SET: MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE RULES ABOUT THE CONVERSION OF THE RESULTS OF THE STUDY OF THE MATRICULATION OF SUBJECTS FOR STUDENTS FROM OTHER STATE EDUCATION SYSTEMS OR THE INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM INTO THE NATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION.

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. The conversion of the learnable value, which is later called the conversion of values, is the process of changing the form of the learnable learning results listed on the rapor or the like derived from the education system of another country or system of education. international to the national education assessment system.

2. The matriculation of subjects is an additional learning activity to meet the value of subjects that are not obtained in education units that use the education system from other countries or international education systems.

3. An assessment is the process of collecting and processing information to measure the achievement of the learnable results of the learer.

4. The curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the purpose, content, program structure and subject matter, as well as the manner used as the guiding guidelines for learning process activities to achieve educational objectives.

Article 2

(1) The Conversion of values is performed for the transfer student of any other country's education system or an international education system that will continue education on education units using the national education system.

(2) Conversion value is performed by the education unit at the time the learer is received at education unit.

(3) The value conversion requirement:

a. attach the rapor or document of the original assessment results of the educated participant; and

b. attach the original rapor translation or document the results of the assessment of the educated participant into the Indonesian Language by the authorized translator.

Section 3

The value conversion mechanism:

a. The transfer student's education unit makes a list of subjects that must be converted;

b. education unit does conversion of values in accordance with the national education assessment system; and

c. Educers receive the conversion results from the education unit.

Article 4

(1) Matriculation subjects are performed for learners who are derived from education units that use other countries ' education systems or international education systems that do not acquire a subjects according to the national education system curriculum.

(2) Matriculation of subjects exercised in conjunction with regular study days after the learnors were placed in the same class.

Article 5

(1) Matricalculating the eye The lesson for each subject is given at least 20% (twenty percent) from the terms of the number of hours of lessons in the curriculum structure for the unfollowed semester.

(2) The subject of the subjects ' matriculation includes:

a. The letters of the statement of the learnant and or the parent/guardian that are concerned are willing to follow the subjects matriculation; and

b. The matriculation of the subjects is performed on the day of study.

(3) The matrix matriculation mechanism:

a. The recipient's education unit, the transfer student, made a list of subjects to follow the learners concerned as the subjects matriculation;

b. subjects of subjects for matriculation adjusted to the curriculum in the national education system;

d. The student who completed the matriculation of the subjects was given the matriculation value.

(4) The lesson matriculation document consists of:

a. Subject matter schedule;

b. list of attending students; and

c. the list of teaching teachers.

(5) The lesson matriculation activity is made up of:

a. Face to face;

b. assignment; and

c. assessment.
