THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND THE CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in order to provide the management reference and the staging of the college Tridharma in the Padang State Polytechnic environment, it needs to set

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Ministerial Ordinance referred to:

1. The PNP is a college that organizes vocational education programs in various family sciences and/or technology and, if qualified, PNP may have an education. profession.

2. The Statuta PNP is a basic budget in the implementation of the college Tridharma as a guideline to plan, develop, and organize programs and activities according to PNP ' s vision and mission.

3. Vocational education is a higher education diploma that prepares students for a job with a particular applied expertise up to an applied bachelor program and can be developed until a master ' s degree and applied doctorate program.

4. Sivitas academics is a unit of academic society composed of PNP professors and students.

5. Lecturers are professional educators and PNP scientists with the primary task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and art through education, research, and devotion to the community.

6. The workforce is an academic workforce responsible for carrying out administrative, managing, development, surveillance and technical services to support education processes in the PNP.

7. Students are those who are enrolled as educated participants who study in the PNP.

8. The director is Director of the PNP.

9. The Senate is a Senate of PNP which exercises academic oversight and supervision.

10.Unit Oversight is an organ that exercises the supervision function of non-academic fields.

The 11.3 Board of Formaids is an organ that gives the PNP autonomy consideration of non-academic fields to the director.

12.Alumni PNP is someone who has been following lectures for 2 (two) semesters and/or completed studies in the PNP.

13.Minister is the minister in charge of education and culture.

BAB II

IDENTITY

Article 2

(1) PNP is a college in the Ministry of Education and Culture environment, under the coaching of the Directorate General of Higher Education based in the The province of Padang, West Sumatra Province.

(2) The PNP is designated as a public college in the Ministry of Education and Culture Environment with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 7 of 2014.

(3) The PNP originally named Andalas University Engineering Polytechnic was established in 1985 through the Decree of the Directorate General of Higher Education No. 80 /Dikti/Kep/1985, and began hosting education on 5 October 1987 and with the Decree of the Minister of National Education No. 0313 /O/1991, dated 06 June 1991 is set to be the Polytechnic of Unand.

(4) The 5th of October is designated as the day of birth (dies natalis). PNP.

Article 3

PNP based on Pancasila, the Constitution of the State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945, the Union of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Bhinneka Single Ika.

Article 4

PNP is satisfied:

a. Scientific truth;

b. Reasoning;

c. Honesty;

d. Justice;

e. Benefits;

f. Virtue;

g. Responsibility;

h. Kebhinekaan; and

i. Affordability.

Article 5

(1) The PNP has a rectangular coat of arms with an orange base color, which contains three green beams, a world sphere, and a green world ball grip resembling a P.

(2) The PNP emblem as referred to in paragraph (1) has the following meanings:

a. The World Ball is a nationally and regionally oriented vision of PNP.

b. The Three Beams are the manifestations of the three historical furnaces (niniak mamak, alim clerics, and the clever cadiak) Minangkabau.

c. The grip symbolised commitment in carrying out the purpose and mission to achieve the vision.

d. The orange color symbolises the spirit of learning and work.

e. The green color represents prosperity.

f. The form of the initials P initials PNP and is in Padang City.

(3) The color on the emblem as referred to in verse (1) has the code:

(5) Further provisions on the size and layout of the use of the emblem are governed by the Director Rule.

Section 6

(1) PNP has a rectangular flag-shaped flag, With a length of 3:2, the orange base color with the color code RGB-255-127-0, The edges are yellow-colored with the color code RGB-255-204-0, and in the middle there is the PNP symbol and the polytechnic state of the field.

(2) The PNP flag as referred to in paragraph (1) as follows:

(3) Further provisions on the manner of the use of the flag are set up with the Director's Rules.

Section 7

(1) has a rectangular flag with a length size to a width of 3:2, with a different base color corresponding to the respective majors and in the center is the PNP emblem and the writing of the majors.

(2) Further provisions about the flag of the majors as referred to in paragraph (1) is governed by the Director's Rule.

(4) The terms of the use of the use of hymns and mars are governed by the Director's Ordinance.

Article 9

(1) PNP has academic fashion and an almamater fashion.

(2) Academic Busanas as Referred to in verse (1) consists of the fashion of the head, the fashion senate, and the wisudawan fashion.

