ABOUT

ORGANIZATION AND WORKSTATION MAINTENANCE HALL WORK

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER " RELATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

TO DRAW: a. that in order to meet the needs of the provision of state-owned facilities and railway infrastructure, it needs to be formed by the Technical Managing Unit in the Ministry of Transportation environment;

b. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation on the Organization and the Workspace Treatment Hall;

DECIDED:

Establish: The Rules Of Minister Of Relations Concerning The Organization And The Work Of The Railway Maintenance Hall.

BAB I

POSITION, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

Article 1

(1) The Railway Maintenance Hall is the Technical Managing Unit in the Ministry of Transportation environment is below and is responsible to the Director General The Railways.

(2) The Railway Care Hall is headed by a Chief.

Article 2

The Railways Care Hall as referred to in Article 1, has the duty of carrying out the maintenance of the railway owned by the state.

Article 3

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the Railway Treatment Hall organizes functions:

a. the maintenance of the country's regular maintenance facilities;

b. State-owned railways;

c. implementation of the country's management of maintenance quality control; and

d. execution management of business, household, employee, financial, legal, logistics, and public relations.

Article 4

In implementing the function as referred to in Section 3, the Railway Treatment Hall may carrying out the function care function and the railway infrastructure not belonging to the state.

BAB II

ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENT

Article 5

(1) The Railway Treatment Hall Organization is comprised:

a. Subsections of Tata Business;

b. Periodic Care Section;

c. Heavy Care Section; and

d. The functional office group.

(2) The organisation of the organization's organizational arrangement of the Railways as referred to in verse (1) is listed in an appendix which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 6

(1) Subsection of Tata Business as referred to in Section 5 of the paragraph (1) letter a has the task of managing the business of business, household, employee, finance, law, and public relations.

(2) The Maintenance Section is the same as referred to in Section 5 of the paragraph (1) of the letter b has the task of conducting treatment and State-owned maintenance quality control of state-owned railways.

(3) The Severe Treatment Section as referred to in Article 5 of paragraph (1) letter c has the duty of performing care and quality control of the country's railway facilities.

Article 7

The functional office group referred to in Section 5 of the paragraph (1) letter d has the task of performing the activities in accordance with the functional office each under the rules of the invite-invitation rule.

Article 8

(1) The functional office group as referred to in Article 7, consists of a number of power functional groups in various functional office groups in accordance with the field of expertise.

(2) Functional Title Group as referred to in paragraph (1), coordinated by a functional power set by the Head Railway Maintenance Hall.

(3) Certain functional or functional power chiefs who are assigned additional tasks for the leadership of the State Civil Service (ASN) are concerned in coordinating the pronunciation of the functional position activities.

BAB III

LAYOUT

Article 9

In carrying out its duties, Head of Railways Care Hall, Subsection Head and Section Chief, as well as the Functional Office Group are required to implement the coordination principle, integration And synchronization, both in both the environment and interorganization of the organization in the environment of the Railway Care Hall in accordance with their respective tasks.

Article 10

Article 11

Article 17

The Railway Treatment Hall is located in Ngrombo, Central Java Purwodadi-in Central Java.

BAB VI

provisions CLOSING

Article 18

(1) The Human Resource filings on the Railway Care Hall are conducted at most times of the year since the Union of Ministers ' Ordinance.

Article 19

Article 20
