I. UMUM

In order of the government's efforts to improve welfare and relieve the living expenses of civil servants, Indonesian members, members of the POLRI, State Officials, and Pension Recipients/Timprove in 2014, need to provide additional income. The thirti/pension of the thirteenth month.  

The third month's salary/pension is provided with regard to the financial ability of the country, so that the rate of salary/pension, is given proportionally based on the income of each month. However, for civil servants, Indonesian members, members of the police, state officials, and retired recipients who received more than one type of income, were given only one of the more profitable ones. If the PNS, the Indonesian Member, the POLRI, the State Official, and the Pension Recipient as well as the Widows/Duda benefits, then to the concerned given the retirement/allowance of the Widows/Duda of the thirteenth month.

The designation of this Government Regulation is intended to provide the legal basis for the implementation of the third month of the salary/pension of the PNS, the Member of the Indonesian Armed Forces, Member of the Police, State Officials, and the Pension Recipient, as it has been was set in Law No. 23 of 2013 on the State Budget and Shopping Year of Budget 2014.

The “allowance of office ” includes structural office allowances, functional office allowances, and equated allowances with office benefits.
Referred to “the allowance is equated with the allowance of the post ” is:
1. Workforce Improvements;
2. Improvement of the Member Office and the Secretary of the Successor Of The Court Of Sailing;
3. The improvement of the Office for the Appointed Officials Assigned to the Financial Examiner;
4. Improve Judge;
5. Panitera improvements;
6. Improvement of Jurusita and Jurusita Replacement;
7. Gunungapi Observer allowance for the PNS group I and group II; and
8. Corrections Officer of Corrections.

Intended “an additional income ” is an additional income for the Retired Receier who due to a new principal pension change has not experienced any increase in income, has experienced a decrease in income, or has increased earnings but less than 4% (four percent) in accordance with the laws.

3. Improving Nuclear Danger to PNS in the National Nuclear Power Agency environment;
4. Improving Radiation Danger to Radiation Workers;
5. Safety and Health Risk benefits in Hosting Persandian;
6. Persandian Security Allowance;
7. Safety Hazard Risk Benefits and Health in Your Search and Help for Public Employees in the National Search and Rescue Agency;
8. Allowance Of Teacher and Dosen Professions, Special Benefits of Teacher and Lecturer, as well as Honorary Professor of the Professor;
9. Additional Income for PNS Teachers;
10.Timprove Special Papuan Province;
11.Timprovement Engagement for Public Employees who work and reside in remote areas;
12.Timprove Safeguard Operations For Army Soldiers And Civil Servants Serving In The Security Operations on the Outbound Small Islands and Frontier Areas; and
13.Timprovement Special Territories of the Outlands and/or Border Regions for the Civil Servants of the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia which is Staffed Fully In The Outer Islands Of The Outer Small Islands and/or The Border Area.

If PNS, Member of the TNI, Member of the POLRI, State Officials, Repension/Benefits receive more than one income in a salary with pension/benefits or some types of pension/benefits then the thirteenth month salary/allowances Only provided for one of the number is more profitable.
If PNS, Member of the TNI, Member of the POLRI, State Officials, Pension Recipients are above as well as the Pension Recipient/Duda then to the concerned given the retirement/allowance of the Widows/Duda of the thirteenth month.
