TO THE POLITICAL PARTY

BAB I

provisions UMUM

Article 1 In this Regional Regulation is referred to by: 1. Area is Pontianak County. 2. Local Government is the Regent and the Regional Device as the organizer element

CALCULATION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Article 2

(1) Political Party financial assistance of the Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget (APBD) is granted by the Local Government each year.

(2) The Political Party as referred to in verse (1) is the Political Party that gets seats in the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Pontianak Regency.

(3) Financial assistance as referred to in paragraph (1) is given proportionally whose count is based on the number of votes.

Article 3

Financial aid sourced from Budget and Regional Shopping (APBD) is given to the Political Party which is granted a seat in the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Pontianak Regency.

Article 4

(1) The Besm Financial assistance given to the political party as referred to in Article 3, the calculation is based on the number of votes for the election results of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Pontianak Regency.

Article 5

Article 6

BAB III

BUDGETING IN APBD

Article 7

Article 9

Article 10

Article 13

Article 15

Article 16

BAB VIII

REPORT ACCOUNTABILITY FOR FINANCIAL AID PARTY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Article 18

The political party is required to make the books and maintain the evidence acceptance and expenses of financial aid funds.

Article 19

(1) The Political Party is required to make an account of the accountability and financial expenses of the financial aid fund.

(2) The account of the liability as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of: a. Recapitulation Realization Acceptance and Shopping of political party financial aid and

in Appendix II of this Regional Regulation.

Article 20

I. UMUM

The Local Government as the organizer of Government affairs in the State of the Republic of Indonesia system also guarantees every Citizen has the same opportunity in formulating various policies. Participation in the formulation of policy meant in accordance with the representative Democracy system of the Union of the Republic of Indonesia which was implemented through the Political Party.

Given the formation of the Political Party is the embodiment From the sovereignty of the people and the Political Party is an asset of the State, in order to support a democratic life, the Regional Government of Pontianak needs to provide financial assistance to the Political Party in a way that is a propotional political party.

Giving financial assistance to the Political Party propotionally Intended for the conduct of the implementation of the administration and/or the Secretariat of the Political Party in the area that is voted in the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Pontianak Regency to support the goals of the Political Party in life.
