provisions UMUM

Part Kesatu

Understanding

Article 1

In this Regional Regulation referred to:

1. Area is Badung County. 2. Local Government is the Government of Badung County. 3. Bupati is the regent of Badung.

4. The inclusion of regional capital is any attempt to include the regional capital at a joint venture with Perseroan.

5. The Regional Development Bank (BPD) is a Limited Perseroan Regional Development Bank of Bali.

6. The Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget (APBD) is the government's annual financial plan of the area discussed

and agreed jointly by the local government and the DPRD, and set

with the Regional Regulations.

Second Quarter

Mean and Purpose

Section 2

Intent of the Regional Capital Inclusion in BPD is an effort to increase

efficiency, productivity and effectiveness of resource utilization/

is owned in Area economy upgrade.

Article 3

The inclusion of regional capital on BPD aims for:

a. enhance BPD performance so that it is able to provide services that

optimal to the community; and

b. increasing Regional Real Revenue through dividend income.

BAB II

IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION

Article 4

Before the Regional Regulation is set the Local Government has been

funding the capital attack on BPD amounting to Rp. 250.617,000.00 (two hundred

fifty billion six hundred seventeen million rupiah).

Article 5

(1) The Local Government provides the Regional Capital Raid on the BPD in the form of a permanent investment of Rp 250,000.000.00 (two

hundred fifty billion rupiah) for 3 (three) years.

(2) The inclusion of regional capital as referred to in paragraph (1) is budgeted on financing expenditures in the APBD of the Year

Budget 2013 up to the 2015 Budget Year.

(3) The addition of capital addition of each budget year as referred to in paragraph (2) is adjusted to the Regional financial capability.

(4) The inclusion of capital for each year of the budget as referred to in paragraph (3) is specified by Local Regulation on

APBD Year of the Budget.

Article 6

The Number of Regional Capital Inclusion on BPD up to the Budget Year

2015 for Rp 500,617.000.00 (five hundred billion six hundred and seventeen

million rupiah).

RESULTS

Section 7

(1) The profit portion or output of the Regional Capital Territory is a Regional revenue and is provided to the Regional treasury.

(2) More provisions further regarding the layout of the profit sharing or the proceeds of the BPD's Modal Inclusion Efforts is set in the holder's general meeting

shares.

SUPERVISION

Article 8

The Regent conducts oversight of the Regional Modal inclusion on BPD.

I. UMUM

In order to increase the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) is seen as necessary

The Local Government is conducting capital inclusion efforts on the Effort/Venture Activities,

alongside the increase in human resources as well as the means and infrastructure, so it can

operate efficiently, competitively and generate profit.

The Regional Capital Raid on the BPD implemented by the Local Government

is expected to make a significant contribution with the Regional Original Revenue

(PAD) and can actually function as one source of funding for

Regional development.

states that the inclusion of Local Government capital may be executed if the amount

which will be included in the year of the budget has been specified in the Regulation
