BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

Article 8

Article 9

(1) The levy of retribution is revisited at most times 3 (three) years. (2) The review of the levy rate as referred to in paragraph (1)

BAB VII

REGION POLLING

Article 10

BAB IX

ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTION

Article 13

INVOICING

section 14

BAB XI

ABOLISHMENT OF RETRIBUTION

THE EXPIRATION

Section 15

BAB XII

GRANTING OF LENIATION, REDUCTION AND RELEASE OF RETRIBUTION

Article 17

(1) The Regent may provide leniation, reduction and release

retribution. (2) The grant of leniation, reduction and exemption of retribution

as referred to in paragraph (1) with regard to the Compulsory Retribution capability may be given to denoting due to natural disasters and unrest.

BAB XIII

INQUIRY

section 18

(3) Investigators as referred to in paragraph (1) notify the commencement of the inquiry and deliver the results of its inquiry to the public prosecutor through an investigator of the State Police officer of the Republic of Indonesia, according to the the provisions set in the Criminal Event Law Act.

BAB XIV

CRIMINAL provisions

Article 19
