(2) Syahbandar in the fishing port as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) letter b, is the official/officer who is authorized to handle the kesyahbandaran in the fishing port raised by the Minister.
Article 5
The Screen Approval Letter Applies 24 (twenty-four) hours of the published time and can only be used for 1 (one) voyage times.

Article 6
Syahbandar as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1), in publishing the Screenshot Approval Letter may appoint an Officer and/or Officer who has a competency in the field of mischivation.
Article 7
In terms of fishing vessels sailing from a port that is located outside the fishing port or there is no Syahbandar in the Port of Fisheries, the Sailing Approval Letter is issued by the local Syahbandar after getting the letter laik operation.

PLEA FOR PUBLISHING
LETTER OF CONSENT SAILING
Section 8
(1) To obtain a Exemplary Approval Letter, the owner or operator of the ship submits a request in writing to Syahbandar by using an Example 1 format on an Attachment that is not a part of this Attachment. be separated from the Regulation of the Minister of this Relationship.
(2) Requests as referred to in paragraph (1), are supplemented by:
a. Sura t statement Nakhoda by using the Example 2 format on an Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Minister of Transportation Regulation;
b. Evidence of any other ship's obligations in accordance with the use of Example 3 in the Attachment is an integral part of the Minister of Transportation's Regulation; and
c. for a mandatory fishing vessel to be supplemented by a letter of operation laik from the fisheries supervisor.
BAB IV
THE COMPLETENESS ISSUER OF THE
Article 9
(1) Based on the request as referred to in Article 8, Syahbandar conducts the completeness and validity of the letter and ship documents using the 4 Example format on the Attachment that is an integral part of the Minister of Transportation's Regulations.

(2) In terms of the Syahbandar gets a report and/or knowing that the ship to sail does not meet the speed and security requirements of the ship, Syahbandar authorities are conducting a ship inspection.
BAB V
DELAY, REVOCATION, AND RELEASE
SAILING APPROVAL
Article 10
Syahbandar may delay departure of the ship for sailing due to not meeting the sea-level and security requirements of the ship or consideration weather.
Article 11
(1) Retraction of the Sailing Approval Letter may be performed by Syahbandar, in terms of:
a. Ka pa l did not sail leaving the port, exceeding 24 (twenty-four) hours from the issuer deadline; and/or
b. a written order from the Court.
(2) The revocation of the Sailing Approval Letter as referred to in paragraph (1), using an Example 6 format on an Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Minister of Transportation's Ordinance.
Article 12
The release of the Screen Approval Letter applies to the vessels in the following circumstances:
a. vessels temporarily sailing out the port with the aim of providing relief assistance to the ship which is in danger; and/or
b. The ship that overcrowes the port due to a state of emergency.
BAB VI

Article 13
The Director General conducts coaching and technical oversight of the implementation of this Minister Regulation.
Article 14
By the enactment of this Minister Regulation, then Regulation Minister Perrelations Number KM 01 of 2010 on the Tata cara Issuing Letter Approval Letter (Port Clearance) as amended

Article 15
The rules of this Minister are effective at the date of the promulcity.

BAB II
ISSUER OF THE SAILING APPROVAL LETTER
Article 2
(1) Any ship that sails is required to have a Issued Consent Letter is published by:

(2) To obtain a Sailed Approval Letter as referred to in paragraph (1) each of the hams meets the ship's naval requirements as well as any other obligations.

Article 3
The obligation as referred to in Article 2 is excluded for:
a. a warship; and/or
