BAB II
PROVISIONING

The Kesatu section
Acceptance

Section 6
(1) Each Citizen gets a wide-breadth opportunity to be admitted to a Volunteer Soldier through the admissions process.
(2) The acceptance process as referred to in paragraph (1) through the campaign, lighting, and announcement.
(3) The admission of being a Private Volunteer is exercised through registration, selection, and First Education.
(4) The further provisions of the acceptance process as referred to in paragraph (2) are governed by the Regulation of the Minister.
(5) Further provisions regarding acceptance of being a Volunteer Soldier as referred to in paragraph (3) are governed by the Commander in Chief.

Section 7
(1) The common requirement to be a Soldier is:
a. Citizens of Indonesia;
B. Faith and fear in the Lord of the Almighty;
c. faithful to the State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
D. at the time of being inducted into the lowest-aged Soldier 18 (eighteen) years;
e. has no record of criminality issued in writing by the State Police of Indonesia;
f. healthy physical and spiritual;
G. not being deprived of the right of being a Soldier based on the court ruling that has gained the power of the law fixed;
h. pass the First Education to form a Soldier Student to a Soldier; and
i. Other requirements conform to the purpose.
(2) The further provisions of the general requirements as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Regulation of the Minister.

Section 8
(1) The admission of the Citizen to a Volunteer Soldier is carried out by the admissions committee set up at the area and center level according to the need.
(2) The acceptance panel referred to in paragraph (1) is in charge of registration, requirement research, summoning, and testing.
(3) The cost of travel and accommodation of Citizens who meet the calls and during testing at the central level are borne by the state.
(4) Further provisions concerning the acceptance of the Volunteer Soldiers as referred to in paragraph (1), paragraph (2), and paragraph (3) are governed by the Regulation of the Minister.

Section 9
(1) The final results of the selection of the Volunteer of the Volunteers as referred to in Article 8 were announced by the admissions committee.
(2) The Citizen who passed the selection and was elected next to serve First Education as a Soldier of Students.
(3) Citizens who are not elected as the Student Soldiers are returned to the area of origin of registration at the cost of the country.

Section 10
The appointment of a Student Warrior as referred to in Article 9 of the verse (2) is set with the Commander ' s Decision.

The Second Part
Deployment

Section 11
(1) Any State Citizen who meets the requirements may be required to undergo the Soldiering Service.
(2) Citizens who meet the requirements as referred to in paragraph (1) and are elected next undergo First Education as a Student Warrior.

BAB III
Education

The Kesatu section
Education First

Section 12
(1) First Education consisted of the First Education for the appointment of the officers of the rank of officers of the officers, the petty officers, and the enlisted men.
(2) The First Education for the appointment of the officers of the officers ' ranks of officers consists of:
a. The Indonesian Academy of Military and the education of Private Volunteer Service, with input from secondary education; and

The Second Part
Education Establishment

Section 13
(1) The Establishment Education consists of the education of the eching cycle ranging from the provision, education, use and treatment to the separation.

Section 24
(1) The Army of the Army Soldiers as follows:
a. The rank of officer consists of:
1. General of the TNI;
2. Lieutenant General of the TNI;
3. Major General TNI;
4. Brigadier General TNI;
5. Colonel;
6. Lieutenant Colonel;
7. Major;
8. Captain;
9. Lt. One; and
Ten, Second Lieutenant.
B. The rank of Bintara consists of:
1. The Maid of First Lieutenant;
2. The Maid of the Second Lieutenant;
3. Sergeant Major;
4. Staff Sergeant;
5. Sergeant One; and
6. Sergeant Two.
C. The title of Tamtama consists of:
1. Corporal Chief;
2. Corporal One;
3. Corporal Two;
4. Head Warrior;
5. Private One; and
6. Soldier Two.
(2) The Pangkat of the Armed Forces of the Navy as follows:
a. The rank of officer consists of:
1. Admiral of the TNI;
2. Admiral Madya TNI;
3. Rear Admiral TNI;
4. First Admiral of the TNI;
5. Colonel;
6. Lieutenant Colonel;
7. Major;
8. Captain;
9. Lt. One; and
Ten, Second Lieutenant.
B. The rank of Bintara consists of:
1. The Maid of First Lieutenant;
2. The Maid of the Second Lieutenant;