(3) Academic Busana as referred to in verse (1) is toga, robe, gordon necklace, and salempang.

a. The toga is made of hard cloth and is given orange pigtails;

b. The leader and senate black base of the fabric, it has a cerp with orange, and the black-manled arm of the color;

c. The robe of the wisudawan is black;

d. Kalung gordon is silver;

e. Salempang inscribed with Wisudawan and Jaffair colored in accordance with the majors respectively.

(4) Kalung gordon as referred to in verse (3) the d is an academic fashion for the Director and Chairman of the Senate.

(5) Busana almameters as referred to in verse (1) are orange-colored jackets and caps with color code RGB-255-127-0 and in the left chest of the jacket and the front of the cap there is a PNP emblem.

(6) Further provisions on the manner of the use of academic fashion and almamater fashion are arranged with the Director's Ordinance after receiving Senate consideration.

BAB III

VISION, MISSION, PURPOSE, AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTION PLAN

Article 10

Vision: In 2025 it becomes the best vocational education institution in Southeast Asia, dignified, and international insightful.

Article 11

Mission:

a. hosting a vocational education that corresponds to the development of international insightful science and technology;

b. host innovative and adaptive research for the development of science and technology;

c. applies science and technology in order to solve the problem and improve the life tarf of the community;

d. establish productive and sustainable cooperation with the national and international institutions of education, governance and enterprise.

Article 12

Purpose:

a. Produce a competent, defenseless graduate of the nation, dignity and trust to the Almighty God;

b. producing fruitful research in the development and application of science and technology, achievement of intellectual property (HKI) and patents;

c. resulting in the work of devotion to the technology based on technology applied to improve community welfare;

d. In the development of future work programs, the PNP guidelines on strategic issues both in and from within. external agencies include;

a. alignment and expansion of access;

b. improving quality, relevance, and competability;

c. strengthening of governance, accountability, and public imaging;

d. Entrepreneurial-based education (Education Base Enterpreneur).

Article 14

The direction of the long-term PNP development up to 2025 will be focused on 3 (three) main aspects:

a. establishing PNP to be a polytechnic with good governance;

b. establishing the PNP to become a political and industrial world advocate;

c. increasing social responsibility and welfare to the community environment.

Article 15

Pillars of PNP development strategy:

a. improving the quality and expansion of education access;

b. the improvement of the quality of applied research and devotion to the community;

c. strengthening of the governance system and organization;

d. increased capacity and resource productivity;

e. expansion of cooperation with stakeholders.

BAB IV

COLLEGE ORGAN

Part Kesatu

General

Article 16

Organ PNP consists of:

a. Director;

b. Senate;

c. Supervising Unit; and

d. Forage Board.

Second Section

Director

Article 17

Director as the maintainer organ of PNP, consists of:

a. Director and Deputy Director

b. Section;

c. Majors;

d. Center for Research and Engagement to the Community; and

e. Technical Managing Unit.

Article 18

(1) The Director as referred to in Article 16 of the letter a run of PNP management functions for and on behalf of the Minister of Education and Culture.

(2) To perform the function as referred to in paragraph (1), the Director has the task and authority:

a. Drafting a statute and its changes to be proposed to the Minister;

b. draw up and establish academic policy upon receiving Senate consideration;

c. compose and/or set academic norms after receiving Senate consideration;

d. Drafting and setting the code of conduct of the academic civitas after receiving Senate consideration;

e. Drafting and/or changing the 25 (twenty-five) long-term development plan (PNP);

f. assemble and/or change the strategic plan 5 (five) years;

g. assemble and/or change the annual work and budget plan (operational plan);

h. manage education, research, and devotion to the community according to the annual work and budget plan;

i. lift and/or dismiss the Deputy Director and the unit leadership under the Director in accordance with the provisions of the negotiations regulations;

j. Drop sanctions on academic sivity that conduct violations of the norms, ethics, and/or academic regulations based on the Senate recommendation;

k. Drop the sanctions on an education force that commits a breach in accordance with the provisions of the invite-invitation rules;

l. fostering and developing lecturers and educency;

m. receive, nurture, develop, and dismiss students;

n. manage the budget in accordance with the provisions of the invite-invitation rules;

o. host a reliable information and information technology based management information system to support the management of college Tridharma, accounting and finance, personalization, student care, and alumnities;

p. assemble and deliver a report of the accountability of the college Tridharma to the Minister;

q. propose appointment of professor of applied science to the Minister;

r. fostering and developing relationships with alumni, Government, local government, users the results of college Tridharma activities, and the public;

s. maintaining security and campus order as well as the comfort of work to guarantee the agility of the college Tridharma activities.

t. propose a change of organizational unit as needed to the Minister.

