BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In this Region Regulation referred to:
1. The area is Gunungkidul Regency.
2. The Local Government is the Regent and the area device as

AUTHORITY, DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND REPORTING

Second Section
Changes, cancellation, and Elimination
Section 9
(1) Any company that performs changes to the data
is required to report a change of data to the SKPD

Article 10

Section 11
The company list and TDP is declared null, if the
concerned company has proven to register the company data untrue
and/or not according to technical permissions or captions which

Section 12
(1) The Company as referred to in Section 11 is mandatory
reregistration in accordance with the provisions in
Article 8 verse (1) to up to paragraph (8) by including the original TDP
which has been cancelled.

submit objections accompanied by reason of objection to

Article 13

is declared unapplicable and the company which

ENTERPRISE INFORMATION SERVICES
Section 16

Article 18

BAB VI

SUPERVISION AND INVESTIGATION
Article 23

MANDATORY ENTERPRISE LIST
LIST OF BUSINESSES OR ACTIVITIES THAT ARE MOVING OUTSIDE
THE ECONOMY
Effort or moving activities outside the economy
whose nature and purpose are not solely looking for profit
and/or profit It is:
1. Formal education (school path) in any kind and
the body hosted by anyone as well as not managed
by the enterprise entity and/or not in the form of an enterprise entity
consisting of:
a. Pre-school Level Education Service;
b. Primary School Level Education Service;
c. First-Level Advanced School Education Service;
d. Secondary School Services;
e. Academic (Instituut/
High School, Academy, Polytechnic) Education Service; or
f. Other Educational Services.
2. Non-formal education (outside of school) which is scouted by

a. Services Pathology and Dioagnosa Medical Laboratory; or
b. Pathological Clinic and Animal Laboratory Diagnoses.
II. ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT

b. Copy Of The Change In The Establishment Of The Perseroan Establishment (if