C. The title of Tamtama consists of:

6. Lieutenant Colonel;
7. Major;
8. Captain;
9. Lt. One; and
Ten, Second Lieutenant.
B. The rank of Bintara consists of:
1. The Maid of First Lieutenant;
2. The Maid of the Second Lieutenant;
3. Sergeant Major;
4. Staff Sergeant;
5. Sergeant One; and
6. Sergeant Two.
C. The title of Tamtama consists of:
1. Corporal Chief;
2. Corporal One;
3. Corporal Two;

6. Soldier Two.
(4) As to the rank of officer followed by a branch or corps which indicates one of the career fields in the Indonesian environment.
(5) As for the rank of Marine Corps, the Navy is equated with the rank of Army of the Army and accompanied "(Mar)" behind it.
(6) Further provisions on the additional designations stating the kechians or corps, are arranged with the Commander's Ordinance.
Section 25
The provisions of type, shape, color, and layout of the use of rank marks are governed by the Commander's Rule.

The Third Part
The Rise Of The Rank

Section 26
(1) Each Private acquires the opportunity to gain a promotion based on its achievements in accordance with the prevailing career pattern and meet the requirements specified.
(2) The terms of the (1) section apply to the (men) of the Students.
(3) The further provisions of the promotion of rank as referred to in verse (1) and verse (2) are governed by the Commander's Ordinance.

Section 27
(1) The rise of the rank consists of:
a. a regular promotion increase; and
B. A special promotion.
(2) The special rank ascension consists of:
a. rise of the extraordinary rank; and
B. An award promotion.
(3) The extraordinary rank of rank consists of:
a. ascension to the extraordinary rank of war military operation;
B. ascension to the extraordinary rank of military operations other than the war;
c. rise of the extraordinary rank of the posthumous war military operation; and
D. The rise of the extraordinary rank of military operations other than a posthumous war
(4) The accession of the rank of Colonel and to/in the rank of High Officer by the President.
(5) Further provisions concerning the promotion of rank as referred to in paragraph (1), paragraph (2), and verse (3) are governed by the Commander's Ordinance.

The Fourth Part
Special Rank Grant

Section 28
(1) Soldiers who perform special duties and positions which require a higher rank than they may be given the local rank as referred to in Section 5 (2) of the letter b.
(2) The local power grant does not carry the following administration.
(3) The further provisions of the local rank as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Commander's Ordinance.

Section 29
(1) The Citizen required and willing to perform a specific soldiering task in the Indonesian environment is given the titular rank as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the letter b.
(2) The use of the titular rank only applies as long as it is concerned that the office of the soldier is the basis for the grnd ends.
(6) The further provisions of the Advanced Service Association as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed with the Commander in Chief.

Section 22
(1) The Term of the Special Service as referred to in Article 17 of the paragraph (2) is specified at least two (two) times and at least 5 (five) times of the education period followed and taken into account after the completion of the First Service of the Service as a result of the term of the Special Seanted the welfare of the Office of Kedinasan.

The Private Income

Section 39

Section 40
(1) Soldiers of Students during the First Education earn income in the form of an educational allowance.
(2) Further provisions concerning the awarding of the Student Soldiers as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Regulation of the Minister.

The Third Part
The Soldier ' s Rawatan

Section 41
(1) The soldier gets the Soldier ' s Office in the form:
a. individual equipment;
B. service uniform apparel;
c. food rations;
D. housing or dormitory or mess;
e. health care;
f. Moril coaching;
G. Physical coaching;
h. Mental coaching and religious services;
i. coaching discipline and orderly conduct;
J. legal assistance;

Section 42
(1) Soldiers during the undergoing Education Establishment and development education as referred to in Article 13 and Section 14 got pocket money.
(2) The further provisions of the pocket money as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Commander in Chief.

