Police Unit Pamong Praja authorized:

a. Conduct nonyusticial enforcement actions against citizens, the apparatus or the legal entity that commits a breach of the regional ordinances or the rules of the regent.

b. Cracking down on public citizens, the apparatus or the legal body that interferes with public order and the public's calm.

c. Facilitation and enablement of the capacity for community protection;

d. Conduct an act of inquiry into public citizens, the apparatus or legal entity suspected of committing a violation of regional regulations and or the rules of the regent;

e. Perform administrative actions against citizens, apparatus or legal entities who are suspected of committing a breach of the perda and or the rules of the regent.

Article 7

(1) The Pamong Praja Police Unit has the right means and the infrastructure as well as other facilities in accordance with the tasks and functions under the provisions of the laws.

(2) Pamong Praja police may be given special benefits in accordance with regional financial capabilities.

Article 8

In carrying out the duties of the Police Pamong Praja are mandatory:

a. uphold the legal norms, religious norms, human rights and other social norms that live and flourish in society;

b. The civil servant discipline and the Pamong Praja Police code of conduct

c. help resolve the citizens ' disputes that can interfere with public order and the public's calm;

d. report to the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia on the discovery or alleged criminal offence

e. Handing over to investigators of the area's civil servants were found or anticipated to be a violation of regional rules and regulations.

Article 9

A qualified Pamong Praja Police Unit can be lifted. To be an investigator of the civil servant in accordance with the laws of the law;

Article 12

(1) In the subdistrict may be formed by the Managing Unit of Satpol PP Regency

BAB VI

Appointment and dismissal of Article 14