Article 19

(1) The organization of the Director's organs, duties, and functions of the Director as referred to in Section 17 using the provisions as set forth in the Regulation Minister for Education and Culture Number 7 of 2014 on the Organization and the Corporate Governance of Padang.

(2) PNP may propose a change of organizational unit on the organ of the Director as referred to in paragraph (1) according to the need to the Minister.

(3) The change of the organizational unit as referred to in paragraph (2) set by the Minister after receiving approval from the Minister responsible in the field of state apparatus and bureaucratic reform.

Third Section

Senate

Article 20

(1) Senate as contemplaing in Article 16 of the letter b is an organ which exercises the function of the designation and consideration of the exercise of the academic policy.

(2) In exercising the function as referred to in paragraph (1), the Senate has the duty and authority:

a. the academic policy, norm, and academic code of conduct proposed by the Director;

b. supervision of:

1. the application of academic norms and the code of ethical sivity of academics;

2. the application of the academic provisions;

3. execution of a college quality in reference to the national standard of education;

4. exercise of academic freedom, the freedom of academic mimbar, and scholarly autonomy;

5. Academic orderly conduct;

6. execution of a teaching performance assessment policy; and

7. the execution of learning, research, and devotion to the community.

c. awarding and the improvement of the process of learning, research, and devotion to the public to the Director;

d. provide consideration to the Director in the opening and closing of the study program;

e. the given consideration of the granting or revocation of the degree and academic award;

f. granting consideration to the Director in the appointment of the professor;

g. The recommendation of the drop of sanctions against the violation of norms, ethics, and academic regulations by academic sivity to the Director.

(3) In carrying out the duties and authority as referred to in paragraph (2), the Senate compiled the results report supervision and convey to the Director for follow up.

Article 21

(1) The Senate is headed by a Chairman and assisted by a Secretary.

(2) The Senate Membership consists of:

a. Director;

b. Deputy Director;

c. Chair of the Department;

d. Head of the Center for Research and Engagement to the Society;

e. Vice-lecturer of each Service.

(3) A member of the Senate who is from the deputy lecturer of each major as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter e was chosen among the lecturers with the provision:

a. 1 (one) The senate represents 15 (fifteen) lecturers, if the number of lecturers of more than 7 (seven) persons after a multiple of 15 (fifteen), then represented by 1 (one) of the senate.

(6) The term of a member of the Senate 1 (one) period 4 (four) years

(7) The Senate in carrying out its duties may form the Commission/Board of Workers in accordance with the need.

(8) Further provisions on the electoral manner of the members of the Senate. as referred to in paragraph (2) is governed by the Rules of the Senate.

The Fourth Quarter

Surveillance Unit

Section 22

(1) The Oversight Unit as referred to in Article 16 of the letter c is a PNP organ that runs a non-academic field supervision function for and on behalf of the Director.

(2) In the running function as referred to in paragraph (1), the Oversight Unit has the task and authority:

a. establish a non-academic field internal supervision policy;

b. carrying out internal supervision of non-academic field education management;

c. compiling an internal surveillance report; and

d. provide advice and/or consideration for the improvement of the management of non-academic activities in the Director on the basis of the supervising results.

Article 23

(1) The Oversight Unit amounts to at least 5 persons and at most 7 (seven) persons with the composition of expertise in the fields of accountants/finance, human resource management, asset management, law, and ketone.

(2) The Oversight Unit member Requirements:

a. " Believe in the Lord, the Lord of the Lord;

b. loyal to Pancasila and UUD 1945;

c. the lowest academic qualifications of scholars (strata 1) or diploma IV;

d. has experience in accordance with its field;

e. has good morals and high integrity; and

f. have a great sense of responsibility towards the future of the nation and the country.

(3) The Surveillance Unit consists of:

a. The Chairman is a member of the team;

b. The secretary has a member; and

c. Member.

(4) The Supervising Unit Member is specified by the Director.

(5) The membership of the Oversight Unit is 4 (four) years and may be reappointed for 1 (one) times the term.

