
(3) Askomlek TNI TNI chief assisted by Deputy Askomlek Panglima TNI abbreviated Waaskomlek TNI Commander.

Section 24
(1) Special Staff of the Military Police abbreviated Ssuspom TNI tasked with assisting the Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces in formulating policy in the field of Military Police.
(2) Ssuspom TNI is led by Special Staff Officer of the Military Police abbreviated Pa Ssuspom TNI which is located below and is responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI.

Paragraph 4
The Service Element

Section 25
(1) Communications and Elektronika TNI abbreviated Satkomlek TNI tasked with conducting communication and electronic support for the command and control of the TNI Commander in the implementation of the TNI operations.

Section 27
(1) General Secretariat of the Indonesian Armed Forces (Indonesian: Setum TNI) tasked with organizing and controlling the general administration of the TNI to support the implementation of tasks in the Indonesian environment.
(2) Setum TNI is headed by the Chief Secretariat General of the Indonesian Armed Forces (Indonesian: Kasetum TNI) under and responsible to the Commander in Chief of the Indonesian Armed Forces, in the exercise of day-to-day duties coordinated by the Kasum TNI.

The Central Managing Board

Section 28
(1) The Staff School and the Indonesian Military Command (Indonesian: Sesko TNI) are responsible for organizing the highest public development education of the TNI, a joint operations education in the Indonesian environment, coaching the management field, carrying out evaluations and development in the field. Section 29
(1) The Indonesian Ministry of Education and Training Command (Indonesian: Kodiklat Indonesian: Kodiklat Indonesian: Kodiklat TNI) organizes the educational coaching and training of the Indonesian army in support of the principal task of the TNI. (2) The Kodiklat TNI is led by a Commander of the Indonesian Education Command and Training (Indonesian: Dankodiklat TNI) which is located below and is responsible to the Commander in Chief of the Indonesian Armed Forces, in the implementation of the day-to-day duties coordinated by the Kasum TNI.

Section 30
(1) The Indonesian Academy is responsible for organizing the first education of the Integrative TNI officer in order to prepare a cadre of TNI Leaders.
(2) The Indonesian Academy is headed by the Commander-in-Chief of the Indonesian Academy of TNI (Danjen Akademi TNI) which is located below and is responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI, in the implementation of the day-to-day tasks coordinated by the Kasum TNI.
(3) The Danjen Akademi is assisted by 2 (two) the Director of the TNI Academy.

Section 31
(1) The Strategic Intelligence Agency (Indonesian: Badan Strategic TNI) abbreviated Bais TNI (Bais TNI) is responsible for organizing strategic intelligence operations and operations and strategic intelligence and intelligence capabilities in order to support the principal task of the TNI.

Section 32

Section 33
(1) The Indonesian national governing body (Babinkum) (Babinkum) (Indonesian: Babinkum TNI) is responsible for assisting the TNI commander in organizing legal and human rights under the Indonesian Armed Forces, the coaching of the holding of the oditurat, and the military correctional environment Military justice.
(2) Babinkum TNI was led by the Chief of the Law of Coaching Law of the Indonesian Armed Forces under and responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI, in the implementation of the day-to-day duties coordinated by the Kasum TNI.

Section 34
(1) The Indonesian National Centre for the Indonesian National Armed Forces (Indonesian: Puspen TNI) is responsible for organizing the transformation of the Indonesian military and developing the lighting information system in order to support the principal task of the TNI.
(2) Puspen TNI headed by the Head of the Indonesian Armed Forces (Indonesian: Kapuspen TNI) which is located below and is responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI, in the implementation of the day-to-day tasks coordinated by the Kasum TNI.
(3) Kapuspen TNI assisted by Deputy Kapuspen TNI abbreviated as Wakapuspen TNI.

Section 35
(1) The Indonesian National Center for Indonesian National Police is responsible for conducting integrated and integrative health support for the implementation of the principal task force.
(2) Puskes TNI headed by the Head of the Indonesian National Centre for the Indonesian National Armed Forces (Indonesian: Kapuskes TNI) located below and responsible to the Commander in Chief of the Indonesian Armed Forces, in the implementation of the day-to-day duties coordinated by the Kasum TNI.
(3) Kapuskes TNI assisted by Deputy Kapuskes TNI abbreviated as Wakapuskes TNI.

Section 36
(1) The Indonesian National Armed Services Agency (Indonesian: Badan PerSupplies) abbreviated as Babek TNI (Indonesian: Babek TNI) is responsible for organizing centralized and integrative operations in order for the implementation of TNI operations. (2) Babek TNI is headed by the Indonesian Armed Forces Head of the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI) which is based below and is responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI, in the implementation of the day-to-day tasks coordinated by the Kasum TNI.

Section 37
(1) Mental Coaching Center (Indonesian: Centre for Mental Coaching) abbreviated to Pusbintal TNI tasked with organizing integrative mental coaching in the Indonesian environment in order for the preparation of the TNI capabilities and strength.
(2) Pusbintal TNI headed by the Head of the Indonesian Mental Coaching Centre (TNI) abbreviated as Kapusbintal TNI which is located below and is responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI, in the implementation of the day-to-day tasks coordinated by the Kasum TNI.

Section 38
