Section 14

(1) Unit The assigned work/Instancy gives IUJK a check on the BUJK request document.

Section 15

(1) Any IUJK given using the license code number.

Section 16

IUJK have a period of three (three) years and may be extended for any time expiration.

BAB V

RIGHT AND HOLDER OBLIGATIONS

Article 17

IUJK holders are entitled to:

Article 18

(1) IUJK holders are required to meet the provisions of:

a. purified, covering general safety requirements, building construction, quality of job results, quality of materials and or building components, and equipment quality in effect with applicable standards or norms;

b. security, safety, and health of the construction site in accordance with applicable laws;

c. Applicable;

d. Local environment and environmental management are in accordance with applicable law.

(2) IUJK Licensee is required to carry out the construction work in a timely manner, quality and time.

(5) IUJK Licensee is required to meet the administrative provisions as follows:

Article 19

BAB VI

UNIT LIABILITY REPORT THE JOB/AGENCY THAT GIVES IUJK

Section 20

(1) The Work/Institant Unit designated to carry out IUJK grants, is required to deliver a periodic account account every 3 (three) months to the Regent.

(2) Bupati delivers IUJK grant reports to the Governor periodically every 4 (four) months at once.

(3) the IUJK grant responsibility report as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) includes:

a. new IUJK grant list;

b. IUJK extension list;

c. list of IUJK data changes;

d. IUJK closing list;

e. list of individual people's business;

f. list of BUJK affected by administrative sanctions; and

g. IUJK's supervising activities and empowerment.

(4) The IUJK Licensing Report as referred to in paragraph (2) and the liability Report as referred to in paragraph (3) shall be further set up with the Count Regulation.

BAB VII

EMPOWERMENT AND OVERSIGHT

Section 21

Section 22

Article 23

(5) Regents or designated officials conduct an overall inspection of the construction work that is being implemented to ensure that the granting of IUJK is not abused as well as the product quality of the work product.

Section 24

(1) Each month a user of the BUJK services is required to report a BUJK performance to the IUJK publisher instance for monitoring.

(2) The report as referred to in paragraph (1) includes the advancement of job execution, the implementation of the job quality and the execution of safety and work health in carrying out an obstruction job.

(3) The terms of the quality monitoring and performance of the company follow the norms of applicable laws.