(6) Further provisions Regarding the composition of the members and the manner of selection of members of the surveillance unit is set up with the Director's Rules.

Fifth Section

The Board of Worship

Article 24

(1) The Board of Maids is the PNP organ which runs the function non-academic consideration and assist with the development of the PNP.

(2) Non-academic fields as referred to in paragraph (1) include organization, human resources, administration, finance, cooperation, public relations, means and infrastructure as well as planning and development.

(3) In Performing a function as referred to in paragraph (1), the Board of the Imperer has a duty and authority:

a. Consideration of the Director's policy in non-academic fields;

b. Formulating advice and opinions on the Director's policy in non-academic fields;

c. co-funds for the development and development of the PNP; and

d. provide consideration to the Director in managing the PNP.

Section 25

(1) The Member of the Board of Servants Numbering 5 (five) persons consists of:

BAB V

LAYOUT OF THE APPOINTMENT AND DISMISSAL OF ORGAN MANAGER, SENATE, SURVEILLANCE UNIT, AND THE GOVERNING BOARD

Part Kesatu

General

Article 26

(1) Dosen in environment PNP may be assigned additional tasks as Director and Deputy Director.

(2) Dosen in environment PNP may be appointed Chairman of Jaffairs, Secretary of Affairs, Head of the Center for Research and Engagement to the Community, and Chief Technical Managing Unit.

(3) The appointment of the Director, Deputy Director, Chairman of the Department, Secretary of the Department, Head of the Community Center for Research and Engagement to the Community, and the Chief Technical Managing Unit is performed if there is:

a. mutation;

b. Organizational changes.

(4) Mutation as referred to in paragraph (3) the letter is due to:

a. stop from civil servants on his own pleas;

b. retirement;

c. term expires;

d. are undergoing a study assignment or another task for more than 6 (6) months;

e. leave of absence outside the country ' s dependents; and

f. Fixed impediation.

(5) A fixed impediation as referred to in paragraph (4) of the letter f includes:

a. dead of the world;

b. Incurable pain is evidenced by the News of the Civil Service Medical Examiner's Assembly Event;

c. convicted on a court decision that has the power of the law to remain due to committing a criminal threat. confinement;

d. was appointed in another post;

e. released from academic post; or

f. dismissed from civil servants before the term ends due to various causes.

(6) The organizational change as referred to in paragraph (3) of the letter b includes:

a. Addition, change, and/or unit of work reduction; and

b. PNP change shape.

(7) To be appointed as Director, Deputy Director, Chairman of Jaffairs, Secretary of Jaffairs, Head of the Center for Research and Engagement to the Society, and Head of Technical Managing Unit, a lecturer must meet:

a. general requirements; and

b. special requirements.

(8) The general requirements for the Director as referred to in paragraph (7) of the letter a, under the provisions of the laws.

(9) General requirements for Deputy Director, JBUSINESS Chairman, Secretary of Affairs, Head of Research and Engagement Center to the Society, and Chief Technical Managing Unit as referred to in paragraph (7) of the letter include:

a. Civil servant lecturer;

b. believe and trust in the Lord Almighty;

c. Fairest to Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution;

d. The sound of the spiritual physical is attested by the doctor's letter;

e. at least 60 (sixty) years old;

f. has a managerial experience;

g. have each job implementation assessment element (DP3) value in both the last 2 (two) years;

i. occupying a functional post:

1. Lector for the post of Vice Director; and

2.Assistant expert for the office of Chief Jaffairs, Secretary of Jaffairs, Head of Research Center and Engagement to the Community, and Chief Technical Managing Unit.

j. willing to be nominated to be Vice President, Chief JBUSINESS, Secretary of the Affairs, Head of the Research and Engagement Center to the Community, and the Chief Technical Managing Unit of the stated writing;

k. not to undergo more than 6 (six) months in the study of advanced studies that leave the college Tridharma task stated in writing; and

l. never be convicted based on a court decision that has a fixed legal force.

(10) Special Requirements as referred to in paragraph (7) the letter b is specified in the Director's regulations in accordance with the rules of the law. It's

a. other colleges;

b. government agencies;

c. enterprises of state or private enterprise entities;

d. Other positions that may incur conflict of interest in the interests of the PNP.

Article 28

(1) The educational workforce in the PNP environment may be appointed as a structural official or head of a technical acting unit.

