WITH GRACE ALMIGHTY GOD MINISTER PLANNING FOR NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT/

HEAD OF THE BODY NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING,

DRAWS: a. That in order to carry out the mandate of Presidential Regulation No. 54 of 2010 on Government Services, as it has been the last several times amended with the Presidential Regulation No. 70 of 2012, it needs to be done with the completion of the task and function of the National Development Planning Ministry/National Development Planning Agency;

b. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the National Development Planning Minister/Head of the National Development Planning Agency on Change of the Regulation of the Minister of State Development Planning National/Head of the National Development Planning Board Number Per. 005 /M. PPN/10/ 2007 about the Organization and the Working Tata Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency as amended by Regulation National Development Planning Minister/Head of Planning Agency National Development Number 7 Year 2012;

Given: 1. Law No. 39 of 2008 on the Ministry of State (the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 166, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4916);

2. Presidential Rule Number 82 of 2007 on the National Development Planning Board;

3. 2009 Presidential Decree No. 47 of the Establishment of the Organization of the Ministry of State, as amended, last with Presidential Regulation No. 13 of 2014;

4. Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State and the Functions of the Organization, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State, as it has been several times amended, lastly with the Presidential Regulation No. 14 2014;

5. Presidential Act No. 60 of 2012 on the Deputy Minister;

6. Presidential Decree No. 54 of 2010 on the Government of Goods/Services as amended last several times with the Presidential Regulation No. 70 of 2012;

Pay attention to: Minister of State Minister's approval of Personnel and bureaucratic Reform in letter Number B/1601/M. PAN-RB/4/ 2014 dated 29 April 2014 2014.

DECIDED:

Establish: RULES MINISTER PLANNING NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING /HEAD NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING AGENCY ON THE SECOND CHANGE OVER THE RULES OF MINISTER OF STATE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT/HEAD PLANNING AGENCY NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT NUMBER PER. 005 /M. PPN/10/ 2007 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND GOVERNANCE OF THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING MINISTRY/NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING AGENCY.

Article I

Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of State National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Board Number PER. 005 /M. PPN/10/ 2007 about the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Planning National Development/National Development Planning Board which has been amended with the National Development Planning Minister Regulation/National Development Planning Board Number 7 of 2012, was amended as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 11 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Section 11

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 10, the Bureau of Community Relations and the Leadership Act organizes functions:

a. the execution of public relations, mass media, and interagency;

b. implementation of trial and protocol affairs; and

c. implementation of the leadership of the company leadership.

2. The provisions of Article 13 are amended to read as follows:

Article 13

The Public Relations section has a duty to carry out public relations, mass media, and interagency.

3. The provisions of Article 14 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 14

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 13, the Community Relations section organizes functions:

a. the implementation of the affairs of mass media relations; b. implementation of interagency relationship affairs; and

c. implementation of public information services.

4. The provisions of Article 16 are amended to read as follows:

Article 16

(1) The Subsection of Mass Media Relations has the task of conducting collection, processing and presentation of materials, and information for the purposes of mass media relations.

(2) The Intergovernmental Relationship Subsection has the task of collecting, processing, and presentation of materials for the purposes of interagency relations and public information services.

5. The provisions of Article 17 are amended to read as follows:

Article 17

Part of the Court and Protocol has the task of carrying out the affairs of the trial and the protocollate.

6. The provisions of Article 18 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 18

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 17, the Trial Section and the Protocol organizes functions:

a. the execution of the court affairs; and

b. It's a matter of protocol.

7. The provisions of Article 21 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Section 21

The Leadership Planning Section has the task of carrying out the leadership of the leadership company.

8. The provisions of Section 22 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Section 22

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 21, the Governing Section of the Leadership organizes functions: a. The company's financial services to the Minister;

b. provisioning of the ketataenterprise service to the Vice Minister; c. awarding of the ketone services to the Secretary

Ministry;

d. The gift of the company to the deputy; and e. The gift of the company to the Minister of the Expert Staff.

9. The provisions of Article 74 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 74

The General Bureau has the duty of carrying out public services, business planning, administrative, financial, household affairs, management of state-owned goods, and procurement barang/services in the environment of the National Development Planning Ministry/National Development Planning Agency.

10. The provisions of Article 75 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 75

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 74, the General Bureau organizes functions: a. General services coordination;

b. State owned and goods management in the Ministry of Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency;

c. implementation of stewardship management, kearsipan, multiplicity, and expedition;

d. implementation of transport services, household affairs, meeting room, security and hygiene, as well as the preparation of the means/infrastructure procurement plan materials and maintenance;

e. implementation of financial administration activities;

f. implementation of the budget payment command (s); and

g. The implementation of services.

11. The provisions of Article 81 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Section 81

Part Business has the task of carrying out the preparation of the materials procurement plan materials/infrastructure and maintenance, house-security, security, hygiene, and the following sections of the section. transport, as well as a barang/service procurement service.

12. The provisions of Article 82 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Section 82

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 81, Section Affairs of the Internal Affairs organates function:

c. implementation of community service, security, hygiene and transit.

13. The provisions of Section 84 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Section 84

(1) The Subsection of Supplies and Maintenance has the task of conducting the preparation of the materials procurement plan materials/infrastructure and maintenance and procurement services Barang/merit.

(2) The Subsection of the Household and Transit has the task of conducting business matters including: the provision/arrangement of the meeting room, the provision of the banquet, the service of the subscription and services such as water, electricity, and telephone, to do business. security and hygiene, transit, and other public facilities.

14. Between Section 84 and Section 85 of the section, Section 84A is the following:

(2) Head of the Inner Affairs Section because of the scope, task and function, in ex-officio being the Chief of the Goods/Services Acquisition Services in the environment of the National Development Planning Ministry/National Development Planning Agency.

(3) Further provisions on the procurement services of goods/services in the Ministry environment National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency is governed by the National Development Planning Minister/Head of the National Development Planning Agency.

15. The provisions of Article 552 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Section 552

The Institutional Staff of Institutional Relations has a duty to provide a review of the issue of institutional relations including its recommendations, as well as assisting the Minister National Development Planning in the formulation of the policy and drafting of national development plans in the field of institutional relations together with related deputies in the field and other tasks provided by the Minister of Development Planning Nationals associated with their field.

16. The provisions of Section 558 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Section 558

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 557, the Program's Studies, Information, and Planning Services are organizing a function:

a. monitoring and collection, database storage of study results, monitoring and evaluation of educational and planning training programs and JFP;

b. Research and policy analysis, program evaluation and planning activities;

c. formulation and preparation of policies, programs, and planner activities;

d. the development and presentation of the database and dilate information and JFP; and

e. services to central and regional planners.
