Understanding

Article 1

In this Ministerial Regulation referred to:

Article 4

Inactive Satker Redemption

Article 5

Article 6

(1) In one Eselon I appointed one Power Special Inactive Satker handling one and or more Inactive Satkers.

Article 7

(1) The Special Power of Satker Inactive to Satker Inactive until 31 December 2013 as set forth in Annex II which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

(2) The General Secretary on behalf of the Minister is given power to establish the Satker Special Power Inactive on the year running for the next period with the Minister ' s Decision based on the proposal of Officer Eselon I.

(3) The Ministerial Decree as referred to in paragraph (2) is not bound to the budget year and may be made changes according to the proposal and terminates if the entire asset and obligations of Satker Inactive are declared. Special Power Task Force Inactive

Section 8

Special Power Satker Inactive as referred to in Section 6 verses (1) have a task:

b. coordinate the implementation of the Instancy Accounting System;

c. perform the BMN registrations and inventories;

d. assemble and deliver the Financial Report and the KPB Semesometer/Tahunan;

e. coordinate the implementation of the Financial Report reconciliation with the Budget Manager, both the KPPN and the DJPB Area Office;

f. coordinate the implementation of BMN reconciliation with the BMN Governing Parties, both KPKNL and DJKN Regional Office;

g. Securing BMN includes the completion of proprietary evidence and performing BMN maintenance;

h. perform supervision and control over the use of BMN;

i. perform a BMN identification not related to the Task and Functions of the Eselon I for the handover process, either with the transfer method and the grant, in accordance with the applicable provisions;

j. completed the Treasury charge/change for the Rugi (TP-TGR) and management actions as a follow-up to the results of the examination;

k. closing the treasury account, expense account and revenue account

Section 9

In the running of the task as referred to in Article 6, Special Power Satker Inactive authorities:

a. designate and set the organization UAKPA/UAKPB;

b. designate and assign members of various technical directorates to help carry out their duties and authority;

c. form and lead the UAKPA to compose, present, and deliver the Financial Reports of each Inactive Satker. periodic and single-level;

d. form and lead UAKPB to manage the BMN since planning the needs/budgeters, use, utilization, security and maintenance, assessment, deletion, maintenance, enterprise, reporting, and coaching, supervising, and monitoring. controls;

e. coordinate the implementation of the Instancy Accounting System;

f. signing and delivering on Inactive Satker Financial Report;

g. apply for a status assignment for mastery and use of BMN;

h. using BMN for ministry interests;

i. submitted for suggestions of BMN transfer and removal;

j. form an ad-hoc team settlement of the country ' s loss and report its results to the State Loss Settlement Team;

Article 11