Section 43
(1) Soldiers during the serve of educational duties outside the Ministry of Defence education and/or the TNI get the help of education fees.
(2) Soldiers and Soldiers of Students during the serve of educational duties in the Ministry of Defence education and/or TNI received educational costs support.
(3) Further provisions concerning the assistance of education fees as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Regulation of the Minister.

The Fourth Part
The Private Family ' s View

Section 44
(1) The Family of the Soldiers gets the family ' s rawbe include:

The Fifth Part
The Satisfaction Interest for the Private who
Temporarily dismissed from the Title

Section 45
(1) The temporary discharged soldier of the post referred to in Article 33 of the paragraph (1) the letter a and the letter b, obtained the Office of Kedinasan as referred to in Article 38, while the income of the Soldiers as referred to in Article 39 verse (2) the letter c, the letter d, and the letter e, is not given.

Section 48

BAB V
RAWTE

The Kesatu section
Common

Section 38
(1) Each of the soldiers and his family is grith the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and the lesser are governed by the Commander's Ordinance.

Section 58.

Section 59
Soldiers who are dishonorly discharged from the Soldiering Service, are obliged:
a. maintaining and not abusing the individual equipment acquired by it; and
B. For two (two) years since he was honorly discharged from the Office of the Army, reports of every change of address to the officials of the local military units within the slowest time limit of 14 (fourteen) days.

Section 60

Section 61

The Second Part
Rawatan Purnadinas

Section 62.
Soldiers who were dishonorly discharged from the Soldiering Service acquired the rawatan and purnadinas services which included pensions, pension benefits, allowances, severance, health care, and/or other purnadinas in accordance with the the provisions of the laws.

Section 63
Career Warrior who is dishonorly discharged from the Soldiering Service as referred to in Article 51 of the paragraph (1) letter a, letter b, letter c, letter d, letter f and letter i received:
a. retired, when:
1. has not yet reached the specified retirement age limit, but has undergone the most short of the soldiering Service 20 (twenty) years; or
2. have reached the prescribed retirement age limit and have undergone the Soldiering Service between 15 (fifteen) years to less than 20 (twenty) years.
B. The allowance is retired, when:
1. has not reached the specified pension age limit, but has undergone the Soldiering Service between 15 (fifteen) years up to less than 20 (twenty) years; or
2. have reached the age limit of the prescribed pension and have undergone the Soldiering Service between 10 (ten) years to 15 (fifteen) years.
C. allowance, when not reaching the pension age limit is retired, but has served the Service of the Warrior between 5 (five) years up to less than 15 (fifteen) years; or
D. The severance of the army is less than five (five) years old, which is at once as much as the final salary multiplied by the number of years of the soldiering of the soldiers.

Section 64
Voluntary Soldiers of Short Service who are dishonorly discharged from the Army Service as referred to in Article 52 of the paragraph (1) letter b, the letter c, and the letter f, receive:
a. allowance, when it has undergone the shortest (5) year (5) year (5) years; or
B. Severance, when the Service of the Warrior is less than five years old, which is at once as much as the final salary is multiplied by the number of years of the soldiering of the Soldiers.

Section 65

Section 66
(1) Private in and/or by service due to service:

Section 55

Section 72
(1) The soldier who was dishonorly discharged from the Army of the soldiers due to the fall, or was killed to his heir was given:
a. The retirement of the warakawuri or the widower and the benefits of orphans or orphans, or the benefits of an orphan, or an parental allowance (father or mother) in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the law; and

Section 73

Section 74
To warakawuri or widower or orphaned child or orphan or child-orphan is given full income of the deceased with the following provisions:
a. for 6 (six) months if the world dies;
B. For 12 (twelve) months if either fall or die;
c. for 12 (twelve) months after the death of the world and have a Star of the Force, Bintang Sewindu, or Guerrilla Star and the other star higher rank; or
D. For 18 months when it falls or dies or dies, and is declared a hero by the Presidential Decree.

Section 75
(1) Soldiers who were discharged not with respect from the Army of the Army as referred to in Article 53, were entitled to a refund of the cash insurance of the Soldiers and the dues of the pension funds in accordance with the laws.

The Third Part
Re-enablement

Section 76

THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Section 77

CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 79

Section 80