(2) The structural officer or chief technical officer of the technical executor is performed if there is:

The Second Section

Director

Article 29

(1) The director is the lecturer of the Civil Service Officer who is given the additional task as leader of the PNP.

(2) The Director as referred to in paragraph (1) is appointed and dismissed by the Minister.

(3) The tenure of the Director as referred to in paragraph (1) for 4 (four) years and may be reappointed to 1 (one) times the term.

Article 30

(1) The Director of the Director is conducted through stage:

a. network candidate will be;

b. filtering candidates;

c. election of candidates; and

d. appointment.

(2) The network stage will be the candidate of the Director as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter is done in a way:

a. The Senate is forming a selection committee of the Director;

b. The selection committee of the Director performs the identification of a lecturer who meets the requirements for being appointed as Director and announces the results;

c. Professors who qualify as referred to in b, are willing to be nominated and are required to register for the selection committee of the Director;

d. The selection committee of the Director performs administrative selections on the requirements and announces the names of candidates for the Director who meet the requirements;

Third Section

Engagement to the Society

Article 72

(1) PNP carries out the activities of service to the public in the framework of utilization, atonement, and development of science, technology and art for the benefit of the community.

(2) The activities of service to society involve professors, students, and functional power both individually and groups.

(3) The event of engagement to the public is coordinated by the Center for Research and Engagement to the Society or other work units that are relevant.

(4) The activities of service to the public can be carried out as a follow-up to the results of the study.

(5) The activities of service to the public are executed intra, inter, cross, and/or multi sectors.

(6) The activities of service to the public are implemented to contribute to the development of the region and the empowerment of the community through cooperation with other institutions.

(7) The event of engagement to The community includes planning, staging, monitoring, and evaluation activities.

(8) The results of engagement activities to the public are documented and published in media accessible to the public.

(9) Further provisions of the hosting of engagement activities to the community are set up with the Director's Rule after receiving the Senate consideration.

Section 73

(1) The achievement of the results of the service to society is oriented for community empowerment.

(2) The results of devotion to the public can be utilized as a basis for advanced research.

BAB IX

ACADEMIC FREEDOM AND SCHOLARSHIP AUTONOMY

Article 74

(1) PNP upholds academic freedom, freedom academic mimbar, and scientific autonomy.

(2) The academic freedom is exercised in an effort to study, apply, and develop science, technology, art, and/or sport through educational activities, research, and devotion to the community. Quality and responsible.

Article 75

BAB X

THE TITLE AND THE THE AWARDS

Article 76

(1) PNP gives the degree of vocation to a student who has graduated.

(2) The vocation title as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:

b. young expert;

c. expert madya;

d. applied science scholar;

e. applied magister; and

f. applied doctorates.

(3) The type of title abbreviation and its use as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed in accordance with the provisions of the invite-invitation rules.

Section 77

(1) PNP provides diploma and/or certificate of competence to a student who has graduated.

(2) The granting of the certificate and/or certificate of competence as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Article 78

(1) PNP can provide an award to a person/group or institution who has been credited with education in the PNP and has achievements in academic and/or non-academic fields.

(2) Further provisions on award-giving criteria and procedures as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Director's Regulation after the Senate's consideration.

BAB XI

LECTURER AND EDUCATION

Article 79

(1) Dosen is composed of a permanent lecturer and lecturer.

(2) Dosen remains as referred to the verse (1) is the lecturer of the civil servant. Civilian working full time on the PNP.

(3) Dosen does not remain as referred to in verse (1) is the lecturer who works part-time on the PNP.

(4) The fixed dosen as referred to in verse (2) consists of the lecturer of civil servants or lecturers instead of civil servants.

(6) The teaching and termination of the lecturer does not remain as referred to in paragraph (3), set forth by the Director in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(7) Non-civil servants and lecturers instead of civil servants as referred to in paragraph (4), specified by the Director in accordance with the provisions of the laws

Article 80

(1) The PNP Lecturer is entitled to a legal protection, protection of the profession and protection of safety and health in the running of duties.

(2) The protection of the law as referred to in paragraph (1) includes protection against acts of violence, threats, treatment Discriminatory, intimidation, or unfair treatment of the educated, old man. Participants and/or other parties.

Section 81

Dosen PNP gains an opportunity to improve competence, access to learning sources, access to information sources, and access to the means and infrastructure of learning in the PNP environment.

