CERTIFICATION OF THE COMPETENCY OF FUNCTIONAL OFFICIALS SANDIMAN

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD THE HEAD OF THE STATE CODE AGENCY,

DRAW: a. that in the appointment of a Civil Servant in the Functional Office Sandiman needs to be executed professionally and accountable based on the competency required through the competency certification process;

b. that the Sandiman's competency competency certification process will be up to a higher level of office required to follow and pass the Competency Test;

DECIDED:

(1) Certification is reserved for Functional Officer Sandiman who will ride the level of higher rank.

d. a decision letter from the official who is authorized about the first appointment to be Functional Officer Sandiman;

e. The decision letter of the official authority on the rank/last group of the Civil Servlet;

f. a decision letter from the authorized official about assignment in the field of persandian;

g. Employee Performance Objectives at 2 (two) last year; h. Certificate/certificate of an end to education and

other training is related to the competency of the Sandiman Functional Officer;

i. Credit score assignments in the last rank; and j. A letter of the proposal to follow the competency test of the unit's head
