DECIDED:
Establish: SOCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON ORGANIZATION AND THE SOCIAL CARE SYSTEM BINA RUNGU WICARA MEOHAI KENDARI.
BAB I
THE POSITION, TASK, AND FUNCTION
Section 1
(1) Social Panti Bina Rungu Wicara “Meohai” Kendari next in this Regulation is called PSBRW “Meohai” Kendari is a Technical Managing Unit in the Social Ministry environment that is located below and is responsible to The Director General Of Social Rehabilitation, and functionally being scouted by the Director of Social Rehabilitation People With Disability.
(2) PSBRW “Meohai” Kendari as referred to in verse (1) is led by a Chief.
Section 2
PSBRW “Meohai” Kendari has a duty of providing guidance, curative social rehabilitation, rehabilitation, promotion in the form of basic guidance on rungu wicara, physical, mental, social, skills training, resosialization and further guidance for the rungu wicara disability.
Section 3
In performing the task as referred to in Article 2, PSBRW “Meohai” Kendari organizes function:
a. the drafting of plans and programs, evaluations and reports;
B. the execution of registration, observation, identification and social diagnostics;
c. implementation of social rehabilitation covering mental, physical and skill guidance;
D. execution of resoscilalization, channising and advanced guidance;
e. execution of information grants, advocacy and referrals;
f. the execution of the study and the preparation of social rehabilitation standards; and
G. the execution of the business business.
BAB II
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Section 4
PSBRW “Meohai” Kendari consists of:
a. Enterprise Business;
B. Subsections of the Program and Social Advocacy;
C. Social Rehabilitation Subsections; and
D. Functional Position Groups;
Section 5
(1) The Business of Business and/or IBM Business as a Service (as defined in the "IBM International Business Organization") and the IBM International Business Organization ("IBM"), the "IBM Business" and "IBM Business", "IBM", and the IBM International Business Organization ("IBM")

Section 6
The Functional Position Group as referred to in Section 4 of the letter d has the task of performing activities in accordance with the functional office each under the terms of the laws.
Section 7
(1) The Functional Position Group as referred to in Section 6 consists of a number of functional positions divided into various functional office groups according to the field of expertise.
(2) Each Functional Position Group as referred to in paragraph (1) is coordinated by a functional official set forth by the Chief Panti.
(3) The amount of the functional power as referred to in paragraph (1) is determined based on the need and workload.
(4) The type and type of functional title as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed under the provisions of the laws.
Section 8
(1) To support the implementation of the tasks and functions of PSBRW “Meohai” Kendari, formed Installation Production.
(2) Installation of the Production as defined in section 1) has the task of carrying out productive work skills activities that are economically productive.
(3) The Production Installation as referred to in paragraph (1) is led by a Coordinator appointed by the Chief of Panti.
(4) Production Installation Coordinator is below and is responsible to Chief Panti and technically coordinating with Subsection Chief on each other's field of duty
Section 9
The organization charts PSBRW “Meohai” Kendari as set forth in the Order of the Regulation of this Minister is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
BAB III
WORK LAYOUT
Section 10
Head of the Home, Head of Affairs, and Head of Subsection in performing their duties in order to implement the principles of coordination, integration, synchronization, and supervision in both the respective environment and between the organizational units in its environment and with the other instances in accordance with their respective tasks.
Section 11
The leadership of the organization units in the PSBRW environment “Meohai” Kendari in carrying out his duties must be required to supervise his respective subordinates and in the event of an aberration to take the necessary steps according to the provisions of the organization. Laws.
Section 12

CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 18
Changes to the organization and the work of the PSBRW “Meohai” Kendari under the Ordinance of this Minister, are established by the Minister of Social Affairs after receiving written consent from the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of atonement State apparatus and bureaucratic reform.
