SOCIAL MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Establish: SOCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE SOCIAL CARE SYSTEM TRESNA WERDHA MINAULA KENDARI.


BAB I
THE POSITION, TASK, AND FUNCTION
Section 1
(1) Social Services Tresna Werdha “Minaula” Next Kendari in this regulation is called PSTW “Minaula” Kendari is a Technical Managing Unit in the Social Ministry environment that is below and is responsible to The Director General Of Social Rehabilitation, and functionally being scouted by the Director of Advanced Social Services of the Age.
(2) PSTW “Minaula” Kendari as referred to in verse (1) is headed by a Chief.


Section 2
PSTW “Minaula” Kendari has a duty to provide curative guidance, service and social rehabilitation, ministry in the form of basic knowledge guidance on advanced age, physical, mental, social, skills training for further the derelictive and prone age.

Section 3
In performing the tasks referred to in Article 2, PSTW “Minaula” Kendari organizes function:
a. the drafting of plans and programs, evaluations and reports;
B. implementation of registration, observation, identification, social diagnosis and treatment;
c. implementation of social services that includes mental, physical and skill guidance;
D. implementation of the resoscilalization;
e. execution of social protection, social advocacy and referrals;
f. the execution of services and social protection; and
G. the execution of the business business.

BAB II
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Section 4
PSTW “Minaula” Kendari consists of:
a. Enterprise Business;
B. Subsections of the Program and Social Advocacy;
C. Subsections of Social Services; and
D. Functional Office Groups.

Section 5
(1) The Business of Business and/or IBM Business as a Service (as defined in the "IBM International Business Organization") and the IBM International Business Organization ("IBM"), the "IBM Business" and "IBM Business", "IBM", and the IBM International Business Organization ("IBM")

Section 6

Section 7

Section 8

(1) To support the implementation of the duties and functions of the PSTW “Minaula” Kendari, formed Installation of Production.

Section 9
The organization charts PSTW “Minaula” Kendari as set forth in the Order of the Regulation of this Minister is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

WORK LAYOUT
Section 10
