ABOUT

STANDARD TOURIST TRAVEL SERVICES

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER TOURISM AND CREATIVE ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. That to perform the provisions of Section 18 of the paragraph (3) of the Government Regulation No. 52 of 2012 on Competency Certification and Endeavor Certification in Tourism needs to be set about the Tourism Effort Standards;

b. That along with the development of tourist travel services as part of a growing tourism effort, in support of improving product quality, service and management and improving the competuation of Wisata's Travel Services Business, require a travel travel service venture that meets the business standard;

c. That the Decree of the Minister of Tourism, Post and Telecommunications Number KM.10/PW.102/MPPT-93 on the Provisions of Travel Bureau of Wisata and Travel Agents is already unsuitable for the current development of tourism, so that it needs to be replaced;

The Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 55 of 2013 on the Fourth Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;

7. Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Number 1 of 2014 on the Host of Tourism Certification Efforts;

DECIDED:

SET: MINISTER REGULATION OF TOURISM AND CREATIVE ECONOMY ON THE STANDARD OF TRAVEL SERVICES TOURIST.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In the Ordinance of the Minister of this Regulation referred to:

1. Tourism is an effort that provides goods and/or services for the fulfillment of the needs of tourists and the hosting of tourism.

2. Travel Travel Services is a travel agency venture and travel agency travel agency.

3. The Tourist Travel Services Standard is a Wisatadan Travel Services Qualification Effort or Travel Travel Services Classification which includes the product aspect, service and management of the Tourist Travel Services.

Article 2

Article 3

The scope of the Regulation of the Minister includes:

b. Assessment of the Wisata Travel Services certification framework;

c. implementation of the Wisata Travel Services Business certification certification;

d. coaching and supervision; and

e. Administrative sanction.

BAB II

SIGHTSEEING TRAVEL SERVICES

Section 4

The Tourist Travel Services Effort includes:

a. Tourism Travel Bureau; and

b. Travel Travel Agent.

Article 5

(1) The Tourist Travel Bureau Effort includes:

a. Travel planning services are not available for use with the Cloud Service. Service and tourism services include the journey of worship.

(2) The Tourist Travel Bureau's efforts as referred to in paragraph (1) form the legal entity of Indonesia.

Article 6

(1) The Agent's Effort Tourist travel includes:

a. Service booking services, such as ticket bookings and commodity-based escarers; and

b. Travel document management.

(2) The Tourist Travel Agent (s) as referred to in paragraph (1) is an individual business or legal entity or non-legal entity.

BAB III

CERTIFICATE AND CERTIFICATION

TOUR TRAVEL SERVICES

Part Kesatu

General

Section 7

(1) Any Tourist Travel Services Effort, including the Business Services branch office Tourist Travel, must have a Wisata Travel Service Certificate Certificate and perform the Wisata Travel Services Business certification, based on requirements and conditions as set out in this Ministerial Regulation.

The Second Part

Assessment and Certification implementation

Section 9

(1) For the purposes of certification and issuer of the Wisata Travel Services Certificate, there must be an assessment of:

a. Fulfillment of the base requirements; and

b. The fulfillment and implementation of the Wisata Travel Services Standard.

(2) The basic requirements as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter a, are the List of Tourism Effort of Tourism of the Tourist Travel Services.

(3) In terms of basic requirements as referred to in paragraph (2) unfulfilled, then certification cannot be performed.

(4) The fulfilment and implementation of the Business Standards applicable to the Travel Services Effort The theme is:

a. Standard of Effort for the Tourist Travel Bureau, which includes aspects:

1. product, consisting of 20 (twenty) elements;

2. services, consisting of 7 (seven) elements; and

3. management, which consists of 11 (eleven) elements.

b. Business Standards for the Wisata Travel Agent, which includes an aspect:

1. product, which is composed of 4 (four) elements;

2. service, the self-set of 4 (four) elements; and

3. The management, which is based on 9 (nine) elements.

Article 10

The basic requirements as referred to in Article 9 of the paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) are not enforced for travel agency travel agencies belonging to micro-ventures and small businesses.

