USE OF ATTRIBUTES ON SOCIAL ASSISTANCE

IN THE DISASTER RELIEF

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

SOCIAL MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that there is currently no setting up use of attributes on social assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs as one of the social protection efforts at the time of disaster countermeasures;

b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Social Minister ' s Rule on Attribute Use On Social Assistance In Disaster Relief;

Policy of Social Affairs Minister No. 01 of 2013 on Social Assistance for Disaster Victims as amended by the Regulation of Social Ministers Number 07 of 2013 on the Changes to the Regulation of Social Ministers Number 01 Year 2013 on Help Social for Disaster Victims (State News of Indonesia 2013 Number 635);

DECIDED:

SET: A SOCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE USE OF ATTRIBUTES ON SOCIAL AID IN DISASTER COUNTERMEASURES.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. An attribute is the completeness of the logo, color, or writing attached to the social assistance.

2. Social assistance is an effort made so that a person, family, group, and/or society experiencing shocks and social vulnerability can remain reasonably alive.

3. Disaster is the event or series of events that threaten and disrupt the life and livelilives of the people caused, either by nature and/or human factors and the human factor resulting in the onset of loss of life. human, environmental damage, property loss, and psychological impact.

Article 2

The use of attributes aims to provide a feature or identity on the social assistance of the Social Ministry.

BAB II

ATTRIBUTE ON SOCIAL ASSISTANCE

Article 3

(1) Atributes on social assistance are made up:

a. Social Ministry logo;

b. color; and/or

c. writing.

(2) The use of the attribute as referred to in paragraph (1) is attached to the social assistance.

(3) The use of attributes as referred to in paragraph (2) is adjusted to size, space, and place proportionally with regard to the versatgations and aesthetics.

(4) In addition to using attributes as referred to in paragraph (1), should list the year of procurement budget on social assistance.

Article 4

Social assistance provided attribute is:

a. Food and food;

b. a temporary shelter;

c. the means and infrastructure; and/or

d. family supplies.

Article 5

(1) The Sandang as referred to in Article 4 of the letter a consists of:

a. Adult male clothing;

b. the clothing and special needs of adult women;

c. the boys and girls ' clothing;

d. The uniform of the boys ' school uniform;

e. Women's school uniform suits;

f. blanket; and/or

g. kidware.

(2) Atribute used in the sandang as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a to the letter f is the logo and the writing is placed on the inside.

(3) The Attributes used in the sandang are referred to in paragraph (1) the g is the logo and the writing placed on the inside and outside.

(4) The image of the attribute as referred to in verse (2) and verse (3) is listed in Appendix I which is part of the inseparable part in the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 6

(1) The Food as referred to in Article 4 of the letter a consists of:

a. Instant noodles;

b. fish/meat packaging;

c. soy sauce packaging;

d. sambal packaging;

e. fried oil packaging; and/or

f. Ready food.

(2) The tribute used in food as referred to in verse (1) is the logo and the writing that is placed on the outside of the packaging.

(3) The image of the attribute as referred to in paragraph (2) is listed in the Attachment II which is part inseparable in this Minister's Regulation.

Article 7

(1) The temporary shelter provisions as referred to in Article 4 of the letter b consists of:

a. refugee tents;

b. family tents;

c. kitchen tent public;

d. A tent roll;

e. Logistic tent;

f. veltbed; and/or

g. mattresses/tikar/alas sleep.

(2) Atributes used in temporary shelters as referred to in paragraph (1) are logos and posts laid out on the outside.

(3) The image of the attribute as referred to in paragraph (2) listed in Annex III which is an inseparable part in this Minister Rule.

Article 8

(1) Sarana and the prasarana as referred to in Article 4 of the letter c include provision:

a. disaster relief mobility;

b. social assistance storage; and/or

c. Disaster relief support equipment.

(2) The disaster countermeasures tool as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter is:

a. vehicle wheels two;

b. empat/six wheel vehicle;

c. boat; and/or

d. fast ship.

Article 9

(1) Atributes are used on disaster relief mobility as referred to in Section 8 of the paragraph (2) of the letter with the provisions must:

a. Standard light blue color of the Ministry of Social Affairs;

b. there is a Social Ministry logo and writing on both sides of the vehicle;

c. there is a rescue in the back of the vehicle:

d. does not use the identity of the local social institution; and

e. there is a social protection field violation writing.

(2) The tributes used on the mobility of the disaster countermeasures as referred to in Section 8 of the paragraph (2) of the letter b with the provision must be:

a. Standard light blue color of the Ministry of Social Affairs;

b. there is a Social Ministry logo and writing on both sides of the vehicle;

c. there is a rescue writing;

d. does not use the identity of the local social institution; and

e. there is a social protection field violation writing.

(3) The Attributes used on disaster relief mobility as referred to in Section 8 of the paragraph (2) of the letter c with the provisions must be:

a. there is a logo and the text of the Social Ministry;

b. not using the identity of the local social institution; and

c. there is a social protection field disaster relief work.

(4) Atributes used on disaster relief mobility as referred to in Section 8 of the paragraph (2) letter d with provisions must be:

a. there is a logo and the text of the Social Ministry;

b. not use the identity of the local social institution; and

c. there is a social protection field disaster relief.

(5) The image of the attribute as referred to the paragraph (1) to the paragraph (4) is listed in Annex IV. is an integral part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 10

(1) In terms of provincial municipal government or county/municipal government changes, eliminates, or adds to the attribute as referred to in Article 9 of the paragraph (1) to the given paragraph (4) warning in writing and given the term to promptly adjust the slowest attribute 6 (six) months in accordance with the provisions of this Ministerial Regulation.

(2) In terms of provincial local government or district/city government matters not carry out the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1), Ministry of Social Affairs entitled to assign to instances/social services in other areas.

Article 11

(1) The family completeness as referred to in Article 4 of the d letters includes:

a. familykit;

b. dining equipment; dan/or

c. kitchen equipment.

(2) The tributes used on family supplies as referred to in verse (1) are logos and posts laid out at the outside.

(3) attribute image as referred to in paragraph (2) set forth in Appendix V which is an integral part of the Regulation of this Minister.

BAB III

MONITORING AND EVALUATION

Article 12

Monitoring and evaluation of the use of attributes on social assistance was carried out by the Ministry of Social Affairs.

Article 13

(1) Monitoring as referred to in Section 12 is conducted periodically through direct coordination and monitoring of the area device working units that are gaining social assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs.

(2) The evaluation results as referred to in Article 12 is the subject of consideration for policy determination by the Ministry of Social Affairs.

Article 14

This Regulation is beginning to take effect on the date of the promulcings.
