(3) Log book The arrest of a fish as referred to in paragraph (2) contains information about:

a. Fishing boat data;

b. Fish capture device data;

c. data capture operation data; and

d. Capture of the captured fish data.

(4) The form, format, and method of charging log books of fishing as referred to in paragraph (2), as set forth in Annex I, Annex II, and Annex III that is not } {AB III

OBLIGATION LOG BOOK FISHING

Article 5

(1) Any fishing vessel that has SIPI and does a mandatory fishing operation is equipped with log books fish capture.

(2) Log book of fishing as referred to on verse (1) is filled on the ship and becomes Nakhoda's responsibility.

(3) The entry log book of fishing as referred to in paragraph (2) is mandatory in accordance with the actual data (objective) and on time (up to date).

BAB IV

DELIVERY MECHANISM AND REPORTING LOG BOOK FISHING

Article 6

(1) Each skipper of the fishing vessel is obliged to submit log book of fishing before landing a catch fish to:

a. Shahbandar in fishing port;

b. Officer log book of fishing for a fishing port that has not yet been a Syahbandar; or

c. Officer log book fishing for a port that is not a fishing port.

(2) The fishing of the catch as referred to in verse (1) is carried out at the port port as set forth in SIPI.

Article 7

(1) Syahbandar in the fishing port as referred to in Article 6 of the paragraph (1) letter a, after receiving a log book of fishing, further examination, which includes:

a. fitness between the fish capture tool used with the catch of the catch fish; and

b. fitness between the time period of the fishing operation with the number of catches.

(2) If the results of the examination as referred to the paragraph (1) have been appropriate, the nakhoda may perform the capture of the catch fish.

(3) If the results of the examination as referred to in verse (1) are not appropriate, the airport at the fishing port asks for an explanation of the nakhoda.

(4) If the description of the nakhoda as referred to the verse (3) is acceptable, the demolition is done. catch fish.

(5) In terms of results of a log book data check as referred to in verse (2) it has been appropriate and the description of the nakhoda as referred to in paragraph (4) is acceptable, Syahbandar in the fishing port delivered to Officer Data Entry for input into the Information System Log Book The Capture of Fish.

(7) The results of verification as referred to in paragraph (6), delivered to the Fisheries Port Chief for further reporting to the Director General online via the Information System Log Book of Fish Capture.

Article 8

(1) Officer Log Book Of Fish Arrest as referred to in Section 6 of the paragraph (1) letter b, after receiving log book of fishing, further examination, including:

a. fitness between the fish capture tool used with the catch of the catch fish; and

b. The match between the time period of the fishing operation with the number of catches.

(2) If the results of the examination as referred to the verse (1) have been appropriate, the nakhoda may perform the demolition of the catch fish.

(3) If the results of the examination as referred to in paragraph (1) are not appropriate, Officer Log Book The arrest of the Fish is passing on to the Head of the Fisheries Port and the subsequent Head of the Fisheries Port requested explanation to the nakhoda.

(4) If the description of the nakhoda as referred to the verse (3) is acceptable, it is the demolition of the catch fish.

(5) In terms of the data check log book as referred to in verse (2) it has been appropriate and the description of the nakhoda as referred to in verse (4) can received, Head of Fisheries Port assigned to Officer Data Entry for input into the Log Book Information System The Fish Capture.

(6) Data log books which have been entered into the Information System Log Book The capture of Fish as referred to in paragraph (5), further verified by Verifikator to ensure the correctness of the data.

(7) The results of verification as referred to in paragraph (6), are delivered to the Head of Port Fisheries for further reported to the Director General by online through the Log Book Information System Fish Capture.

Article 9

(1) Officer log book the arrest of the fish as referred to in Article 6 of the paragraph (1) letter c, after receiving log book of fishing, next conducted an examination, which included:

a. fitness between the fish capture tool used with the catch of the catch fish; and

b. fitness between the time period of the fishing operation with the number of catches.

(2) If the results of the examination as referred to the paragraph (1) have been appropriate, the nakhoda may perform the capture of the catch fish.

(3) If the results of the examination as referred to in paragraph (1) are not appropriate, Officer Log Book The arrest of the Fish is coordinating with Syahbandar in the port which is not a fishing port, that it has not been able to discontinue the fish result catch and report to the nearest Head of Fisheries Port to request explanation to the nakhoda.

(4) If the description of the nakhoda as referred to the verse (3) is acceptable, it is the demolition of the catch fish.
