BAB VI
DRIVER ' S DRIVER OBLIGATION IS COMMON

Article 21
In the operation of the vehicle for public transport services, vehicle drivers

Article 22

BAB VII
RIGHT AND PASSENGER LIABILITY
Article 23
(1) The passengers of a public vehicle are entitled to a sign of proof of the fee payment

Article 24

BAB VIII
THE REQUIREMENT TECHNICAL AND
LAIK PUBLIC MOTOR VEHICLE ROAD
Article 25
(1) Any motor vehicle operated on the road must meet
the technical and laicable requirements of the road.
(2) The technical requirements as referred to in paragraph (1), consist of:
a. pattern;
b. equipment;
c. size;
b. caroseries;
c. the technical design of the vehicle corresponds to its designation;
d. loading;

f. coupling of a Motor Vehicle; dan/or
g. Motoring Vehicle.

BAB IX

BAB XI
provisions CRIMINAL
Article 28
(1) Any person driving a four or more wheeled Motorized Vehicle

the most fines of Rp. 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand rupiah).
(2) Any person driving a four or more wheeled Motor Vehicle
