BAB II

JENIS LOG BOOK FISHING

Article 4

(1) Log book fishing is compiled based on the type of fishing tool.

(2) Log book The arrest of the fish as referred to in paragraph (1), consists of:

OBLIGATION LOG BOOK FISHING

Article 5

(1) Any fishing vessel that has SIPI and does a mandatory fishing operation is equipped with log books fish capture.

BAB IV

Article 6

(1) Each skipper of the fishing vessel is obliged to submit log book of fishing before landing a catch fish to:

a. Shahbandar in fishing port;

c. Officer log book fishing for a port that is not a fishing port.

(2) The fishing of the catch as referred to in verse (1) is carried out at the port port as set forth in SIPI.

Article 7

(1) Syahbandar in the fishing port as referred to in Article 6 of the paragraph (1) letter a, after receiving a log book of fishing, further examination, which includes:

Article 8

a. fitness between the fish capture tool used with the catch of the catch fish; and

Article 9

(1) Officer log book the arrest of the fish as referred to in Article 6 of the paragraph (1) letter c, after receiving log book of fishing, next conducted an examination, which included:

b. fitness between the time period of the fishing operation with the number of catches.
