Article 6

Section 8

Article 9

BAB V

DELAY, REVOCATION, AND RELEASE

SAILING APPROVAL

Article 10

Syahbandar may delay departure of the ship for sailing due to not meeting the sea-level and security requirements of the ship or consideration weather.

Article 11

(1) Retraction of the Sailing Approval Letter may be performed by Syahbandar, in terms of:

a. Ka pa l did not sail leaving the port, exceeding 24 (twenty-four) hours from the issuer deadline; and/or

b. a written order from the Court.

(2) The revocation of the Sailing Approval Letter as referred to in paragraph (1), using an Example 6 format on an Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Minister of Transportation's Ordinance.

Article 12

The release of the Screen Approval Letter applies to the vessels in the following circumstances:

a. vessels temporarily sailing out the port with the aim of providing relief assistance to the ship which is in danger; and/or

b. The ship that overcrowes the port due to a state of emergency.

BAB II

Article 2
