ABOUT

BUDDHIST RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE MINISTER OF RELIGION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

TO DRAW: a. that in order to form a quality and quality Buddhist society required formal, nonformal, and informal Buddhist education organized by the community and the government;

b. that based on consideration as in the letter a and the letter b, it needs to specify the Minister of Religious Affairs on the Religious Education of the Buddha;

Ministry of Religious Affairs Number 10 of 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Indonesian Republic News 2010 Number 592) as amended last by the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 21 of 2014 about the Third Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 10 of 2010 on the Organization and the Working Services of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (the Republic of Indonesia News of 2014 No. 1114);

DECIDED:

SET: THE RULE OF MINISTER OF RELIGION CONCERNING BUDDHIST EDUCATION.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. Buddhist education is an education that prepares educated participants to exercise a role that demands mastery of the teachings of Buddhism and/or becoming an expert on religious science and to observe its religious teachings.

2. The education of Widya Dharma is a Buddhist religious education held in the form of a book study, the formation of Buddhist characters, interest, talent, life skills, and skills or other forms of similar form.

3. Buddhist Week School/Vijjalaya is a religious education organized by the public in the form of a learning group implemented on Sunday, housed in the vihara, cetiya, temple,

kelenteng, Buddhist pusdiklat, Buddhist center, and Place of Worship tri Dharma (TITD).

4. Pabbajja Samanera is a unit of Buddhist education on a nonformal educational path.

5. The curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the purpose, content, and subject matter, as well as the ways used as the guiding guidelines for learning activities to achieve a specific educational purpose.

6. Educational evaluation is the activities of control, disposal, and the determination of educational quality to various components of education on every path, body, and type of education as a form of educational responsibility for education.

7. Accreditation is a program eligibility assessment activity in the education unit based on the criteria set.

8. The Minister is the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of religion.

9. The Director-General is the Director General of the Buddhist Society.

10. The General Directorate is the Directorate General of the Guidance of the Buddhist Society.

The hosting of the Buddhist Religious Education aims to develop the potential of educated participants in order to be human beings who believe and fear the truth. Almighty God, noble, healthy, scientific, able, creative, independent citizen and responsible for the understanding of Dharma Buddha and the Tripitaka Scriptures.

Article 3

Religious Education The Buddha consists of a formal education and a nonformal education.

BAB II

FORMAL BUDDHIST EDUCATION

Part Kesatu

General

Article 4

(1) The formal Buddhist religious education is called Dhammasekha Education.

(2) Dhammasekha's education as referred to in verse (1) organizes the education of the sciences sourced from the teaching of Buddhism to early childhood education, primary education, and secondary education.

(3) Dhammasekha Education as referred to in paragraph (1) may be hosted by the government and/or society.

Article 5

The Dhammasekha education is referred to in Section 4 of the paragraph (1) consists of:

a. Nava Dhammasekha is equivalent to an early-age education held for 1 (one) years up to 2 (two) years;

b. The Dhammasekha startup is equivalent to Primary School (SD) for 6 (six) years;

c. Young Dhammasekha is equivalent to the First High School (SMP) to be taken for 3 (three) years;

d. Uttama Dhammasekha is equivalent to high school (high school) for 3 (three) years; and

e. Uttama Dhammasekha Vocational equivalent to the Vocational High School (SMK) is taken for 3 (three) years.

Second Section

The Establishment

Article 6

(1) The establishment of the Dhammasekha Education is required to obtain permission from the Director General.

(2) The establishment of the Dhammasekha Education as referred to in paragraph (1) must meet the requirements of the administration, technical requirements, and establishment eligibility requirements.

(3) The administrative requirements as referred to in the verse (2) at least:

a. The organizer is a legal entity;

b. have an organizational structure, the Basic Budget/Household Budget (AD), and the administrator;

c. get the recommendation from the Provincial Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs; and

d. attach statements and evidence to finance such educational institutions for at least 1 (one) years.

