CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1

Article 24

Article 25

Denda as referred to in Article 23 of the paragraph (1) letter e and Article 24 of the paragraph (1) becomes the Native income of the Region and is made available to the Regional Kas.

I. UMUM:

Rokok contains highly addictive substances that are very harmful to human health. Addictive substances are substances that if human consumption will elicits the addictive or addictive, and may lead to various diseases such as heart disease and blood vessels, strokes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, oral cancer, impotentiation, pregnancy and fetal abnormalities.

The cigarette smoke does not only harm smokers, but also others around the smoker (passive smoking). There is no safe limit for the cigarette smoke exposure of others. The dangers of cigarette smoke are faced among others: babies in the mothers of smoking and those in the room where cigarette smoke has left the smokers.
