MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that to streamline the execution of the tasks and functions of the work unit as set up in Section 217 to the Section 320 of the Order of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 1 of 2012 on the Organization and the Working Order of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the need for task definitions and functions into the task unit's task unit-each;

b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Education and Culture Minister ' s Regulation on the Details of the Working Unit in the Environment Directorate General of Basic Education;

5. President's decision No. 84 /P of the Year 2009 regarding the establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet II as amended last by Presidential Decree Number 8/P of 2014;

6. The 2012 Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation on the Organization and the Working Order of the Ministry of Education and Culture as amended with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 69 of 2012;

DECIDED:

Setting: REGULATION OF MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE ON THE DETAILS OF THE DUTIES OF THE WORK UNIT THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF PRIMARY EDUCATION.

BAB I

DIRECTORATE GENERAL GENERAL

Article 1

Details of Planning and budgeting Section:

a. carrying out the drafting of the workspace program;

b. implement the drafting of the work program of the General Directorate General and the Directorate General;

c. carry out the coordination and drafting of the program, budget, activities, and objectives of the basic education field;

d. carry out collection, processing and presentation of data and information in the field of primary education;

e. implement the drafting of policy materials in the field of primary education;

f. implement the management and development of basic education management and management information;

g. implement the drafting of the activities charge unit in the Directorate General environment;

h. implement the drafting of the financial memorandum materials in the field of primary education;

i. perform the storage and maintenance of Subsections documents; and

j. perform the Subsection report.

The Program and Budget Subsection Task Details:

a. perform the drafting of the Subsection work program;

b. perform the drafting of the Working Program concept, the General Directorate General, and the General Directorate;

d. Conduct a review of the plan, program, activities, objectives and budget in the field of primary education;

g. conducting adjustments and revision of plans, programs, activities, goals and budgets in the field of primary education;

h. perform the storage and maintenance of Subsections documents; and

i. perform Subsection Report Creation.

Section 4

Details of the Implementation Evaluation Subsection of the Program and the Budget:

a. perform the drafting of the Subsection work program;

b. perform report collection and data processing of execution of plan, program, and budget in the field of primary education;

o. perform the drafting of the school partnership ' s coaching coordination materials;

Article 13

The General Task Force details:

a. carrying out the drafting of the workspace program;

b. carrying out the Directorate General's affairs and the arcency of the Directorate General;

c. carrying out the business of protocolons, the reception of the principal guest, the ceremony, and the General Directorate of Service meetings;

d. carrying out security, order, hygiene, and beauty affairs in the Directorate General ' s environment;

e. implement the drafting of the needs and procurement plan of goods and services as well as the maintenance and maintenance of state-owned goods in the General Directorate environment;

f. carry out the procurement of goods and services as well as the storage and distribution of state-owned goods in the General Directorate environment;

e. perform maintenance and office equipment maintenance, service vehicles, office buildings, offices, and guesthouse as well as other means and amenities in the General Directorate environment;

f. conduct a leadership management task administration business in the Directorate General's environment;

f. conducted the drafting of the state-owned goods removal in the Directorate General's environment;

g. conduct the management of a state-owned accounting management information system (SIMAK) in the Directorate General's environment;

c. carry out collection, processing and presentation of data and information learning, means and infrastructure, institutional, and students of Primary School and Elementary School equality education;

d. carrying out the drafting of the program, activities, and budget of the Directorate;

e. implement the drafting of the coordination of the implementation of cooperation and the empowerment of roles and society in the fields of learning, means and infrastructure, institutional, and students of Primary School and Primary School equality education;

g. carrying out the analysis and evaluation of implementation of the Primary School coaching program and the Elementary School equality education;

h. carry out the technical guidance of drafting of the Primary School and Elementary School cof the study documents issued by the national education unit of primary education abroad and for the citizens of Indonesia who will continue their education and/or work abroad;

I. Conducting a provision of legalization of the results of Indonesian citizenship issued by an education unit in the region of East Timor that was originally part of the Union of the Republic of Indonesia;

m. conduct the granting of the legalization of the study results document issued by the national education unit for foreign nationals who will resume education and/or worments; and

i. perform the drafting of the Section report and the Subdirectorate report concept.

e. Carry out scholarship and education expenses for Primary School students and Primary School equality education;
