c. status assignment and college accreditation ranking and/or study program.

(2) The SPME was developed continuously by BAN-PT and/or LAM in accordance with their respective authority.

Section 7

(1) Data, implementation information, as well as the SPMI and SPME outings are reported and stored by the college in the Higher Education Data Base.

(2) The Higher Education Data Base consists of:

a. Higher Education Data Base at the college level that is set up and managed by every college;

b. The Higher Education Data Base at a national level formed and managed by the Directorate General.

(3) The Higher Education Data Base at the college level is a replica of the Higher Education Data Base on the level nationwide for the college scale.

(4) Data and information in the Higher Education Data Base is used for:

a. monitoring and evaluating the level of National Standards of Higher Education and/or Higher Education Standards set out by the College in SPMI;

b. monitoring and evaluating the level of regularity of Higher Education Standards by BAN-PT or LAM.

Section 8

(1) High Education Data Base at the college level as referred to in Section 7 of the paragraph (2) of the letter containing data, implementation information, and the SPMI discharge that is validated by the college.

(2) Collection, processing, storage, renewal, and management of the data and Higher Education Data Base at the college level is conducted by the college.

(3) The collection, processing, storage, renewal, and the the management of data and information as referred to in paragraph (2) is mandatory at every end of the semester.

(4) The renewal of the cross-semester data may be made at the permission of the Director General.

(5) Colleges are responsible for the data correctness and information delivered in the Higher Education Data Base at the college level.

Article 9

(1) Education Data Base High on the national level as referred to in Section 7 of the paragraph (2) the letter b contains data, performance information, as well as the SPMI and SPME of the entire college.

(2) Data and information as referred to in paragraph (1) are verified and Validated by the Directorate General.

(3) After verification and validation, The Director General delivered the implementation information as well as the SPMI flow and SPME stored in the national level Higher Education Data Base to:

a. The Ministry of Education and Education Statistics Ministry to be integrated in the Education Pokok Data;

b. Interested parties and the public.

Article 10

Further provisions concerning data structure and information, collection mechanisms, storage, renewal and management, and the manner of verification and validation of the Base The Higher Education data of the college level and the national level are governed by the Director General.

BAB III

DIVISION OF DUTIES AND AUTHORITY

Article 11

(1) The Directorate General has the duties and authority:

a. Harmonize the planning, execution, control, and development of SPMI and SPME;

b. assemble and develop SPMI guidelines;

c. conduct coaching, guidance, distraction, and supervision of the college in the development of SPMI;

d. develop a Higher Education Data Base system and manage a national level of Higher Education Data Base.

(2) BPSDMPK and PMP have the task and authority:

a. mapping the execution of SPMI in college based on data and information in the national level Higher Education Data Base;

b. developing and managing a college quality mapping results information system;

c. compiling reports and recommendations to the Minister about the implementation of SPMI based on mapping as intended on a letter a.

(3) College has the task and authority:

a. planning, executing, controlling, and developing SPMI;

b. Compiled a SPMI document consisting of:

1. SPMI policy document;

2. SPMI manual document;

3. standard document in SPMI;

4. form documents used in SPMI;

c. form a quality licensing unit or integrate SPMI on the college management;

d. manage the Higher Education Data Base at the college level.

BAB IV

TRANSITION provisions

Article 12

During the data and information needed for higher education quality disposal has not been fully able provided by the Higher Education Data Base, the Ministry and the public may use the data and other authorized sources of information and do not conflict with the data and information available on the Higher Education Data Base.

BAB V

provisions CLOSING

Article 13

At the time the Regulation of the Minister applies, National Education Minister Regulation No. 63 of 2009, on the Educational Mutu system of Education along the arrangements regarding the quality of higher education was revoked and stated to be not applicable.

Article 14

The Minister ' s Regulation start to apply to the date of the invitation.
