ABOUT

THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AGENCY

IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE STANDARDS

NATIONAL INDONESIA (SNI) PALM OIL OIL COMPULSORY

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in order to comply with the implementation of the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) of the Indonesian Palm Oil Goreng Oil which is mandatory with the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 87/M-IND/PER/12/2013, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 paragraphs (1) and Article 12 paragraph (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 on the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields, need to appoint the Institution of the Agreement as referred to in the Order of the Regulation of this Minister to carry out the certification and testing of the Palm Oil Palm quality;

b. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Treatment and Supervision of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Goreng Oil Palm Kernel;

11. Regulations Minister Perindustrian Number 87 /M-IND/PER/12/2013 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Oil Palm Oil Compulsory;

Decided:

SET: INDUSTRIAL MINISTER REGULATION ON APPOINTMENT OF INSTITUTIONS ASSESSMENT OF THE SUITABILITY IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) OF PALM-COOKING OIL IS MANDATORY.

Article 1

Designates:

a. The Accredited Institutions of Products (LSPro) as listed in the letter A Attachment of the Order of the Minister to implement the Palm Oil Oil SNI Certification;

b. Unaccredited Products Certification Institutions (LSPro) as set forth in the letter B of the Order of the Order of the Minister to implement the Palm Oil Oil SNI Certification; and

c. Unaccredited Test laboratories as set forth in the letter C Attachment of the Regulation of the Minister to implement the Palm Oil Palm testing.

Article 2

(1) LSPro or the Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b or letter c, each must process accreditation to the National Accreditation Committee 6 (six) months from the promulcity of this Minister's Ordinance and report on the development of the accreditation process referred to the Head of the Agency. (2) LSPro or the Test Laboratory as referred to in paragraph (1) must meet the requirements as an LSPro or Test Laboratory that is accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) for the scope of the SNI Oil Palm Oil 7709:2012 in time At least two (two) years since the Order of the Minister's Order.

(3) If in time as referred to in paragraph (2) the LSPro or the Laboratory of Contemplats Is Not Yet Accredited, The Appointment Is Declared Over.

Section 3

(1) The Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 of the letter c is required to test the entire LSPro request as specified in Section 1 of the letter a, the letter b, and/or the technical instance with equal treatment of LSPro between LSPro and technical interctance.

(2) The testing obligation as referred to in paragraph (1) applies to testing for:

a. Publishing SPPT-SNI Oil Palm Oil; dan/or

b. Supervision for the implementation of the mandatory implementation of the SNI Oil Palm Oil SNI.

Section 4

(1) LSPro and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General The Agro industry and the Head of the Policy, Climate and Industrial Review Board.

(2) The results of the performance results as referred to in paragraph (1) are made up of:

a. LSPro obligations to deliver:

1. publishing SPPT-SNI, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI and the revocation of SPPT-SNI Oil Palm Oil, which must be delivered at least 7 (seven) business days since issuer;

2. recapitulation of SPPT-SNI publishing, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI and the revocation of SPPT-SNI Oil Palm Oil in a period of 1 (one) year, which must be delivered no later than 5 January of the following year;

3. LSPro; and LSPro; and

b. obligations of the Test Lab to deliver:

1. Test Results Certificate (SHU) or test results of the Oil Palm Oil Test which has been performed within 1 (one) month, which should be delivered no later than the next 5 months;

2. recapitulation of the Test Results Certificate (SHU) or test results of the Oil Palm Oil Test which has been performed within 1 (one) year, which should be delivered no later than 5 January of the following year;

3. The development of the competencies, organization and accreditation of the Test Laboratory.

(3) The Directorate General of Agro Industrial is conducting a coaching on the Oil Palm Oil industry which does not comply with the provisions of the SNI Oil Fried Palm Oil based on the results of the periodic supervision as referred to in paragraph (2) letter a number 1.

Section 5

Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Mutu Industries are monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the provisions as intended in Articles 3 and 4 as well as evaluation of the performance of the LSPro and the Testing Lab which be designated as referred to in Section 1.

Section 6

(1) The LSPro that violates the provisions as referred to in Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and/or the paragraph (2) of the letter a, revoked the certificate of its certification designation.

(2) the Laboratory of Testing The violation of the provisions referred to in Article 3 and/or Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the letter b, revoked the appointment of the statement.

(3) The judgment of truth over the breach of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) and/or verse (2), performed in the assessment session of the Institution Assessment.

Article 7

Regulation The minister came into effect on the date of the promulcity.
