Article 18 (1) The results of the Performance Measurement activities are reported in LAKIP. (2) The LAKIP contains an overview of the goals of the goals as

Article 20 (1) The analysis as referred to in Section 19 of the paragraph (2) of the letter a

contains: a. description of the activity performance attainment with

programs and policies in realizing the goals, objectives, and vision as well as the mission as specified in Renstra; and

b. the explanation of the development of the goal-achieving conditions and the objective efficiently and effectively, in accordance with the established policies, programs and activities.

(2) The analysis as referred to the paragraph (1) is done using The complete and accurate information/data obtained.

Article 21 (1) Evaluation as referred to in Section 19 of the paragraph (2) letter b

is done to determine the accuracy and effectiveness of the policy, system and implementation process.

(2) The evaluation of the performance as referred to in paragraph (1) includes activities: a. evaluation of any performance indicator to provide

further explanation of the things that support success and that causes the failure of execution of an activity;

b. evaluation of efesiency of each performance indicator by comparing the output with the input either for the plan and the realization; and

c. The measurement or determination of the level of effectiveness that illustrates the level of agreement between the goals of the results.

Section 22 Comparison as referred to in Section 19 of the paragraph (2) of the letter c is performed between:

a. real performance with a planned performance; b. real performance with performance results achieved in the previous

years; c. performance of a Satker/Polda with the performance of another Satker/Polda that

excelled in its field; and

d. real performance with the performance of the Police in other countries or with international standards.

CHAPTER III REPORTING

Article 23 (1) Any Satker and Subsatker in the compulsory Polri environment

delivered LAKIP in writing and Periodic every year. (2) The delivery of LAKIP as referred to in paragraph (1)

is intended for: a. communicate the performance of Satker's performance within a year

the budget attributed to Satker's goals and objectives; and

b. Be responsible for the performance of the Cloud Service.

(3) The supporting documents attached to LAKIP are: a. performance assignment; b. Performance measurement; c. organizational structure; and d. the decision or set of laws and laws

Polri/Polda, for LAKIP Satker and Subsatker Mabes Polri/Polda. Article 26

(1) The LAKIP Unit of the Polri organization reports the achievement of the objective or strategic objective of outcome (outcome).

(2) The LAKIP Satker rate Mabes Polri/Polda reports the achievement of goals or strategic objectives that are result (outcome) and/or output (output) important for the existence and success of an organization.

(3) LAKIP The Polri/Polda's Mabes level subsatker reports the achievement of objective (output) objectives or strategic objectives for the presence and success of an organization and/or other output (output).
