BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Region Regulation referred to:

1. Area is the City of Sukabumi.

ASAS, INTENT, AND PURPOSE

Article 2

The granting of IUJK is based on honesty principles

and fairness, benefits, uniformity, balance, independence, openness, partnership, security,

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES VENTURE

Section 5

BUJK Requirements

Article 12

Fifth section

IUJK Applicable Terms

Article 16

SANCTION ADMINISTRATION

Article 24

(1) The violation of the Regulation provisions

if:
