BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In this Region Regulation referred to:
1. The area is Kulon Progo County.
2. Local Government is the Regent and Device
Regions as the governing element of the Government
Regions.

Kulon Progo.

Health Service Technical Managing Unit

b. Health care at the UPTD Laboratory

BAB III
NAME, OBJECT AND SUBJECT LEVY
Article 3
Any health service at UPTD Puskesmas
and UPTD Health Laboratory levied retribution
under the name of the Health Service Retribution.
Article 4
(1) Health Service Retribution Object in the UPTD Service
Health is the health service at Puskesmas,
Associate Puskesmas, Traveling Puskesmas, and UPTD
Health Laboratory.
(2) Health services at UPTD Puskesmas are
service:
a. consultation;
b. Outpatient:
1. generic;
2. tooth;
3. Maternal and Child Health (KIA) and Family
Planted (KB);
4. immunization; and
5. be outpatient/Public Health Noursing (PHN)

d. medik action;
e. Outpatient;
f. visum et repertum; and
g. Other health services.
(3) Health services at UPTD Laboratory
Health care of service:
a. food sample check; and
b. environmental sample check.
Article 5
(1) Health Service Retribution Subject matter at UPTD
Puskesmas is a person or Agency
obtaining health care at UPTD
Puskesmas.
(2) Health Service Retribution Subject at UPTD
The Health Laboratory is a person or
Agency that obtained service on UPTD
Health Laboratory.
BAB IV
LEVY TYPE
Section 6
Health Service attribution at UPTD Service

THE WAY MEASURES THE LEVEL OF USE OF MERIT

the Minister of Health policy.
(4) Charges as referred to in paragraph (1) against
service health in the UPTD Laboratory

b. Indirect charges consist of:
1. office administration;
2. electric;
3. water;
4. phone;
5. fuel; and
6. the maintenance of infrastructure and health facilities.

STRUCTURE AND MAGNITUDE TARIFF LEVY

Article 9
(1) The structure and magnitude of the Service Retribution Rate
Health at UPTD Puskesmas is measured by
the top calculation:
a. direct cost;
b. indirect costs; and
c. Service services.
(2) Service services are specified with regard to
community capabilities and service services that
apply to UPTD Health in the surrounding area.
(3) Charges directly, indirect costs and services
services as referred to in paragraph (1) letter
a, letter b and letter c as set forth in
Attachment I and are the not

BAB VIII
HEALTH CARE FINANCING PRINCIPLE
Article 11
(1) The Local Government and the public are responsible
over financing of the ministry health in UPTD Service
Health with regard to capabilities

health for the public through UPTD Service
Health allocated in the Budget

(3) Health care costs for the guarantee patient

BAB IX
TARIFF REVIEW
SECTION 13
(1) THE LEVY FEE may be reviewed at least 3
(three) years.
(2) The review of Retribution fares as referred to
paragraph (1) is done with regard to the index pricing
and the development of the economy.

I. UMUM.
