Understanding
Section 1
In this Regional Regulation is referred to:
1. The area is Gunungkidul Regency.

Article 9
(1) The taxi service services are organized by meeting the features-

a. Unscheduled;

(2) The vehicle used for taxi transport must be equipped
with:

is turned on;
b. Equipped with air/AC; air conditioning tools;
c. The logo and company name are placed on the front door

Permission Subject
Article 11

(6) Types of traject permit requests for transport

Third Quarter
Permission Insidentil
Section 12
(1) Insidentil permission is granted only to
the transport company which has been licensed, for
using its vehicle deviates from the traject permissions that
is owned;
(2) Permission insidentil as referred to a paragraph (1) is only given
for the benefit:
a. Adds to the shortage of transport at specific times,

school holidays and transmigration transport;

Section 15

Operations permit
Article 16
(1) To perform the activities of the transport of people not

authorization for the operating permit holder to submit an extension
operation permit.

Article 17

Article 18

Article 19

Section 20
Requests for operation permit, can be:
a. Permission for the new applicant;
b. renewal of the permit applicable;

4. vehicle replacement includes vehicle rejuvenation and
vehicle number changes.
Section 21
The operating permit is given by the Regent for:
1) the transport of the taxi servicing the operating area is more than one
Propinsi as per the transportation needs of the Director
General as the task of the host;
2) taxi transport servicing operations areas more than one
District/City in one Propinsi as per the designation requirement
transit of the Governor;
3) the transport of taxis serving in the Regency if no
assignment of transit needs of the Director General or
Governor.
Section 22
(1) If the designated operating area is still declared open
but the applicant has not completed certain requirements may
be given a consent letter.

Article 24
(1) Any General Motor Vehicles that have obtained the Traject License
and/or Operations Permission are granted the Surveillance Card.
(2) The Surveillance Card is referred to in the verse (1) applies
for 6 (six) months and may be extended.
(3) The provisions of the Surveillance Card as intended
on the paragraph (1) are set in the Rules of Regents.
BAB V
RIGHT AND LIABILITY PASSENGER
Article 25
(1) The passengers of a public motor vehicle are entitled to given a ticket as
a sign of evidence for payment of an agreed fee.
(2) For passengers who have been given a proof of payment
as referred to in paragraph (1), entitled to get
service accordingly with the agreement listed in the mark
proof of payment.

(3) For passengers who have had proof of payment and/or

additional or other liability outside of the agreement.
(4) The passengers are entitled to the the use of a luggage facility that is not
is charged a maximum of 10 (ten) kilograms per passenger,

passengers.
(5) Terms of ticket awarding to vehicle passengers

Article 26
The passengers are required to pay the transport fee as specified, and

BAB IX
ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTION
Article 40
(1) The license of the traverse or operating permit may be revoked if:
a. transport companies within three (three) months of the
expiration of the traject permit and the operating permit not

b. Violation of the provisions referred to in Section 15
and Section 23.
(2) Revocation of traverse license or operating permission as intended
in paragraph (1) is conducted through the written warning process as much
3 (three) times consecutive in a row with each 1

The license of the operation or the operation permit may be revoked without going through process

Article 49
