ABOUT THE SALARY REGULATIONS OF THE Indonesian REPUBLIC STATE POLICE FORCE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. That in order to improve the purpose and purpose of the use and well-being of the members of the Indonesian National Police, it is necessary to change the principal salary of the Indonesian National Police as set out in Government Regulation No. 21 of the Year 2009 on the Fifth Amendment to the Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Regulation of Gaji Member of the State Police of Indonesia;
B. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Government Regulation on the Sixth Amendment to the Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Regulation of Gaji the Member of the State Police of Indonesia;

DECIDED:
SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE SIXTH CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 29 OF 2001 ON THE SALARY REGULATIONS OF THE Indonesian REPUBLIC POLICE FORCE.
Section I
1. Changing Annex of Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Salary Regulations Of The Members Of The Indonesian National Police (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2001 Number 52, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4094), as has been five times amended with the Government Regulation:
a. Number 14 of 2003 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2003 No. 20);
B. Number 68 In 2005 (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2005 No. 153);
C. Number 12 of 2007 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2007 No. 28);
D. Number 13 of 2008 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2008 No. 26); and
e. Number 21 In 2009 (sheet State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2009 Number 38),
so be as set forth in this Government Regulation Attachment.
2. The provisions as referred to the number 1 are valid from 1 January 2010.
Chapter II
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
