THE FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

THE DRAW: A. that under the terms of Article 9 of the Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency as amended by Government Regulation No. 74 of 2012, the service rate of the agency that applies the Management The Financial Services Agency is defined by the Minister of Finance for the proposal of the minister/leader of the agency;

b.that the Great Hall of the Makassar Health Laboratory on the Ministry of Health has been designated as the Government's Instancy that applies the Pattern Financial Management of the General Services Agency under the Decision of a Finance Minister Number 13 /KMK.05/2010;

c. that the Minister of Health by Letter of Number: KU/Menkes/326/VII/2013 dated 9 July 2013, has delivered the proposed services of the General Services Agency of the Great Hall of Makassar Health Laboratory on the Ministry Health;

d.that proposed tariffs on the services of the General Services Board of the Makassar Health Laboratory on the Ministry of Health, have been discussed and studied by the Assessor Team;

e. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d, need to establish the Finance Minister's Regulation on the General Services Board of the Public Service of the Makassar Health Laboratory on the Ministry of Health;

Given: 1.Act No. 17 of 2003 on State Finance (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 47, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4286);

2.Law Number 1 of the Year 2004 on the State Treasury (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);

3.Regulation Government Number 23 Year 2005 on Financial Management of the Public Service Agency (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year) 2005 Number 48, Additional Leaf Country Republic Indonesia Number 4502) as has been amended by Government Regulation No. 74 of 2012 (sheet of state of the Republic of Indonesia in 2012 No. 171, additional sheet of state of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5340);

DECIDED:

Establish: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS ABOUT SERVICE WEIGHT SERVICE RATE OF THE MAJOR HALL OF MAKASSAR HEALTH LABORATORY ON THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH.

Article 1

(1) The General Service Board of the Public Service of Makassar Health Laboratory on the Ministry of Health is the reward received by the Public Service Board of the Great Hall of the Laboratory

Section 2

The Service Tarif as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) consists of:

a. Clinic Pathology Rate;

b. Microbiology tariff;

c. Chemical Chemistry Rate;

d. Immunology Rates;

e. Media and Reagensia fare;

f. Health Test Rate;

g. Radiological Service Rate;

h. Education and Exercise Rates; and

i. Use Means and Prasarana charges.

Section 3

The Service Tarif as referred to in Section 2 is subject to the general public patient as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Ministerial Regulation This.

Article 4

Further provisions on the manner of service rate imposition as set forth in the Order of the Regulation of this Minister are governed by the Chief of the General Services Hall of the Makassar Health Laboratory at the Ministry of Health.

Article 5

(1) Public Service Board of the Great Hall of the Laboratory Makassar's health in the Ministry of Health may provide services in the field of health to the guarantor parties based on the needs of the guarantor through cooperation contracts.

(2) the health care services with the parties The guarantor is equivalent to the patient service of the Health Social Security Organizing Agency, another insurance company, and the same form of health care cooperation with other guarantor parties.

(3) The services of the services in the field of health as referred to in paragraph (2) are specified under the contract of cooperation between the Head of the General Service Hall of the Makassar Health Laboratory at the time of the end of the year. Ministry of Health with the guarantor parties.

Article 6

(1) The General Service Board of the Makassar Health Laboratory on the Ministry of Health can conduct Operational Cooperation (KSO) with other parties to improve the service in the health field.

(2) The service Tarif for the KSO with other parties as referred to the paragraph (1) is set in a cooperation contract between the Chief of the General Service of the Makassar Health Laboratory at the Ministry of Health with the other party and follows the local market price.

Article 7