Section 82

(1) PNP's educational workforce consists of:

a. Librarian;

b. Laboratory/Educational Laboratory Aged;

c. Engineer; and

Article 83

BAB XII

STUDENTS AND ALUMNI

Section 84

(1) Students are students who are enrolled on one of the study programs in PNP in the academic year running.

(2) Students are students who have high school diploma/Vocational High School/Madrasah Aliyah or an equal, have passed the selection and are registered in the PNP.

(3) Each student is treated equally by not discriminating against sex, religion, ethnicity, race, social position, and economic ability level.

Article 85

(1) Students have rights:

a. obtaining an education and teaching that meets the academic standards applicable in the PNP.

b. got a character education for the viability of the nation.

c. got guidance from lecturers on the study programs that followed in the completion of his studies;

d. obtaining a professional and proportional academic field service of both Jaffair and Politeknik

e. obtain recognition for the academic achievements obtained for both within and outside the campus as well as the general provisions.

f. obtaining information services related to study programs and study results;

g. use an existing academic facility and is available by keeping guidelines on the applicable regulations.

h. ask for clarification or to convey a complaint against existing policies and services.

j. use freedom of academic mimbar responsively in accordance with the applicable norms and suss in the PNP environment.

k. get insurance coverage during the pertination of being a PNP student.

l. Participate in the PNP's student organization activities in accordance with interest, talent, passion and ability;

m. move to another college or polytechnic;

n. getting counseling guidance from counseling guidance agencies.

(2) Further provisions on the execution of the rights as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Director Rule.

Section 86

(1) Students have an obligation:

a. follow the learning process in accordance with the PNP regulations by upholding the academic norms and ethics.

b. studying diligently and diligently to be able to gain high achievement.

c. respect lecturers and educency.

d. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations applicable to the PNP, as well as outside of the campus.

e. exercise worship in accordance with the religion of the person, and respect the execution of other student worship.

f. maintain order, cleanliness, security, and tranquility in support of the form of an atmosphere of the conducive learning process.

g. Demonstrate polite behavior, discipline, and responsibility and have a high degree of ethics in keeping with the good name of the PNP.

h. Dressing in accordance with applicable norms and ethics.

i. bear the cost of hosting education except for the exempt students according to the regulations applicable.

j. participated in the implementation of the college Tridharma activities.

k. Join in and maintain the means and amenities.

I. enhance intellectual capabilities in various branches of science, technology, and art.

m. keep the name of the PNP almamater.

n. fostering good relationships and doing cooperation with Leadership, Dosen, Employees, Alumni, and with fellow students in the PNP environment.

o. To avoid any form of action that can cause infighting/strife/infighting, and avoid doing gambling/acts of a-susila; carrying or using or selling drugs/drugs banned/liquor/pornographic objects, inside campus and or on activities organized or carrying names and or other deeds that can defame PNP ' s good name.

(2) Further provisions of the conduct and sanction of the breach of liability as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Director's Ordinance.

Article 87

(1) The PNP student organization is a vehicle and a means of development of students towards the expansion and increase of the scholarship, and the integrity of personality to achieve PNP's educational goals.

(2) Student organizations in PNP are organized from, by, and for students under the responsibility of the Director.

(3) The Occupation of the student organization in the PNP is the nonstructural completeness present at the polytechnic level, program, and program of study.

(4) Further provisions regarding student organizations as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Rules of Directors.

Section 88

(1) The student activities are directed to develop and enhancing potential leadership, reasoning, interest, talent and fondness, The welfare and well-being, and the devotion to society.

(2) The student activities are organized by the principles of independence, ethical, educational, religious, and humanist, as well as environmental insight.

(3) the student activities includes:

a. education and reasoning;

b. interest and talent;

c. welfare; and

d. development and development activities.

(4) Intercampus student activity and outside the campus must obtain the Director's permission, whereas if the activities are performed between countries should be granted the Director General of Higher Education.

Article 89

(1) Alumni is someone who has followed the course of a minimum of 2 (two) semesters and/or has been Completed education in the PNP.

(2) Alumni can form an independent alumni bond, upholding the name and honor of almamater.

(3) The PNP Alumni Association is the only organization that has a luxury Alumni PNP.

(4) The alumni association can be formed in the number of districts/provinces/provinces, national and international.