Section 11

(1) Tourism employers who do not meet the Business Standards applicable to the Tourist Travel Bureau as referred to in Article 9 of a paragraph (4) letter a, cannot be classed and unable to postulate as the Travel Bureau Travel.

(2) Tourism entrepreneurs who do not meet the Business Standards applicable to Guided Travel Agents as referred to in Section 9 of the paragraph (4) of the letter b, cannot be classed and cannot postulate as a Wisata Travel Agent.

Article 12

(1) Tourism Employers who have met the provisions as referred to in Section 9 of the paragraph (4), and has obtained the Wisata Travel Services Certification Certificate, authorized to host and be able to self-serve as the Wisata Travel Services Business, as applicable.

Section 13

Third Quarter

Mandiri Assessment

Pasal14

(1) Tourism entrepreneurs can perform assessments independently prior to the implementation of Certification by LSU Field Tourism.

(2) The assessment independently as referred to the paragraph (1) does not reduce the obligation of Tourism Employers to implement the Certification, based on the terms and conditions of the Minister's Ordinance.

(3) The assessment as a means of paragraph (1) refers to the Standard Travel Services Business Standard as set forth in the Order of the Order. in an Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Regulation This Minister.

BAB IV

COACHING AND SUPERVISION

Article 15

The Ministry and Local Government are carrying out coaching and supervision in order to implement the Standard Travel Services Act, in accordance with the provisions of the the applicable laws.

Section 16

(1) Minister/Gubernur/Bupati/Mayor doing coaching in order to application the Standard Travel Services Effort to its authority.

(2) The coaching performed by the Minister as It is referred to in verse (1) to include socialization and advocacy.

(3) The coaching performed by the Governor as contemplated by paragraph (1) includes the implementation of the technical guidance of the standard application of Wisata Travel Services for Tourism Entrepreneits.

(4) Coaching conducted by Regent/Mayor as contemplated (1) (1) (1) other than the standard technical guidance of the Wisata Travel Services business and the operational technical training of the Tourist Travel Service Effort for the Wisata Travel Services Business workforce.

Article 17

(1) The Minister/Gubernur/Regent/Mayor conducts oversight of the implementation and fulfillment of the Standard Travel Services Act, in accordance with its authority.

(2) The supervision performed by the Minister as referred to paragraph (1) through the evaluation of the application of the standard

(3) Supervision conducted by the Governor as defined by paragraph (1) through the evaluation of reports of activities of the standard application of the Tourist Travel Services in the work region.

(4) The Regent/Mayor performs the supervision as referred to in paragraph (1) through the evaluation of the Requirements Base, and entitlement to the Tourist Travel Service Certificate.

Administrative sanction

Article 18

(1) Any Tourism Employers who do not perform and/or violate the provisions as referred to in Article 7 verse (1), and Article 13, may be subject to administrative sanction.

(2) Sanctions The administrative and administrative level of the Cloud Service is the following:

a. written reprimand;

b. The Wisata Travel Services Agreement restrictions; and

c. freeze or revocation of the Tourism Business List Mark.

BAB VI

Article 19

Tourism entrepreneurs who have been certified to host the Wisata Travel Services Effort before the enactment of this Minister ' s Regulation, can still use the intended certificate to host the Homestead Travel Service Effort to the expiration date But not longer than two (two) years after the enactment of the Menteriini Regulation, and its enlarging or climbing is under this Minister's Ordinance.

Article 21

The Tourism Employers who have not yet been held. by the LSU Travel Services Certificate issued by LSU Field Tourism under this Minister's Regulation, but has organized and/or postulate as the Wisata Travel Services Effort on the enactment of the Ministerial Ordinance This, is obligated to conform to the Minister's Ordinance in the timeframe. the longest of 1 (one) years since the enactment of this Minister ' s Regulation.

BAB VII

provisions CLOSING

Article 22
