A. that the development of potential learers as intended in national educational purposes can be realized through extracurricular activities which is one of the activities in the curriculum program;

b. that extracurricular activities can facilitate the development of potential learers through the development of talent, interest, and creativity as well as the ability to communicate and cooperate with others;

c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b need to establish the Education and Culture Minister ' s Rules on Extracricular Activities on Primary Education and Secondary Education;

Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005 on the National Standards of Education as amended by Government Regulation No. 32 Year 2013 on Change of Government Regulation No. 19 Year 2005 on National Standards of Education (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2013 No. 71, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5410);

4. The Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State of the Republic of Indonesia as amended last several times with the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 13 Year 2014;

5. Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, Function, Organization, Organization, and Working Tata of the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia as amended last several times with Presidential Regulation No. 14 of 2014;

DECIDED:

SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE ON EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES ON PRIMARY EDUCATION AND SECONDARY EDUCATION.

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. Extracurricular activities are the curricular activities performed by educated participants outside the clock learning intraquricular activities and cocurricular activities, under the guidance and supervision of the education unit.

2. The Education Unit is the Ibtidaiyah Elementary School (SD/MI), the First Secondary School/Madrasah Tsanawiyah (SMP/MTs), Upper Secondary School/Madrasah Aliyah (SMA/MA), and Vocational/Vocational Secondary School/Madrasah Aliyah Vocational (SMK/MAK).

Section 2

Extraction activities are organized with the aim of developing potential, talent, interest, ability, personality, cooperation, and the independence of the learnable participant in order to support the achievement of goals National education.

Article 3

(1) Extractable Extraction Activity consists of:

a. Mandatory Extracurricular Activities; and

b. List of Extracurricular Activities.

(2) The Extracyricular Activity of Wajib as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter a is mandatory extracurricular activities organized by the educational and compulsory units followed by all learners.

(3) Compulsory Extracurricular Activities as referred to in paragraph (1) the case of a scouting education.

(4) Extracurricular Activities as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b is the Extracurricular Activities of which developed and organized by the unit of education according to talent and interest Educated participants.

(5) Extracurricular Activities as referred to in verse (1) letter b can be in the form of an exercise of talent and exercise as an interest.

Section 4

(1) Development of various forms of Choice Extraction Activity is performed by referring to the principle:

a. active participation; and

b. fun.

(2) Development of various forms of Extracurricular Extracurricular Activities is done through stages:

a. identification of the needs, potential, and interest of the learer;

b. the analysis of resources required for the organizers;

c. The fulfillment of the resource needs per the student's choice of choice or presenting it to an educational unit or other institution;

d. Extracurricular Activity program is set up; and

e. creation of an activity form that is organized;

Section 5

(1) The educational unit is required to create an Extraction Activity program that is part of the School Work Plan.

(2) The Extracricular Activities Program as Referred to in paragraph (1) contains:

a. rational and common purpose;

b. description of any extracurricular activities;

c. management;

d. funding; and

e. evaluation.

(3) The extracurricular Activity Program as referred to in paragraph (1) is socialized to students and parents/guardians at each beginning of the lesson year.

Section 6

(1) The implementation of the Activities program Extracurriculars consider the use of shared resources available on the school cluster or school cluster.

(2) The use of shared resources as referred to in paragraph (4) is facilitated by the provincial or government governments district/city corresponds to its authority.

Article 7

(1) The education unit Provides an assessment of the performance of students in qualitative Extraction and is described in the study participants.

(2) The education unit performs the evaluation of the Extraction Activity Program at each end of the year teachings to measure the goal of destination on each specified indicator.

(3) The results of the evaluation of the Extracyricular Activity Program as referred to in paragraph (2) are used for the improvement of the next school's extracurricular Activity Program.

Article 8

Activities Extracurriculars on Primary Education and Secondary Education using the Guidelines as set forth in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 9

With the enactment of this Minister Regulation, provisions in the Regulation of Minister Number 81A of the Year 2013 on the Implementation of the Curriculum set about the Extractio