(5) The organizational structure and performance of alumni bonds are set up with the base budget and the household budget.

BAB XIII

KERJA SAMA

Article 90

(1) To improve the quality of the college Tridharma activities, the PNP can conduct academic and non-academic cooperation with colleges and/or other parties, both in the country and abroad.

(2) The cooperation as referred to in paragraph (1) is based on the principle:

a. The importance of national development interests;

b. appreciate quality equality;

c. respect each other;

d. generate an increase in education quality;

e. continuous; and

f. Consider the diversity of cultural, national, and/or international cross-cultural diversity.

Article 91

(1) The academic field cooperation as referred to in Article 89 can be shaped:

a. education, research, and devotion to the community;

b. twin programs;

c. diversion and/or credit acquisition;

d. senior lecturer assignment as a tamper on a college that requires coaching;

e. exchange of lecturers and/or students;

f. utilization with various resources;

h. scientific periodical;

i. host a joint seminar; and/or

j. any other form of cooperation deemed necessary.

(2) Non-academic cooperation may be shaped:

a. an asset yaginization;

b. fundraising;

c. the services and royalties of intellectual property rights; and/or

d. other forms deemed necessary.

(3) The cooperation as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) involving both inner and external partners is exercised in accordance with the provisions of the laws after receiving the Minister's approval.

BAB XIV

MEANS AND PRASARANA

Article 92

(1) Sarana and the PNP infrastructure were obtained through funds sourced from:

a. Government;

b. Society; and

c. Other parties.

(2) The management of the means and infrastructure as referred to in paragraph (1) is organized under the provisions of the invite-invite rule.

Article 93

Any member of the academic sivity and education power has obligation to maintain and use the means and infrastructure in a responsible, day-working, and success.

BAB XV

FINANCING

Article 94

(1) The financing source in PNP can be obtained from:

a. Government;

b. Society; and

c. Other sources are legitimate and non-binding.

(2) The financing that comes from the public can be:

a. practicality of practicality (UKP);

b. donations of increased academic quality (SPMA);

c. fees for PNP entrance exam;

d.donation, grant, or assistance;

e. scholarship;

f. the outcome of a work contract between the PNP with the other parties in the framework of academic and non-academic cooperation; and

g. Other admissions that are not contrary to the provisions of the laws.

(3) The financing derived from another source is:

a. Donations and grants from individuals, government agencies and/or non-governmental agencies or other parties; and

b. Reception of other parties not in conflict with the provisions of the laws.

(4) The use of the funds as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 95

(1) The PNP budgeting planning system is compiled under the provisions of the laws.

(2) The PNP budget plan is proposed by the Director to the Minister.

(3) The financial management is exercised based on the principle of efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, and accountable.

(4) PNP compiled the accountability report budget management under the provisions of the laws.

(5) The PNP budget management liability report audited by internal and external auditors in accordance with the provisions of the laws and delivered to the Minister.

BAB XVI

ACCREDITED

Article 96

(1) To improve the quality and efficiency in hosting education needs to be accreditation in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(2) Accreditation is exercised to determine the eligibility of the study and/or institution.

(3) Director and Chairman of Jaffairs facilitated the execution of the program accreditation program.

(4) The Director is responsible for the execution of accreditation.

BAB XVII

TRANSITION provisions

Section 97

(1) All academic and non-academic conduct as implementation of the PNP is still in place until academic and non-academic conduct are adapted to the Regulation of this Minister.

(2) Adjustment as referred to the paragraph (1) of the slowest in time of 1 (one) year since The Regulation of this Minister.

BAB XVIII

LAIN-LAIN

Article 98

(1) The change of the statute is conducted in a meeting attended by representatives of all PNP organs.

(2) The deputy of the entire PNP organ as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:

a. Director and unit leader of the organization under the Director;

b. Chairman, Secretary, and at least 2/3 of the entire Senate Members;

c. The Chairman, Secretary, and 1 (one) member of the Oversight Unit Members; and

d. The Chairman, Secretary, and 1 (one) Member of the Board of the Board of Maid.

(3) The decision of the change of the statute is based on deliberations for the assemblies and if the deliberations for the mufakat were not successfully achieved, the decision was made through the vote.

(4) The change in statute approved in the meeting as referred to in paragraph (1) is presented to the Minister for set.

Article 99

The rules of the Minister are valid.
