ABOUT THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S CAPITAL ON

INTERNATIONAL RUBBER CONSORTIUM LIMITED

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD YANG MAHA ESA

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in order to stabilize natural rubber prices at a favorable price level for rubber farmers, the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand, the Government of Indonesia and the Government of Malaysia have established the International Rubber Consortium Limited which located in Thailand;

b. that for the International Rubber Consortium Limited to continue to carry out its functions, it needs to undertake the inclusion of the State capital to the International Rubber Consortium Limited;

c. that based on consideration as in the letter a and the letter b and to implement the provisions of Section 24 of the paragraph (3) of the 2013 State Budget and Shopping Budget Year as amended by Law No. 12 of 2014 on the Change of the Year of the Year. Budget 2014, required to establish the Government Regulation on the inclusion of the State Capital of Indonesia on International Rubber Consortium Limited;

Given: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

2. Law No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury (Indonesian Republic Gazette 2004 No. 5, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);

3. Law No. 23 Year 2013 on Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 2014 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 Number 182, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5462) as amended by the Law Number 12 Year 2014 on Changes to the Law No. 23 Year 2013 on Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 2014 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014 No. 142, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 5547);

DECIDED:

Establits: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S CAPITAL ON THE INTERNATIONAL RUBBER CONSORTIUM LIMITED.

Article 1

State of the Republic of Indonesia conducting capital inclusion on the International Rubber Consortium Limited established and based in Thailand.

Article 2

(1) The value of the inclusion of the State capital as contemplated in Article 1 of Rp29,000.000.00 (twenty-nine billion rupiah).

(2) The inclusion of the State Capital as referred to in paragraph (1) is sourced from the State Budget and Budget Year 2014 Budget.

Section 3

The government may make the payment of the inclusion of the State capital exceeding as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (1) resulting from

by kurs margin, to meet the obligations of the Republic of Indonesia on the International Rubber Consortium Limited of USD2.500,000 (two million five hundred thousand United States dollars) as a payment of the liabilities of the year 2014.

section 4

The implementation of the State capital inclusion on the International Rubber Consortium Limited as referred to in Article 2 and Section 3 is conducted by the Minister of Finance.

Article 5

This Government Regulation is in effect at the date of the invitation.
