Paragraph 4

Section 9

Article 11

Article 13

Article 14

Article 6

(1) The bilateral cooperation as referred to in Section 5 can be performed:

Paragraph 2

Article 7

Asia Europe Meeting-Labour and

Employment Ministers Conference (ASEM LEMC)

Section 30

Multilateral Cooperation

Paragraph 1

General

Article 32

Article 35

Article 36

Article 27

Article 50

(1) The acceptance of the visit at the Minister ' s invitation as referred to in Article 49 of the letter a, includes:

a. the signing of an international agreement in the bilateral cooperation framework;

b. bilateral talks;

c. presence at the International meeting in Indonesia.

(2) The protocolans in the framework of the signing of an international agreement as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a, consists of:

a. materials preparation; and

Article 53

The acceptance of an official work visit, a representative of a foreign country, and/or a representative of a non-ministerial foreign agency as referred to in Article 48 of the letter b, is set with The Minister's Rule on the Protocolans in the Ministry.

Article 54

The visit of the Minister 's work abroad as referred to in Article 48 of the letter c is exercised with the President' s permission and is carried out in order:

a. international meetings; and

Article 55

(1) PAKLN is conducting the conduct of the implementation of the Minister ' s work visit abroad through coordination with the technical units and related agencies, including:

a. agenda, meeting materials, and co-Ministers;

b. foreign travel administrative document management.

(2) Companion Ministers as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a specified by the Minister.

The Second Section

The Consult Administration

Article 56

Article 57

(1) Foreign service travel in order of international cooperation as referred to in Section 56 for the Civil Servants in the Ministry and/or Non Civil Servants specified by Ministry Leader.

a. education and training;

b. appeal study;

c. work visit;

d. Seminar/International Conference;

e. International treaty signings;

f. other international cooperation activities.

Article 58

(1) Foreign service trips to officials of Eselon I and Eselon II must get written permission from the Minister.

(2) Foreign service trips to the officials of Eselon 3 to the bottom and other general functional officials must get a written permission from the Secretary General.

Article 59

The document requirements must be met before carrying out a service trip abroad, consisting of:

a. invitation;

b. acceptance letter;

c. Foreign assignment letters;

d. passport;

e. Overseas departure permit/exit permit ;

f. visa recommendation;

g. visa;

h. Job description.

Section 60

Invitation as referred to in Article 59 of the letter a is the official letter of the party organizer for the presence in the order of foreign cooperation as referred to in Article 57, received by:

a. Minister;

b. General Secretary;

c. Related technical unit officials;

d. focal point;

e. Employee;

f. PULL.

Section 61

(1) In the event of the recipient of an invitation as referred to in Section 60 of the letter a and the letter b, PAKLN will follow up in accordance with the direction.

(2) In the event of the recipient of the invitation as referred to in Section 60 of the letter c and letter d, the related technical unit must submit to the Secretary General via the Nota Service Acting technical unit.

Article 63

Article 75

(1) Any units of Eselon I and/or project steering committee (Project Advisory Committee/PAC) which receives assistance overseas in the form of grants, must relay the report of activities every 3 (three) months to the Secretary General.

(2) Secretary General via Chief PAKLN delivering the report referred to the Minister, the Ministry of Finance, and the National Development Planning Ministry/National Development Planning Agency.

BAB VIII

TRANSITION provisions

Article 76

(1) Loans and/or soft loans from abroad that are already in place at the expiration of the Regulation of this Minister remain on the run up to the loan period and/or the soft loan expires.

b. Six (six) days prior to departure in countries in the Asia and Pacific regions requiring a visa;

Article 68

Article 69

Article 71

Article 73