(4) Technical requirements as referred to in paragraph (2) include the readiness of the curriculum, the number of learers, the number and qualifications of educators and the education, means and infrastructure of education, the plan Education financing, learning process, evaluation system of learning and education programs, and the organization and management of the Dhammasekha Education.

(5) The worthiness ' s eligibility requirements as referred to in paragraph (2) include aspects:

A. grammar, geographic and ecological;

b. list prospects;

c. social and cultural; as well as

d. School-age demographics with the availability of formal education institutions.

(6) Further provisions on administrative requirements, technical requirements, and eligibility requirements as referred to in paragraph (2) are specified by the Director. General.

Article 7

(1) The term Dhammasekha is mandatory as a front name and the last name is required to use the term in Buddhism.

(2) The use of the name as referred to in the verse (1) is required to receive approval from the Director General.

The Fourth Quarter

The curriculum

section 8

(1) The Dhammasekha Education curriculum consists of Buddhist religious and general education curricula.

(2) Buddhist religious Curriculum as referred to paragraph (1) of the education of Nava Dhammasekha contains at least:

a. Buddhist pekerti; and

b. The introduction of scripture.

(3) The Buddhist religious Curriculum as referred to in verse (1) the education of Mula Dhammasekha contains the least:

a. Tri Pitaka Bible recognition;

b. The life of Gautama Buddha; and

c. Buddhist rituals.

(4) Buddhist religious Curriculum as referred to in verse (1) the Dhammasekha Young education pack contains the least:

a. The Sutta/Pitaka Sutra;

b. Holy Book of Vinaya Pitaka;

c. Buddhist rituals; and

d. Pali/Sanskrit.

(5) Buddhist religious Curriculum as referred to in verse (1) of the education of Uttama Dhammasekha/Uttama Dhammasekha The Vocational Contains at least:

a. The Sutta/Pitaka Sutra;

b. Holy Book of Vinaya Pitaka;

c. The Sacred Book of Abhidhamma/Abhidharma Pitaka; and

d. Buddhist rites; and

(6) Further provisions on the Buddhist religious curriculum are established by the Director General.

Article 9

(1) The general education curriculum as referred to in Article 8 of the paragraph (1) on the educational level The beginning of Dhammasekha and Dhammasekha's youth education is mandatory at least:

a. Citizenship education;

b. Indonesian language;

c. mathematical;

d. natural science; and

e. The social sciences.

(2) The general education curriculum as referred to in Article 8 of the verse (1) on the education of Uttama Dhammasekha/Uttama Dhammasekha The Vocational Contains the least:

a. Citizenship education;

b. Indonesian language;

c. mathematical;

d. natural science;

e. social science; and

f. art and culture.

Fifth Section

Learning Process

Article 10

(1) The learning process on Dhammasekha Education is exercised with regard to the planning, implementation, and assessment aspects.

(2) The aspect of planning, execution, and assessment as referred to in paragraph (1) may be developed by the organizers of the Dhammasekha Education as required by considering the standard of competence and the basic copeteners to be held.

Sixth Section

Educators and Labor Education

Article 11

(1) Educators and educationist on the Dhammasekha Education must meet the qualifications and requirements in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(2) The protege as referred to in paragraph (1) has the right and duties in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Article 12

(1) The education of Dhammasekha Education consists of supervising Buddhist education, head/deputy head, library power, administrative power, and other power required to improve the process learning.

(2) The supervisor of Buddhist education and chief/deputy chief must meet the qualifications and requirements in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(3) Further provisions on education power as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are specified by the Director General.

Seventh Section

Attendees

Article 13

(1) The candidate of the protégant on The minimum of Mula Dhammasekha has at least 6 years old.

(2) Candidates for the Young Master Dhammasekha must have a higher education diploma of Mula Dhammasekha or an education unit equal.

(3) Candidates for students to be educated on the general Uttama Dhammasekha/Uttama Dhammasekha Vocational must have a Dhammasekha Young general education diploma or an equal education unit.

