HOSTING THE TERMINAL

WITH THE GRACE OF THE LORD MAHA ESA

MAYOR OF PASURUAN,

Draws : a. that the provision of public transit services and its facilities is one of the matters in the field of land perconnection that is required to be organized by the area;

b. that in order to carry out compulsory affairs in the field of land perrelation as referred to in the letter a, the Pasuruan City Government looks to need to provide a public facility with a terminal;

c. that under consideration as referred to the letters a and b, need to establish the Regional Regulation on the Alignment of the Terminal.

SET: REGIONAL REGULATIONS CONCERNING HOSTING THE TERMINAL.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Region Regulation is referred to: 1. The city is Pasuruan City. 2. The City Government is the Government of Pasuruan City. 3. The mayor is Mayor of Pasuruan City. Service is the Head of the City of Transportation, Communications and Informatics Service

Pasuruan. 5. The head of the Service is Head of the Ministry of Transportation, Communications and

Informatics of the City of Pasuruan. 6. The Technical Managing Unit (UPT), is the element

acting technical task force. 7. The next Terminal Technical Managing Unit (UPT Terminal)

is the technical managing element of the Pasuruan City of Transportation, Communications and Informatics Service.

8. A terminal is a public motor vehicle base used to arrange arrivals and departures, raise and degrade people and/or goods, as well as transfer of transport modes.

9. A common motor vehicle is any motor vehicle that is supplied to be used by the general in charge of charge.

10. Traject is a common vehicle pathway for the service of people's transport services, which have both the origin and purpose of fixed and unscheduled travel and schedule.

BAB II

T E R M I N A L

Article 2

The City Government organizes a terminal as a public motor vehicle base that is used to arrange arrivals and departures, raise and degrade people and/or goods, as well as transfer of transport modes.

Article 3

(1) The Terminal in the City is the Type B terminal. (2) The terminal as referred to in paragraph (1) serves the service

a common motor vehicle. (3) The Terminal as referred to in paragraph (1) is the Terminal Untung

Suropati located in Blandongan Kelurahan, the Subdistrict of Kidul, Pasuruan City.

Section 4

In order to host the terminal as It is referred to in Article 2, provided the supporting facilities are: a. Passenger waiting room; b. Restroom/WC/toilet; c. Kiosk/pocket/cantin; d. The path of departure and arrival; e. Public vehicle parking lot and introduction; f. Office; g. Watchtower; h. Loket;

i. Signs and information boards; j. Medicine room; k. Information room and complaint; l. Public phone; m. Bicycle daycare; n. The daycare place; o. Park.

Article 5

(1) The general motor vehicle as referred to in Article 2 is a common motor vehicle that has a fixed and orderly vehicle that serves the inter-city transport in the Propinsi (AKDP), the city transport and the Rural transport.

(2) Public motor vehicles as referred to in paragraph (1) are required to enter the Suropati Untung Terminal and make the Suropati Untung Terminal of origin, destination and/or stopover.

(3) The public vehicle is in question on paragraph (1) must pay a levy.

Article 6

(1) To support Staging a terminal as referred to in Article 2, the Municipal Government organizes Terminal Type C.

(2) The terminal as referred to in section 1) is serving a common motor vehicle in a public passenger car, the city transport and/or rural transit in fixed and regular items.

(3) Public motor vehicles as referred to in verse (2) that enter or pass through the City are required to enter the Type C Terminal in accordance with the designated subject.

(4) A common motor vehicle as referred to in verse (3) is mandatory for retribution. in accordance with the terms of the applicable laws.

Article 7

(1) The Type C Terminal as referred to in Section 6 is: a. Kebonagung terminal, located in the Kebonagung Village,

Subdistrict Purworejo; b. Ketug Reef terminal, located in the Ketug Reef Kelurahan,

Gadingrejo district. (2) The Kebonagung terminal subterminal as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a

specifically for city transport.

BAB III

HOSTING

Section 8

(1) The hosting of the terminal is technically available. The operation is performed by the UPT Terminal.

(2) The following terminals are referred to in paragraph (1) include: a. the setting of the scheduled arrival and departure of the vehicle

general motor; b. a levy on the terminal; c. hosting security and order, hygiene and beauty

terminal.

(3) In the staging of a terminal as referred to in paragraph (1), the Chief UPT Terminal is required to submit a report of the results of its duties to the Head of the Service in the form of a monthly report or if at any time required.

Article 9

The head of the Service conducts coaching and supervision over hosting the terminal executed by UPT Head Terminal.

BAB IV

S A N K S I

Article 10

Breach against the provisions as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (3) and Section 6 of the paragraph (4) sanction as set up in local regulations on the terminal levy.

BAB V

Article 12

Things that have not been set up in this Regional Regulation all along regarding the technical implementation will be set up with the Mayor Regulation.

Article 13

This Regional Regulation is beginning to apply at the promultable date.

UMUM

In the Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 of 2007 on the Partition of Government Affairs Between the Central Government, the Provincial Local Government and the District/City Local Government is mentioned that the field of relations It is a matter of government that is required to be held by the Local Government regarding basic services. In regard to this, the Pasuruan City Government has an obligation to provide a public facility with a terminal as a settled road transport infrastructure that is used as a passenger transfer of motor vehicles. Common to enter or pass through the City of Pasuruan. This area's regulation is set to provide a legal basis for the hosting of a terminal provided by the Pasuruan City Government.
