REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY MINISTRY ' S REGULATION

ABOUT
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRESIDENT ' S 26-YEAR 2013 PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON FINANCIAL RIGHTS FOR THE CHAIRMAN, DEPUTY CHAIRMAN, SECRETARY, AND MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL RESEARCH COUNCIL
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S MINISTER FOR RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY,
Weighing: that in order to carry out the provisions of Article 3 of the Presidential Regulation No. 26 of 2013 on Financial Rights for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Member of the National Research Council, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Research and Technology on the Implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 26 Year 2013 on Financial Rights For the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Member of the National Research Council;
Given: 1. Act Number 18 of 2002 on System Research, Development, and Application of Science and Technology (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2002 No. 84, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4219);
2. Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2005 on the National Research Council;
3. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended in the last few times with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 Number 142);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as it has been twice amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 of the Year 2011 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 Number 142);
5. Presidential Decree Number 59 /P/2011 about the Appointing of the Acting Minister;
6. Presidential Regulation No. 26 of 2013 on Financial Rights For the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Member of the National Research Council
7. Regulation of the Minister of State for Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 03 /M/PER/VI/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Research and Technology;
DECIDED:
establishes: A REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRESIDENT ' S 2013 PRESIDENTIAL REGULATIONS ON FINANCIAL RIGHTS FOR THE CHAIRMAN, VICE CHAIRMAN, SECRETARY, AND MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL RESEARCH COUNCIL.
Article 1
To the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Member of the National Research Council is given an honorarium every month.
Article 2
(1) The Honorarium of the Honorarium as referred to in Article 1 refers to the Presidential Regulation No. 26 of 2013 on Financial Rights for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Member of the National Research Council.
(2) The Honorarium as referred to in paragraph (1) is granted after the cut of the income tax (PPh) in accordance with the provisions of the laws in the taxation field.
Article 3
The Honorarium as referred to in Article 1 is paid counting starting in April 2013.
Section 4
The payment of honorarium as referred to in Section 3 is given based on performance in carrying out the task.
Section 5
(1) The Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary or Member of the National Research Council who does not meet the performance in carrying out the task, can be subject to sanctions.
(2) In the event of the Chairman, the Vice Chairman, the Secretary or Member of the National Research Council is sanctioned as referred to in paragraph (1), dismissed the payment of his honorarium.
Section 6
The calculation of the performance in carrying out the duties and sanctions for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary or Member of the National Research Council as referred to in Article 4 and Section 5 is governed with the National Research Council's Tata Works.
Section 7
The costs incurred as a result of the issuance of this Regulation are charged on the Filling Filling of the Working Unit of the Working Unit Secretariat of the Ministry of Research and Technology.
Section 8
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
