Article 8

(1) Dirjen EBTKE conducted the research and evaluation of the application of the business designation as the hydropower manager for the power plant.

(2) Based on research and evaluation as set forth in paragraph (1), Dirjen EBTKE sets out a grant decision or refusal of an application to be a hydropower manager for the longest power plant 30 (thirty) business days since the application is accepted. complete.

Article 9

Article 10

Section 11

(1) The business entity that has delivered a certificate of deposit to the Dirjen EBTKE as referred to in Article 10 of the paragraph (1) must apply to obtain the IUPTL while appropriate to the the provisions of the laws.

(2) In the slowest 3 (three) business days after obtaining a temporary IUPTL, the business agency must deliver a temporary copy of IUPTL to the Dirjen EBTKE.

Section 12

(1) Within the slowest 90 (ninety) business days after the date of the publication of IUPTL provisioned, the business agency must deliver a feasibility study (feasibility study) and the necessary documents for The purpose of signing the PJBL is complete to PT PLN (Persero).

Article 13

Section 14

Article 15

(1) The business entity that has signed the PJBL and has done the fulfillment of financing (financial close) is required to apply to obtain the IUPTL in accordance with the provisions of the IBM International Economic and Financial Services Act. Laws.

Article 16