Article 14

Attendees The specified learnable Education of the Dhammasekha Mula Dhammasekha, Education Dhammasekha Muda Dhammasekha, and Education Dhammasekha Uttama Dhammasekha are entitled to proceed to higher education units on the type of education other in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Eighth section

Means and Prasarana

Article 15

(1) The mandatory Dhammasekha Education includes the least of:

a. education equipment;

b. education media;

c. The books and other learning sources;

d. disposable materials; and

e. Other equipment required to support a regular and continuous learning process.

(2) Prasarana which is mandatory for the least Dhammasekha Education:

a. land;

b. head room/deputy head;

c. class room;

d. Educator space;

e. effort space;

f. library space;

g. vihara/cetiya; and

h. Other required infrastructure.

Part Ninth

Financing

section 16

The education of the Dhammasekha education can be sourced from a legitimate government, community, or other source of origin.

management

section 17

(1) The management of education on Dhammasekha Education is exercised independently, effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable.

(2) Management Education as defined in paragraph (1) is exercised with regard to the function of nurture, education, and protection.

(3) The provisions of management are specified by the Director General.

Section Eleventh

Assessment and Graduation

Article 18

(1) Assessment of education on Education

(2) The assessment by educators as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed continuously which aims to monitor the process and progress of the learnant.

(3) The assessment by the education unit as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed to assess the achievement of the copeteners of the educated participants in all subjects.

(4) The assessment by the government as referred to by paragraph (1) is carried out in form National exam.

(5) The assessment as referred to in paragraph (4) is performed in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Article 19

(1) The educated participants who have completed the education process and have been declared passed the exam of the education unit as well as the national exam on the Dhammasekha Education are granted diplomas in accordance with regulatory provisions It's

(2) The provisions of the issuer issuer as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified by the Director General.

Twelfth

Accreditation

Article 20

(1) The education of the Dhammasekha education is required to follow Accreditation process.

(2) The Accreditation as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised by an accreditation body in accordance with the provisions of the invitational regulations.

BAB III

Non-formal Buddhist religious education

Part Somewhere

General

Article 21

The non-formal Buddhist primacy education is made up of:

a. Education Widya Dharma;

b. Pabbajja Samanera; and

c. School Sunday Buddha.

Second Part

Education Widya Dharma

Article 22

(1) Education Widya Dharma is a Buddhist religious education organized by the public by considering the potential of the area and managed professionally in order to improve the formation of Buddhist characters, interest, talent, and other similar forms of expertise.

(2) Education Widya Dharma as referred to in paragraph (1) can be organized in form education unit programed.

(3) Education Widya Dharma which hosted in the form of compulsory education got operational permission from Director General.

(4) Education Widya Dharma as referred to in paragraph (2) at least 15 (fifteen) students or more.

(5) The education of Widya Dharma as referred to in verse (4) must register itself to the Provincial Office of the Provincial Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Article 23

The guidelines for the education of Widya Dharma are established by the Director General.

BAB IV

PABBAJJA SAMANERA

Article 24

(1) Pabbajja Samanera is organized by the Sangha, assembly, or Buddhist institute under the supervision of the Sangha.

(2) Sangha, assemblies, or Buddhist religious institutions as referred to in verse (1) are required to register themselves in the Directorate General.

BAB V

SCHOOL OF BUDDHA WEEK

Article 25

(1) Buddhist Sunday schools are organized by the public.

(2) School Sunday Buddha as referred to in paragraph (1) is required to obtain an operational permit from Director-General.

(3) Buddhist Sunday schools can be held in the vihara environment, cetiya, temples, marbles, Buddhist pusdiklates, Buddhist center, and Pilgrimage Tri Dharma every Sunday routinely.

(4) Conditions more Further regarding the hosting of the Buddhist Week School is set by the Director General.

BAB VI

COACHING AND SUPERVISION

section 26

(1) The coaching and supervision of the Buddhist religious education is performed for ensuring the quality and accountability of educational hosting.

(2) Coaching and The supervision, as referred to in verse (1), is performed by the supervising of the Buddhist education.

(3) The coaching and supervision as referred to in paragraph (2) is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

BAB VII

Article 27
